4 Kegel Exercises For Men To Last Longer In Bed ust like with any other muscle, the basic exercise for your pubococcygeu PC muscle is squeezing and holding. The routine for performing this exercise is what determines what type of conditioning you give the muscle. I recommend several types of exercises for strength, endurance and control. Once the PC muscle is developed over several months, you will see massive improvements in preventing premature ejaculation, more powerful orgasms, greater distance of shooting semen and being able to last much longer in bed. Step by step Kegel exercises will continuously improve the strength of the PC muscles. The Benefit Of Your Effort: Dry Ejaculation If you are consistent with your training, you should have very strong pc muscles after a few months. How to put them to use? Just tighten them up as much as you when you are close to an orgasm – and hold them until the sensation is over! After that, you will be able keep your erection. Pretty awesome, right? Don’t worry, its not unhealthy… The sperm just never left the „stock“. I hope that is enough motivation – so lets start with the exercises! Kegel Routine 1: Flutter Technique This Exercise is what eventually leads to superior control over your pubococcygeus pc muscle. I perform this routine by alternating between flexing and releasing the squeeze on the PC muscle. This was normally the warm up exercise as I built up strength for more demanding routines. The flutter technique requires clenching and unclenching rapidly. For beginners, we find that we cannot keep up for many repetitions. Initially, I started with a set of 10 repetitions then having a 10 second break before starting another set. I found that I gained endurance and I can now reach sets of up to 30 flexes at a go. However, it is important to have in mind that the rest is important so as not to overwork the muscle. I perform 5 sets at a go three times a day. But during the exercise, I prefer varying the rest period for random durations of between 5 and 15 seconds. Kegel Exercise 2: Squeeze and Hold This is a more difficult Exercise. I start by tightly squeezing the PC muscle tightly and holding. This tests willpower and builds up the strength of the PC muscle. After squeezing, I let it stay clenched for a certain count of time and then release. With more exercise and practice, the period of holding gradually increases. Since this exercise makes the muscle tire easily, I find about 3 repetitions per set with adequate breaks in between to be sufficient. I recommend this exercise to be done about 3 to 4 times per week. Kegel Exercise 3: Combination Method These step by step exercises use both the routines detailed above. It entails doing the flutter routine, with about five rapid flexes, then squeezing tightly at the last one and holding. Not partly clenching as we tend to do during the flutter technique but powerfully contracting the PC muscle. Personally, once I have established a rhythm, for instance five flutters followed by five seconds hold, I take a breather before another set. When I have warmed up sufficiently, I can do up to 10 sets without taking a break. This is exercise is what gives us that powerful control of ejaculation and pulsating contractions during orgasms. Kegel Exercise 4: Random Flexing Style This is the ultimate test of whether you have mastered control over our ejaculatory muscles. When I am doing this routine, I start with about ten flutters so as to get a rhythm. Then I perform powerful squeezing and holding. When I first began Kegel exercises, this was almost impossible. But with time, I have gained control and can now contract my PC muscle at any time.

You are having viral fever due to season change. Do war! saline gargle regularly have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. Go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have plenty of water by mouth. It will be alright.

1. Maintain a healthy weight.

2. Find a low-impact exercise you enjoy.

3. Give physical therapy a try: a physical therapist can help design an exercise program that fits your individual ability level and teach you proper techniques to spare your joints.

4. Get enough rest and relaxation.

5. Make sure you're getting enough sleep: arthritis pain can interfere with a good night's sleep. However, proper sleep is necessary for overall health.

6. Use ice and/or heat: for many people with arthritis pain, ice can help relieve pain and swelling and heat can help ease stiffness.

7. Apply a topical pain reliever:

8. Use an oral pain reliever: ask your doctor about your options. Oral pain medications are commonly used to treat osteoarthritis symptoms.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. 1. Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy, fried and junk food, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take one tablet of meftal spas ds as and when required after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 4. Take one tablet of rantac150 mg twice daily before food 5. If you have recurrent stomach ache, do upper gi endoscopy after consulting gastroenterologist.

Dear Lybrate user. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases You can clear the problem yourself. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. Take care.

Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don?t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in TV/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

First morning drink- green tea 1 lemon juice a pinch of asafoetida and turmeric. After an hour bottle ground juice. Breakfast-2 Banana and an apple. Lunch- Steamed Cauliflower, lettuce, Snapbeans/ French Beans, radish, tomato, cucumber and an egg. Little rice. Evening- Bread, egg and green tea. A banana, maybe. If you are planning weight control this diet is good and if you lost only top hair it is alopecia and a check up is needed. In general, you lose about 50-100 strands of hair each day, but the loss is not visible as new hair grow in their place. However, if you lose more than a 100 strands in a day and more than 200 strands on the day you shampoo, you may be suffering from what is known as excessive hair fall. Certain factors or reasons may cause you to lose hair at an alarming rate, which are, 1. Thyroid problems Your thyroid is responsible for your body’s overall functioning. The hormones (primarily T4 and T3), which it produces help in regulating metabolic activities. Problems with your thyroid gland can cause your hormone levels to rise or fall to unhealthy levels, which can result in hair fall. You can improve the functioning of your thyroid gland through a diet rich in calcium, iodine, magnesium, protein and Vitamins A, B and C. 2. Scalp infections-Infections of the scalp can also be one of the factors that may cause your hair to fall at an alarming rate. Of the different scalp infections, the ringworm scalp infection is the most common. Although this fungal infection can occur in any part of your body, when it develops on your scalp, you end up losing clumps of hair. Alongside the use of anti-fungal medications, even anti-fungal shampoos and creams can provide you with respite from the problem. 3. Poor diet, Gorging on unhealthy foods or going on a crash diet can result in the lack of essential nutrients in your body, which are required to maintain healthy hair. Furthermore, since hair is made of protein, having a balanced diet consisting of proteins and vitamin- rich foods is a must. 4. Stress gives rise to certain conditions such as alopecia areata, telogen effluvium (hair loss caused post-pregnancy or surgery) and trichotillomania (an impulsive need to pull your hair out), which can cause you to lose significant amount of hair. To avert a hair loss crisis caused by stress, make it a point to do some simple stress-reducing exercises, such as meditation or breathing exercises. 5. Using hair styling products like hair colours and straighteners can cause you to experience hair fall problems. Your hair not only becomes dull and dry due to their use, but also becomes weak and brittle, leading to a gradual loss of hair. Regular oiling and use of homemade hair masks are some of the ways you can try to counter the negative effects of these hair styling products. 6. The drugs that are used in the treatment of cancer not only destroy the fast-growing cancer cells, but also the healthy blood cells in your body. For this reason, consuming foods that possess cancer-fighting properties (like oatmeal, tomato, almonds, garlic etc) is a sure-shot way of fighting the disease as well as averting any side-effects that may arise because of the treatment. 7. Alopecia areata. Lastly, hair fall can also be caused by alopecia areata, which is a kind of hair loss that takes place when your body’s immune system erroneously attacks your hair follicles, and prevents growth of new hair. 8. Genetics. The origin of your severe hair fall or baldness can be traced back to your ancestors. So, your genes can be a factor behind your hair fall problem. If this is the cause, your body then becomes unable to produce new hair. Apart from the changes that you can make in your lifestyle to address the causes of your hair fall, there are also techniques out there that you can employ to permanently treat your problem, such as platelet rich plasma, mesotherapy, stem cell therapy, ozone activated platelet rich plasma & hair transplant.
