Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

It is tricky. Working out for two hours will bring awesome results but drain your energy. The workout has to be very balanced along with your diet. -give some time to cardio, some to weights and some to stretchung exercises. -divide the hours in two, like one hour in morning and the other in evening. -eat well. Take protein, protein shake, avoid carbs in night. Do not take empty calories. -do not starve yourself or treat yourself too often. -keep one day in a week where you can skip dieting. Getting an instructer for your work out will be a good idea.

You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only…. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. A) take 50 ml of krumivikar kadha + 10 gm of jaggery along with 50 ml of lukewarm water, after meals. B) Take one tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meal…C) take 50 ml of aloe vera juice along with 50 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Follow these things for 15 days. If it is helpful then give your valuable feedback, if it is not helpful then consult to your family physician…………thanks.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Most of the people go to the gym for staying fit these days; however it’s not possible for all due to financial and time constraints. You can find many exercises for weight loss online, which helps you to lose weight within the comforts of your home. Out of the several exercises for weight loss, pick up the one that you are comfortable to do. You can also perform secondary yoga for weight loss. Initially, you may find it difficult, but after some time you will get used to it. Few workouts that can be performed at home for losing weight Bridge exercise is an effective exercise for weight loss at home. It specially concentrates on the abdominal area, hamstrings, the lower back and the gluteal muscles. You can lie on your back by keeping your arms to your sides. Now bend your knees and raise your hips by maintaining the back straight and keeping the feet on the floor. Keep the hips in a straight line with your shoulders and knees. Hold on for 30 seconds and gently retrieve your hips to the initial position. Repeat the process for few more minutes. Bridge is one of the most popular poses in secondary yoga for weight loss. It concentrates on abs, spine, hips, and butt. For doing it, you can begin with a hands and knees position. Point your fingers forward and keep your hands under your shoulders, and the knees under your hips. Gently stretch your opposite leg and arms parallel to the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds without arching your back. Retrieve to the initial position slowly and repeat the process on both the sides. Many people find this secondary yoga for weight loss effective. Walking Lunges are considered to be one of the excellent exercises for weight loss. It helps to strengthen thighs and hips. Stand tall by keeping your feet shoulder-width apart. Now step forward with your right foot, land on your left knee and then on the forefoot. Keep your knees at about an angle of ninety degree. Stand on the forward leg with the help of rear leg. Repeat the process with both the legs. It can be also done by holding a pair of dumbbells in your hands. All the above-mentioned exercises for weight loss are easy to carry out at home. Everyday set apart a few minutes for performing these exercises for weight loss. Hi, according to your height your weight is normal. If you want lose weight. So I advice you, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise at least 15-20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meal.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swimming for 1 hour daily 2. Control diet 3. Avoid sweets, sugar, oily, fatty, excess calorie/cholesterol, saturated fat and carbohydrate rich diet. Take green leafy vegetables/fruits/salads. Drink plenty of water. Avoid junk food, bakery items like pizza/burger/cookies, soft drink, alcohol etc 5. Do yoga, pranayama, deep breathing exercise 6. Weight reduction process should be gradual, don't try drastic weight reduction by starving etc.

You must not overloaded your stomach with tasty food. Take nutritous diet full of protein and vitamins. Avoid oil and sugar. Drink plenty of liquids and eat salads and fruits. Do massage of your knee with seasame oil daily at night one inch above the knee and one inch below and under the hollow portion of knee andon the shin bone under the knee four inch 15 times each point daily for ten days. Increase your exercise slowly day by day.

People who say have no time for exercise will have to soon find time for illness. Morning wake up 30 min early than usual time. Walk for 20 min at least. Give some kind of work to the body. Keep sipping water,include veggies in every meal possible.Cut on sugar,refined foods and junk. When on phone walk and talk,use steps wherever possible. First make up your mind then definitely no one can stop from being fit and healthy

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.
