Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Precautions for care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Natural products like shikakai and amla are better than chemical compositions of manufactured shampoos. *hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally, promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine acid phos 30 twice daily and give feedback after 20 days.

Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. • Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin. If you would like to consult with me privately, please click on 'Consult'. recommend me by clicking on recommendation option.

Contact Dermatitis - All You Need To Know About Rashes

Contact Dermatitis - All You Need To Know About Rashes

Have you ever used a new type of skincare product, detergent or come in contact with something, only to have your skin become red and irritated? If your answer is yes, then you have experienced contact dermatitis.

In simple terms, it is a rash caused by allergic reactions or due to skin damage when you come in contact with something. Most of the contact dermatitis is not that severe and can be easily treated.

Causes of Contact Dermatitis

1. Allergic Contact Dermatitis – Your immune system is involved if it is an allergy. After you touch something, your body thinks it's under attack and produces antibodies that release chemicals. This results in itchy rash or inflamed skin. Causes of allergic contact dermatitis:

  • Poison Ivy
  • Hair Dyes
  • Nickel commonly found in jewelry or belt buckles
  • Leather
  • Latex rubber
  • Citrus fruit
  • Perfumes or chemicals in cosmetic or skincare products
  • Medications you apply on your skin

2. Irritant Contact Dermatitis - The most common type, that occurs when the skin comes in contact with a toxic substance. This does not involve your immune system or allergies. Instead, you touched something that puts off the surface oils protecting your skin and as a result experience a reaction. Causes of Irritant Contact Dermatitis:

  • Bleach
  • Detergent
  • Pepper Spray
  • Kerosene
  • Battery acid
  • Drain Cleaners

Symptoms of Contact Dermatitis
When something is irritating and damaging your skin, you will see a symptom right away. However, with an allergy, it can take one to two days before you see a rash. Symptoms of contact allergy are usually seen in the area where you touched something toxic. These symptoms can often be more painful than itchy.

  • Skin redness
  • Extreme itching
  • Swelling in the eyes, face or groin
  • Blisters
  • Burning skin
  • Dry, cracky or scaly skin
  • Sun sensitivity

Treating a Rash at Home
If you know the source of your rash, don’t touch it again. Wash your skin with soap and lukewarm water right away, if possible and you will red rid of any reactions that may occur. Here are some tips you can try at home:

  • Don’t scratch your skin
  • Apply petroleum jelly to soothe the area
  • Try anti-itch creams like hydrocortisone cream or calamine lotion
  • For blisters, apply a cold moist compress
  • Use moisturizers to restore the protective layer of the skin
  • If needed take anti-histamine drugs to help relieve itching

When to See Your Doctor
If the rash does not subside within a couple of days and if it is close to the eyes or mouth or covers a large area of your body, it is best to seek immediate medical attention. Your doctor will prescribe drugs, ointment or other medications to help treat it. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

How to reduce the pimples on face with out using any medicine and with out any sideeffects .
The root cause of pimples is that your stomach is not clean so the first important thing is that you should have a clean stomach and a good digestion system for that first of all make sure that you don't have any worms in your stomach because sometimes people have worms in the stomach and which brings acne and pimples, once you are sure that you don't have worms in your stomach drink at least 4 to 5 litres of water every day but make sure you don't drink water right after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes apart from that drink ginger tea twice a day without adding sugar and milk. Apply aloe vera gel on your skin regularly for 60 days and after 20 minutes wash it with water and put alum also known as fitkari on it after putting fitkari do not wash your face or rub with towel; let it dry. Avoid extra spicy and extra oily food, and use only pure cooking oil in your meals like mustard oil or desi ghee.
