Stress management.

Day to day hectic lifestyle brings lots of stress in all age groups which becomes root cause for various diseases in life.
So kick out stress and stay healthy with these few tips:-

-Exercise regularly atleast 30 min.
-Eat and drink healthy drinking alcohol or smoking or overeating or
-Not eating just adds to your problems.
-Relax everyday
-Start taking up your favourite hobbies atleast 20 mins a day.
-Time management: Set your priorities and pace yourself, also take timeout for yourself.
-Make a note of things that stress you.
-Be assertive
-There are certain things or situation in life which cannot be controlled. So leave that behind.
-Avoid negative talks
-Control stress at work
-No excess coffee, switch to herbal tea
-Every 15 min take a break and do a relaxation exercise or small walk
-Exercise in form of yoga and aerobics helps a lot.
