Start having 8-10,glasses of water daily.Avoid stress and do some kind of exercise daily as it improve circulation of blood.Have a good diet free of sugar and packed food like maida and its product.

You should take small meals in a day. Take plenty of water. Eat less drink more. After every meal you may take 1/2cup of boiled water.

Weakness and headache may persist for some time in patient who suffered from dengue 1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Whole grains include brown rice, oats, cereals, wheat, etc. Which are the powerhouses of diverse nutrients. Oats, plain or brown rice are good sources of complex carbohydrates and help build your muscles. On the other hand, cereals are a high calorie food. They must be consumed as morning meal. •Brown rice can be a filling food because of its fiber, carbohydrates and protein content. If you are planning for a healthy weight gain, then combine rice with some other nutrient and calorie-dense foods. Instead of water, cook them in broth or milk. You may also add butter or cheese over the top. Starchy vegetables and dried fruits can be mixed.

for external staining, go for scaling and polishing of teeth. this will make you teeth clean n will give it a shine. but if you want further whiteness, go for bleaching.

Hi take medicine rite-hite (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day, 1/2 an hour before meals. Do pranayam, suryanamaskar daily. Do swimming and stretching exercises daily. Do this regularly as you have a better chance of growth till 22 years of age.

Hi, nutritional supplements cannot be given without proper check ups. You need to first get a full body blood test done to analyse which nutrients are deficent and then accordingly they need to be supplemented.
