Any work out or exercise should be done in moderation in initial period especially if its in summer. Do start with 10 minutes. For 3 days. Increase 5 minutes every 3 days until you reach 45 minutes per day. Do not stress your self too much. Initially there will be pain in body but gradually it will go. Later on you will start feeling fresh after work out. Do not stop workingout. Drink lot of water and juices during work out. Always eat healthy food.

Hello to give equal attention to your health while going through your daily routine might be difficult. My solution for you will be to start giving time for your physical exercise in the morning. Make a habit of waking up early and decide your one hour of physical exercise according to your comfort. Pursuing physical exercises during the day time or in the evening proves to be difficult. It's not as if you don't have time for your fitness. It's all about priorities.

Healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing in difference of 2-3 hours like 1 small stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Hello! your weight loss goal should be to lose around 8 to 10 kg to reach your ideal weight as per your height but do make sure you do it in a healthy way. 1.start off with cutting back on all things processed. So no noodles, sweets,refined sugar, maida etc 2.drink plenty of water 3.take small, frequent meals so 6 to 8meals. 4. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, salads,unsweetened fruit juices etc. 5.incorporate excercise into your routine. Start off with 10 to 15 mins and then increase it on a weekly basis. 6. Most importantly, have patience and take no short cuts! There are various underlying medical conditions like hypothyroidism, cushings etc, which hamper weight loss ,you should get that checked by a doctor too. It is always better to consult a nutritionist/dietitian for guidance on your meal plans.
