I am suffering from facial paralysis from yesterday. I am taking medicines. What I should avoid thing to recover from this problem quickly?

M.Ch - Neuro Surgery
Neurosurgeon, Gandhidham
U need to consult a neurologist tfor clinical examination. As facial nerve involvement can cause it which is known as Bell's palsy. And problem. In brain can also cause it. But both can b differentiated by involvement of part of face. If eye And forehead is not involved then it's due to problem in brain. If whole face on one side is affected then its Bell's palsy For Bell's palsy Physiotherapy is required. Other one needs investigations like MRI.

I feel numbness in my foot when I fold my legs for more than 20 to 30 minutes is this need to treat or is it natural.?

MD - Psychiatry, MBBS
Psychiatrist, Patna
I feel numbness in my foot when I fold my legs for more than 20 to 30 minutes is this need to treat or is it natural.?
It is natural and happens with all. Due to pressure, blood supply to lower limb gets compromised. This leads to numbness while sitting with folded legs for long. It becomes normal after few minutes. For prevention, keep changing your posture after 5-10 minutes.

A medical research conducted by Professor Scott has readily proven that the human brain has the ability to differentiate between a fake laughter and a real one. So, if you are in a group of people and somebody is trying to laugh forcibly and deliberately, then your brain is able to identify that person easily.

Doctor of Medicine
General Physician, Surat
yes it is very easy to judge or know by human discretion it plays the role here in other word it can be said that it is but natural to differentiate the artificial laugh and natural or physiological laughing
