How we can our skin make fairer? Because our skin completion is dark specially hand and foot.
Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

I am 22 years old there is some problem on face that some black spots (masse) arise what I to do.
you can remove black spots on face by using following treatment at home. 1.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well and dab the mixture on the black spots. This pack can work very effectively to reduce marks on the skin and the results will be visible on the skin within a week’s time if you use this treatment daily. 2.Prepare a solution for the dark spots with handy items available in home. Take one tablespoon of onion juice, one tablespoon of garlic juice, half tablespoon of vinegar and mix them properly. Apply this combination onto the dark spots and rub for few minutes. Rinse with chilled water after 20 minutes. It is easy to reduce the dark spots gradually by regularly using this mixture. The vitamins and the Sulphur contents of onions and the allicin from garlic have anti-fungal and anti-aging properties and they also soothe the skin.

Hair Transplant - The FUE Technique!

MBBS, MS Surgery
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Delhi
Hair Transplant - The FUE Technique!

Hair transplant is a surgical procedure that is used to move hair follicles from one location in the body to another. The part from which the hair follicles are taken is known as the “donor site” and the location where it is moved to is called the “recipient site”. Patients who undergo hair transplants often come across the terms FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).

Follicular Unit Extraction is a procedure which involves the singular extraction of each hair follicle without any removal of strip of tissue. Random removal of hair follicle takes place which causes minimal and unnoticeable changes in the donor area. Fewer amounts of hair are transplanted as the follicles are removed one at a time which makes it beneficial for the removal of lesser hair as compared to the traditional FUT procedure.

The Procedure

In FUE, singular removal of hair follicles is done using specialized equipment that generally consists of a needle which has a diameter less than one mm. The needle is targeted at the base of the hair follicles. At this spot, a circular incision is made. Another instrument, similar to tweezers, is used to dislodge the hair follicle from the scalp.

Post- Surgery Management:

Stretches are not needed in Follicular Unit Extraction. Additionally, there is almost no post procedural discomfort. Since the occurrence of any scar is absent, healing time is generally less. However, puncture marks which have a diameter of 1 mm or less are common. These marks heal by themselves within 3 to 7 days. It takes three to six months for the hair to look natural once again. The initial scars heal quickly and daily activities can be resumed the very next day.

Advantages:

Perspective of the surgeon:

  1. Lesser manpower, when compared to FUT, is needed i.e. a single doctor with a maximum of two assistants can run a clinic.
  2. Lesser equipment is needed.
  3. Graft preparation is minimal.

Perspective of the Patient:

  1. Can sport short hair.
  2. Less post-operative recovery time.
  3. Microscopic scars in the donor site are nearly invisible.
  4. Body hair can be used for added density only in this technique.
  5. Can be used to cover pre-existing scar of surgery.

Most women see this symptom. It is actually a good sign. It shows you are a healthy individual. There are many hormonal changes and fluctuations that take place before mentruation, eg. Stomach cramps, backache, irritation, mood swings, acne, breast pain etc. There is nothing that can be done about it. Just make sure you do not end up scratching it. You can put white toothpaste overnight if the pimple is painful.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!).

My skin is very sensitive and dull what can I do for fairness, suggest me best cream for fairness.
For glowing skin For years, mothers and grannies have used besan or gram flour to treat minor skin problems, even though many cosmetic products are available in the market today. Besan – good for all skin types, along with other ingredients, adds that perfect glow to your face, here’s how. Make a pack of gram flour (besan) with turmeric, lemon drops and some milk cream (malai). Apply this over your face and keep it on for 15-20 minutes Wash off with tap water and pat dry. It’s a known fact that orange peels do more good than the orange itself. Another way to add radiance to your skin is by using orange peels with ground pink dal (masoor ki daal) Add a little honey or curd to orange peels and dal and grind well to make a paste. Apply this paste on your face and keep it for 20 minutes. Wash off with tap water and pat dry.

Home Remedies- 1. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 2. Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and rose water in equal quantities. Apply this mixture on the affected areas and wash off with fresh water after half an hour. 3. A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars/black heads. 4. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. Make a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, saunf, tulsi, turmeric, and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Take 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. Eat fresh neem leaves twice a day. Do's and Do not's- Avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Avoid White rice, bread, corn flakes and other foods which are high in glycemic index, triggering acne formation. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkercheif with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing facewash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Sir one day while bathing I saw some black created on my thigh region up to 9 which was causing itching.
You are having pubic-lice. Treatment includes: Wash all clothing and bedding in hot water. Spray items that cannot be washed with a medicated spray that you can buy at the store. You can also seal items in plastic bags for 10 to 14 days to smother the lice. Makes sure anyone with whom you have had sexual contact or shared a bed is treated at the same time. For further queries get back to me.
