when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1.Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. You can get your daily diets planned according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. You have to increase your daily calorie intake. Try to eat after every 2 hours. Include milkshakes, paneer / aloo parathas, cheese sandwiches, dry fruits, have rice as well as chapattis in your lunch / dinner. Drink atleast 3lts. Of water daily.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Do regular exercise. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning.

My arms are too much weak I'm 20 years old but I even cannot do 5 pull-ups. I get my hands shaking vigorously if I perform 2-3 of them. What should I do to get my arms have some toughness. And my height is 5'5" I also want to get a bit more. I don't want to be a 6 inch guy. But I want 3-4 inch more of it. And with the height I have also got another problem. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Mr. Lybrate-user, it is best to avoid sugar totally for a diabetes patient. Taking sugar substitutes also in not good. Recent studies have shown that all the sugar substitutes are unsafe. They increase craving for sugar, plus also have side effects of their own. So it is always good to avoid them totally.

Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness..avoid oily food...junk food.....avoid alcohol consumption...eat green vegetables.........walk for at least 45 minutes a day .

I have ring worms on my head. Firstly they were on my face so I consulted to a doctor and he gave me medicines and after it the were gone. They reappear again and due to it m facing hairfall too what should I do now?

Make paste out of garlic and apply it on the effected area. Soak the mustard seeds in water for 30 minutes and grind them into thick paste. The apply this on the infected skin to get relief from itching and irritation. Mix fresh turmeric powder with water and apply this on the effected part. Repeat it 3 times every day until infection disappears. Remove the gel from aloe vera and apply it directly on the irritating skin. Leave it overnight and wash next day. Consume olive leaf 3 times per day until the problem gets cured. Make lemongrass paste and apply it on the ringworm area. Take 1/2 teaspoon of neem leaf powder and mix it with little water to make a paste. Apply this to rashes several times a day.

Hello, to gain weight through diets, start taking more of milk & milk products, do not skip meals, take add soya flour, chana flour, in your wheat flour. Take munakka, makhana, khajoor, anjeer, chuara, nuts with milk.
