I 35 year old male my Work has very very little physical activity and Cause of it my weight is putting on presently my weight is 85 kgs I want reduce my weight I have bought Herbalife product for this. I have tried this 4 years back and my weight got reduced by 9 kgs after stopping my weight got increased to same levels. I wanted to know whether you can use it again to reduce my weight? Will this have any side effects. Presently I am taking Olmark 20 mg for blood pressure and I have gastric trouble in routine. And I have deficiency of Vitamins B and D for which I am taking tablets as suggested by Doctor. And from few days I feel joints paining from few days. Can you please guide me in this regards.

You can exercise for healthier gums as well. Gently bite down so as to make sure that your teeth make a clinking sound when they meet. Repeat this 30 to 40 times continously. This exercise will stimulate the flow of blood and will keep your gums healthy.

To loose belly fat you have to do rigorous exercise like crunches, stretching. Running and you have to follow healthy diet pattern too for weight loss. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. Sorry you can not reduce weight that fast. Maximum of 4 kgs cam be lost in a month following a healthy diet and exercise. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
