If your heart is not into this pregnancy, you may affect the unborn child. It is not your husband? s wish alone, you also must want that child and convey that to it in your feelings, attitude, and taking care of yourself. In fact it is necessary for that child to feel your love. Job and career will come later. Pregnancy is a blessing, and if it an unwanted child the effects will start showing on that child. Get excited, learn all about child rearing and get some special information from your gynecologist to foster good feelings. I don? t know your age but the earlier you get a child the better. Every thought and feeling that you go through is communicated to the child and that child must feel wanted and awaited with all the excitement possible. That is your responsibility.

Hi lybrate-userhere are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Does baby cry or just awake. Babies generally have light slep and awakened easily if crying he might be hungry, getting wet too often or having some abdominal discomfort. Do proper breast feeding, even he may just suck the nipple during sleep. Keep him in a comfortable, peaceful, relatively dark environment. Carry him in your arms and have skin to skin contact may do some rocking movements give a baby massage and bath daily do proper burping after feed change nappy as required and have patience give feed back.

Dear Jezkji. I can understand. Cross dressing tendency at your age is impulsive disorder which comes under a broad spectrum of obsessive compulsive disorder. As you are having this tendency for a few days, you should overcome it with strong will power and ignoring the urge. This is a psychological disorder and if you are unable to handle it now, you could need psychotherapy. Take care.

The most serious short-term physical health risks of mdma are hyperthermia and dehydration.cases of life-threatening or fatal hyponatremia (excessively low sodium concentration in the blood) have developed in mdma users attempting to prevent dehydration by consuming excessive amounts of water without replenishing electrolytes.even without excessive water intake, mdma can increase water retention through syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion,[28] so that water intake must be restricted (unless heavy sweating occurs).non-primary source needed the resultant hypervolumia can simultaneously cause both dilutional hyponatremia (which can cause seizures) and hypertension (which can cause stroke). In the case of excessive water intake, salt can be administered to increase osmotic pressure, but while this improves hyponatremia it can also further worsen hypertension. Both are associated with a sensation of intracranial pressure, either in the brain's arteries as in hypertension, or in the brain's tissues as in hyponatremia.[medical citation needed] the immediate adverse effects of mdma use can include: dehydration hyperthermia bruxism (grinding and clenching of the teeth) increased wakefulness or insomnia increased perspiration and sweating increased heart rate and blood pressure loss of appetite nausea and vomiting diarrhea erectile dysfunction mydriasis after-effects the effects that last up to a week following cessation of moderate mdma use include: physical trismus loss of appetite insomnia psychological anxiety or paranoia depression irritability impulsiveness restlessness memory impairment anhedonia long-term effects mdma use has been shown to produce brain lesions, a form of brain damage, in the serotonergic neural pathways of humans and other animals. in addition, long-term exposure to mdma in humans has been shown to produce marked neurotoxicity in serotonergic axon terminals. neurotoxic damage to axon terminals has been shown to persist for more than two years.brain temperature during mdma use is positively correlated with mdma-induced neurotoxicity in animals. adverse neuroplastic changes to brain microvasculature and white matter also seem to occur in humans using low doses of mdma. reduced gray matter density in certain brain structures has also been noted in human mdma users.in addition, mdma has immunosuppressive effects in the peripheral nervous system, but pro-inflammatory effects in the central nervous system. babies of mothers who used mdma during pregnancy exhibit impaired motor function at 4 months of age, which may reflect either a delay in development or a persistent neurological deficit. mdma also produces persistent cognitive impairments in human users. impairments in multiple aspects of cognition, including memory, visual processing, and sleep have been noted in humans; the magnitude of these impairments is correlated with lifetime ecstasy or mdma usage. memory is significantly impacted by ecstasy use, which is associated with marked impairments in all forms of memory (e. G, long-term, short-term, working). dependence and withdrawal some studies indicate repeated recreational users of mdma have increased rates of depression and anxiety, even after quitting the drug.other meta analyses have reported possibility of impairment of executive functioning. approximately 60% of mdma users experience withdrawal symptoms, including, but not limited to: fatigue, loss of appetite, depression, and trouble concentrating. tolerance is expected to occur with consistent mdma use.

Hello, as per your complaints- weakness, easy fatiguability, low energy levels, hair loss, low stamina- it seems like you have some disturbance. It can be caused by both psychological causes such as underlying affective disorder in the form of depression; as well as an underlying endocrine dysfunction such as hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, hypopituitarism can also cause similar symptoms. It is also possible that you might have both the causes concurrently. Hence to find the cause, a detailed assessment is required which would involve a detailed discussion about your life style, work, affective state, family history, regarding any organic illness. Further on this basis a management plan would be made which will include investigations, therapeutic interventions in the form of medications and psychological interventions for complete recovery. Hence I would suggest you to consult me in private, so that your problems could be assessed in details, and a further plan action can be made.

Dear Raghu K, i like your persistent questioning. Certain amount of anxiety is normal. Anxiety protects you from dangerous situation to fight or to run away from the danger. Without anxiety, you can not develop yourself. As long as the danger is real situation and it occurs rarely, it is OK. For example, how often do you think you will face tsunami? If anxiety is prolonged and anticipatory and its affects your functioning (your obsession with weight, BMI, LDL cholesterol), it needs treatment with Clonazepam and Sertraline.

Death of a close one is a always painful and difficult to overcome. Generally it take 6 months to one year in recovery but it varies from individual to individual. We always need to put an end to the grief and pain for our own wellbeing. If still you are unable to overcome the pain, that simply means the process of greif (talking out and tears) is yet to be completed. I would suggest you to talk to a friend, who understand your relation with the one who is no more or else take professional help of a psychologist. He/she will help you talk out, accept the situation and finally making easy closure of this painful event in your life.
