Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake... Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products.. Like butter...ghee...

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Mr. Lybrate-user. Assalamu alaikum steroids are like double edged knife. It can cause some serious side effects. And generally not advicable. But few anabolic harmones we give for some people.

I have cleared my state inspector of police entrance test now I have to clear physical efficiency test in which I have to clear 800 meters run in 170 seconds but I can not even run 100 meters. Now I left with 75 more days for the event. So I request you to advice what all things to be done and take care in order to crack the event.Please tell.

To reduce weight you should do regular exercise like running, cycling, sunsalutation, avoid sweets, oily, junk food, do panchakarma at your nearer panchakarma center you can take herbal treatment like medohar guggulu 2 tab tds or triphala tablet 2bid drink lukewarm water avoid oily seeds like groundnut, seasame, coconut etc

She needs to get the following tests done 1. LFT (Liver Function Test) 2.KFT (Kidney Function Test) 3. Blood Lipid Profile 4. Fasting sugar and HBA1c 5. Complete Blood Count 6. TSH, FT3, FT4 7.Breast exam and mammogram 8.Pelvic Exam and Pap test 9.Blood Pressure Losing weight should be her top most priority. She needs to incorporate regular physical activity and exercise in her daily routine.

Hello Lybrate user Include Calories In Your Diet eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. Add vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholestero. You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. Foods rich in calories and proteins easily help people gain and maintain weight as opposed to other foods Increase The Number Of Meals, Have six meals a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake.
