1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Weight reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements.

Cut Back on Sugars and Starches The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs). These are the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin the most. If you didn’t know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body. When insulin goes down, fat has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the body starts burning fats instead of carbs. Another benefit of lowering insulin is that your kidneys shed excess sodium and water out of your body, which reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight. It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating this way, both body fat and water weight. This is a graph from a study comparing low-carb and low-fat diets in overweight/obese women. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. Constructing your meals in this way will automatically bring your carb intake into the recommended range of 20-50 grams per day. Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week Dumbbells You don’t need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended. The best option is to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch. If you’re new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice. By lifting weights, you will burn a few calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is a common side effect of losing weight. Studies on low-carb diets show that you can even gain a bit of muscle while losing significant amounts of body fat. If lifting weights is not an option for you, then doing some easier cardio workouts like running, jogging, swimming or walking will suffice.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. The best way to avoid these health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Hello, First and foremost you should exercise as per the calories you consume. Secondly, avoid, junk and outside food completely and also alcohol. You should eat clean like beans, greens, good quality proteins, complex carbohydrates and lots of water.
