Sir i am suffering from ring worms full of body nd i was causing a great itching and nt getting sleep.Skin was turned to black at ring worn effected area, please help me.

If it really a wring worm only may take the following - 10 Fluconazole 200 mg daily with or after dinner for 7 days at the same time use Terbinafine 1% Cream locally for 3 weeks. You can take Terbinafine tab 250 mg daily with one glass of water better after dinner for 10 days and apply the same cream 1% for 3 - 4 weeks. Personal Hygiene is a very important. Change your cloth daily, wash & sundry and iron before wearing again. Before starting the treatment be sure you do not have any Liver or Kidney problem. You don't require very elaborate test for that, your doctor can simply examine you and investigate only if he suspects any.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

You should do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. drink plenty of water daily. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Hello, Eating everything in moderation will help. Eating schedule largely depends on your activity levels, type of body etc. Protein supplements won't help. Body needs good food to develop. Eat a healthy, balanced meals with good amount of seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid stress, very spicy, salt, maida related junk foods. *Practice yoga, breathing exercise. *Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

To control the excitement & masturbation problem you have to follow these methods- * first you have to make your mind relaxed & free from the thought of sexual desire. For that practice anulom-vilom pranayam in the morning for atleast 5-8 minutes daily. * do yogasana namely padmasana & gorakshasana daily for 8-10 minutes. * completely avoid all addiction of alcohol & smoking. * avoid intake of peanuts, gur, til, garam masalas, almonds, wallnuts, kaju, pista. * avoid watching any type of adult movies, books & any pictures. * make goals in the life to achieve as soon as poosible. Sex is not the main part of life but it is only natural desire so focus more on studies & profession. * work out in the morning daily such as a long walk, running or exercises in gym or home to get focus on yourself.

Hi Aim to be fit and strong. Fat is not required. Dont compare with other people. Everyone is different. Be confident of yourself. Avoid artificial supplements. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy Go for regular walks and do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Stop eating fried, high fat and junk food. Eat more of fruits and vegetables (have 5 fruits of different colours daily). Eat high protein foods like low fat milk and its products, eggs etc.

Dear Ankur, you should not quit. You should try and try. More and more workouts improves your stamina over a period time. At the same time you should eat good nutritious diet also. Two glasses of milk, three or four eggs, fruits, vegetables should be included in your daily diet. Talk to your trainer. Take care.

According to your height your ideal body weight should be65 kg. Your weight is very low compare to your ideal weight. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

I am 30 year old male. I used to run regularly, but one day I felt pain in my knees. The pain in both the knees was more prominent when I used to use stair cases, I consulted an orthopaedic surgeon and he suggested it might be due to ACL, and he asked for X-Ray, but due to some assignment I was not able to continue with treatment. I took complete rest for two weeks avoiding stress on my knees, and now I don't feel that much discomfort while using stair cases. Want to know if I can continue my running and basic exercise ? Is there any way to test the ACL condition at home ?

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
