There can be many factors due to which gaining proper weight is difficult. •Genetic •Improper diet. •Over active Lifestyle or high Metabolism. Tips to help you gain weight are:- 1.Increase your carbohydrate content in the once major meals. 2.Increase your snack size. 3.No fluids before and in between of meals. Increase concentrated calories like:- •Nuts and seeds for example: Almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds. •Increase your dairy and its products like: cheese and butter. Have short and intense workout instead of lengthy cardio dominated one.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Hello, I want to reduce my weight in 3 months I am 26 year old my weight is 85 and height is 5'6 in last 1 year my weight sudden increased. As I currently working and my office hours is 10-6.30 I had join zym, aerobics but not able to reduce reason is that m not going regularly due long office working hours last few days and also so stressed up with the work. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

charming personality comes from mind and not by how you look. Always keep that in your mind. for weight loss...there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If not enough then consult. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner 3. do atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind

First of all do suryanamskar daily and brisk walking. Then detoxify your body by drinking wheat grass juice daily after waking up. Take plain home made food during the day. Avoid junk and soda. Slowly you will see a lot of difference in your belly.

A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 30 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.

Hi, I don't think health is less Important than work.if you don't remain fit every sphere of your life will be effected. its advised you do some time management. To de stress take breaks. have warm water lemon and honey empty stomach in morning and throughout the day have warm water. cut on carbs potatoes aerated drinks etc. have leafy vegetables and eat every 2 hours. For that u will have to eat every two hours even at office. when you get up.. do some skipping for 10 minutes . search you tube videos they have 7 minute 5 minute work out. try to do that. It may be tough initially but if you don't you will feel bad afterwards . so why not try. you can consult me for any query
