Get You full body test done a per your height weight is ok still you can avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise.

One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. •Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. •Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. •You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

You should ask her to do yoga, join a yoga class or go for a half an hour walk. She should avoid eating oily food, take proper meals but avoid heavy snacks.

Start exercising! lack of exercise slows down the metabolism and having no control on the diet adds up to weight gain, besides this sedentary lifestyle gives more of posture related pains and aches. Try to loose 10 kg in a period of 3-4 months through a balanced diet and exercise!

Don't eat fried spicy and junk food eat fresh vegetables and fruits more , you need to do a lot of exercises and have a daily active lifestyle to overcome your problem of abdominal fat as well as fatty liver

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

Getting fatty day by day is not a good thing, try to control that by bringing change in your food choices & lifestyle. Keep check on your food intake, eat small & frequent meals, avoid taking sweetened beverages. Avoid high fat & cheesy food products, include more fiber in your diet such as fruits with skin, whole cereals (chapati with bran) & whole pulses.

Hormonal change mostly occurs in puberty period. You are 23 so it is not about hormone. One main reason of increasing weight is you are eating more calories then your requirement. But right now your weight is ideal according to your height but you should know the healthy food habits. If your weight is continuously increase like this then it will lead you to obesity.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Approximately 3-4 kgs one can reduce. But it varies individual to individual you can start with any physically activity like running ,morning walk for 30-40 minutes. Take barley water 1-2 glass ,any one fruit like Orange ,Apple, Guava etc. You can eat oats+milk, brown bread toast in your breakfast. Take green leafy vegetable, sprouts,seasonal fruits etc. Take butter milk. Take green tea two time during the day like one cup evening time and one cup after dinner. These thing you can avoid like junk and spicy food, rice,potato, sugar,alcohol, smoking,etc. Water intake properly.

Am 27 years old am suffering with acidity problem day to day my weight is increasing rapidly and am becoming very lazy and feeling overweight earlier I was 73 now am 85.feeling very heavy but am a sports player. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily and one tablet of unienzyme three times daily after food for few days 9.Consult for further advice

Hello, lybrate user, only intake of proteine is not enough obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please.
