1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. The earlier you tackle this, the easier it is going to be. You are young and you can treat your stomach disorder and anxiety at the same time with good results.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of olive + 3 drops of white chestnut + 3 drops of hornbeam.+ 3 drops of mimulus. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose) on empty stomach.

Causes, Types and Symptoms of Crohn's Disease

One of the most severe illnesses included in the larger group of diseases, is known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Crohn's disease is typically a long-lasting, chronic condition. The intestine or bowel, most commonly the colon and the lower part of the small intestine, are either marked by sores or get inflamed and ulcerated. It is a common occurrence in adolescents and in young adults. 

Types : Crohn's disease is subdivided into five types, each having its own set of symptoms:

  1. Ileocolitis: The most common type, it affects the colon and the ileum and results in considerable weight loss as well as diarrhea and cramps.
  2. Gastroduodenal Crohn's disease: People who suffer from this type of disease have their stomach and duodenum affected and many experience symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite and weight loss.
  3. Crohn's Colitis: This involves only the stomach, and can cause joint pains, rectal bleeding, skin lesions and diarrheas. 
  4. Ileitis: This type of Crohn's disease affects the ileum and the symptoms are identical to those of ileocolitis.
  5. Jejunoileitis: In this type, the jejunum gets affected and general symptoms include the formation of fistulas, diarrhea, intensive back pain as well as areas of inflammation.

Causes: Although there are many theories about what causes Crohn's disease, none of them have been proven. However, there have been a few possible causes which have been identified. These include:

  1. Immune system problems
  2. Genetic disorders
  3. Environmental factors, such as: a) Certain edibles, b) Viruses or harmful bacteria, c) Smoke.

Symptoms: The primary symptoms of Crohn's disease include the following:

  1. Diarrhea: Diarrhea is a common problem for people with Crohn's disease and can occur for about 10 to 20 times a day in severe cases.
  2. Blood in your stool: In rare cases, you might notice blood in the toilet bowl or darker blood mixed with your stool.
  3. Fever and fatigue: In more intense cases, you may develop a fever. You may also feel tired or have low energy.
  4. Abdominal pain and cramping: You may experience anything from slight discomfort to severe cramping and intermittent belly pain, including nausea and vomiting.
  5. Anemia: Due to a reduction in iron level caused by bloody stools a person can turn anemic.
  6. Reduced appetite and weight loss: Abdominal pain and cramping can affect both your appetite and your ability to digest food, which leads to severe weight loss.
  7. Perianal disease: Erratic appearance of small tears in the anus are called anal fissures.

The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

I am a 15 years old boy. My height is not growing from sometime. What should I do to increase my height.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if diabetes is not well controlled and going on for a number of years, then it does affect the nervous system causing sensory neuropathy, where patient may feel tingling, numbness, altered sensation and/or loss of sensation. Does he have any cut or ulcer on the sole? since when has he been having the injury or ulcer on the foot? how good is his blood glucose control? it is essential to have a fairly strict glucose control in such situation. He may need urgent care so please consult your local diabetologist urgently. Thanks.

you can start with some physical activity like walk, yoga, or running etc during the day. take high fiber diet, include salad and seasonal vegetables in your diet. regular frequent meal will help you to reduce weight. take plenty of water. rest you can check your body constitution ratio, as per that if you follow the diet you can reduce easily.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Tongue shows everything in relation to health

Clean your tongue every day. Otherwise glands under the dirt are unable to emit digestive juice required for proper digestion. Therefore make a mandatory habit to clean tongue everyday. When we see food we prefer and inhale smell of cooking of next door neighbor. Saliva automatically starts secreting and we feel hungry. Due to stimulation of vagus nerve.

In-case you forgot to clean then you will get acidity and indigestion. Its a body bio-chemistry. If tongue clean then you will get at least proper digestion.

Improper digestion very soon brings lots of diseases. So by this act you will get skin not luster-less, hair will receive nutrition if balance diet taken.

So put a little attention in morning. Just 10 seconds. See tongue in the mirror and clean it. With reverse tooth brash. Then for the day health is maintained.

Check when you have fever if you clean tongue, after few hours again you see tongue is uncleaned. In fever appetite is poor.

Everyday take 1 glass of water and drink before 1 hour of two meals to dilute hydrochloric acid. Dilute acid is more effective than concentrated hcl in context of digestion. Your intake of food will be more than the normal and no gas acidity will come. Take 1 glass of water after 1 hour of meal.

Experiment this on yourself and justify my words. Eat everything in less quantity and eat throughout the whole life.

Exercise is mandatory. Do 5 minutes free-hand exercise (pity). Everyday when you get time to enhance flow of blood in body. Japaneese do exercise before the start of everyday duty. It increases working capability.

All problem comes on over eating. Control your tongue and the diseases are controlled. Be remain healthy.

The main enemy of your poor health are worms. In 95% cases specially for children. So beware of worms (parasites).

Hi being a dietician I would refrain from prescribing any supplements for weight loss, weight loss should be gradual and a natural one. Losing weight through medicines may look good initially because of fast results but later once you switch to normal food style you may see a bounce back of the weight.
