My baby was suffering from epilepsy for 2 minutes due to high fever please suggest which food is good for those who can reduce epilepsy for long time. If possible give me daily food diet plan.

Hello sir, this is not epilepsy. These are called febrile seizures which occur in children less than 5 years of age. These are not related to any foods and they will go off on their own after 5 years of age. You just need to manage fever everytime with paracetamol or cold sponging. No special food is recommended.

Hi! My Mother was suffering last 6-7 years in Thyroid and migraine problem, I was try lots of medicine and checkup but still not improve so please kindly suggest for better option or Doctor as soon as possible.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For hypothyroidism there is only one medication and that is adequate dose of Levothyroxine to be taken daily early morning on empty stomach. If TSH is maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L then most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism are in check. As regards migrane it is a difficult condition to treat. Multiple remedies have to be tried, plus precaution should be taken to avoid known triggers. Thanks.

It may be migraine take ibuprofen for pain. Get ib p checked, blood test for sugar, lipid profile. Do exercise regularly. Take fresh fruits. Ask again with reports. Take care.

Thanks for all helpful advice but m still confuse that which medicine I have to take exactly. Im 24 year old male I have shivering problem when I get nervous from childhood, doctors advice me to take folvite tablet once a day for six months. But I want to know that why it's happen to me, is m week or is this medicine help me to Increase my blood cells. I badly need a help please advice me what should I do? I you tell me to take medicine then give me the proper name that I can buy it.

First thing for you is to increase your self confidence and take tablet Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months which will help in the production of healthy RBC and also in aiding rapid cell division growth which is necessary for our neurons to be healthy and which inturn will decrease your shivering problem when you are nervous

It seems that during sleep you keep some area of your hand pressed and it causes numbness by occluding blood to the nerves. You keep your hand over a pillow and do not press it by sleeping on your hand .

I am 37 years old male after 9 years of long struggle I got married 9 months before with my lover I cried and I got more problems in this period, after marriage my grandma died within 3 months she is very affectionate to me I always caring grandma and frequent visiting to hospital for grandma and after death of grandma within a week I got panic attack and then I take medicine from General Physician for a week and stopped and after 1 month again I got panic attack I take same medicine and stop after a week and after 1 month again I got panic attack I went MD neurologist he suggest me to take medicine for at least 4 to 6 months now I am on 4th month but till now im feeling sometimes anxious, dizziness, always thinking about my health like I would die and I can not travel alone in a bus and lack of interest and feeling uncomfortable in chest can not take spicy food. But panic attacks is not shown from past 4 months thank god. Please suggest me what to do further im just 9 months married im trying for baby I got varicocele problem also for that im. Taking medicine along with anxiety medicines in my wife get more worried about me.

I'm 31 male, have measured 142/92 bp, taking migraine plus and homeopathy too. Now regularly bp coming 120/80 avg. Till how many days I have to take this medicine.

Migraine plus tablet is not the drug to lower bp. U have not mentioned homeopathic medicine you are taking fr what reason. U should regularly check your bp for 3 days if consequtivly it is high than you need to be on medication. As your age is not much you require proper evaluation for having high bp. U should consult a physician in person and get investigated properly.

Kindly get Mri of spine and brain done along with CBC and nerve conduction test to rule out the diagnosis and direct the treatment thereupon otherwise if you want only treatment consult back then also.
