The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

hello do exercise and take black coffee without sugar before workout. have small and frequent meals. take high fiber diet. avoid fruit juices, fried food, oily food, junk food, potatoes, rice. do brisk walk daily. take plenty of fruits and liquid.

Hello, take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-1. Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. 2. Raw potato:-there are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes. Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles.

These are formed by stretching of skin through exercise, weight gain etc. There are many treatments available for stretch marks. कई लोगों के सुंदर नयन नक्श होते हैं पर उनकी त्वचा की कमी सबकुछ फीका कर देती है। त्वचा में कमी का मतलब कालेपन या गोरेपन से नहीं बल्कि स्किन की टाइप से है। आमतौर पर त्वचा चार तरह की होती है- नॉर्मल, ड्राय, ऑइली और सेंसेटिव। ऑइली स्किन का मतलब है आपकी स्किन में लिपिड लेवल यानि वसा की मात्रा ज्यादा होना। आपकी स्किन किस टाइप की है, यह तीन फैक्टर पर निर्भर होता है- पानी, लिपिड लेवल और संवेदनशीलता। ऑइली स्किन अकसर हार्मोनल बदलाव की वजह से होती है, इसका सम्बन्ध लाइफस्टाइल से भी है। ऑइली स्किन चमकदार, मोटी और बेजान होती है। इस तरह की स्किन वाले पुरुष और महिलाओं की आंख के नीचे काले धब्बे आने का खतरा रहता है। ऑइली स्किन में पोर्स यानि त्वचा में पाए जाने वाले छिद्र बड़े-बड़े होते हैं और सैबेकियस ग्लैंड ज्यादा सक्रिय होते हैं। नतीजा ऐसी स्किन ऑइली हो जाती है।

स्किन ज्यादा सुर्ख या ज्यादा तैलीय हो तो हमें कई तरह की स्किन प्रोब्लेम्स का सामना करना पड़ता है और हमारी लुक खराब होती है सो अलग। तो आज हम बात करेंगे तैलीय त्वचा से निज़ात पाने के नुस्खों के बारे में। शरीर द्वारा उत्पन्न किये गए प्राकृतिक तेल की वजह से ही त्वचा स्वस्थ रह पाती है। लेकिन अगर चेहरे पर तेल ज़्यादा हो जाए तो कई साइड इफेक्ट्स भी हो सकते हैं। इनमें से एक साइड इफेक्ट्स के तौर पर आपके चेहरे पर मुहांसे भी हो सकते हैं। एक्ने का कारण भी त्वचा का ज्यादा तैलीय होना है।
हम में से ज्यादातरलोग स्किन के तेलहनपन को कंट्रोल करने के लिए ऑइल कंट्रोल क्रीम्स, मॉइस्चराइज़र्स जैसे कई और कास्मेटिक का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। हालांकि इनका इफ़ेक्ट होता है पर ये हर किसी के पास अवेलेबल हों यह जरूरी नहीं। तो अगर चाहें तो आप प्राकृतिक तरीकों से अपने स्किन के तैलीयता को कंट्रोल कर सकते हैं।

1. चंदन पावडर और मुल्तानी मिट्टी
एक चम्मच चंदन का पाउडर, एक चम्मच मुल्तानी मिट्टी, एक चम्मच केओलिन पाउडर मिलाकर चेहरे पर करीब 15-20 मिनट रखें उसके बाद चेहरा धो लें। 

2. व्हाइट एग
अंडे की सफेदी का मास्क त्वचा को अच्छा कसाव देता और वसामय ग्रंथियाँ को बंद कर देती है।

3. बेसन हल्दी
करीब 15-16 चम्मच बेसन और पिसी हुई हल्दी में थोड़ा-सा कच्चा दूध या पानी मिलाकर गाढ़ा-गाढ़ा घोल बनाएं और फिर एक चम्मच या 8-10 बूंद सरसों का या तिल का या फिर जैतून का तेलमिलाकर स्क्रबबना ले फिर स्क्रबको चेहरे, गर्दन, हाथ-पैर, कोहनियां,पर लगा लें। लेप के सूखने के बाद नार्मल स्क्रब की तरह छुड़ा लें और पानी से धो लें।बेसन और हल्दी के इस scrub को चेहरे पर लगाने से oily skin से राहत के साथ ही साथ चेहरे के दाग, धब्बे, झुर्रियां तथा अनावश्यक बाल भी दूर होते हैं। 

4. कोकोनट मिल्क
नारियल के दूध में बहुत से खनिजों का मिश्रण होता है। इसे अपने चेहरे पर लगाएं और कुछ देर के बाद धो दें। नारियल में मौजूद तेल आपकी त्वचा में मौजूद नमी में वृद्धि करता है और आपकी त्वचा से तेल को कम करता है।

5. मुल्तानी मिट्टी और आटे का फेसपैक
हल्की पीली रंगत वाली मुल्तानी मिट्टी, जई का आटा और बादाम को पीसकर मिलाने के बाद दो घंटे तक किसी कांच या चीनी मिट्टी से बने बर्तन में इसे रख दे फिर इस स्क्रबको चेहरे पर लगा लें यह तैलीय त्वचा की बेहतरीन सफाई करते हैं। इस से रोम छिद्रों का मैल साफ होगा और त्वचा की रंगत भी निखरेगी। 

6. शहद,चीनी,बुरा और नींबू रस
शहद, चीनी का बूरा और नींबू का रस मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगायें नींबू का रस त्वचा का रंग साफ करता है और पोर्सको सुखाता है तथा चीनी त्वचा को नरम बनाती है। इसे गीली त्वचा पर 15-20 मिनट के लिए लगा रहने दें फिर धो लें।

7. बेसन
तैलीय त्वचा के लिए केवल बेसन को ही पानी में घोलकर लेप कर लें तथा 15 मिनट के बाद इससे चेहरे का चिपचिपापन दूर होकर चेहरा निखर जाएगा।

8. बर्फ
अगर त्वचा इतनी अधिक तैलीय हो कि मेकअप भी न ठहरता हो तो इसके लिए आप एक बर्फ का टुकड़ा दूध में भिगोकर चेहरे पर धीरे-धीरे मलें। इस प्रयोग से त्वचा का चिकनापन दूर होकर चेहरे पर ताजगी का एहसास होगा।

9. दही
दही में लैक्टिक एसिड होता है और यह किसी अन्य दुग्ध उत्पाद की तरह ही त्वचा को साफ़ करता है। दही त्वचा को प्राकृतिक तरीके से सुखा देती है और इस प्रक्रिया में त्वचा का प्राकृतिक तेल भी नष्ट नहीं होने देती।

10. चावल आटा और गुलाबजल
चावल का आटा गुलाब जल के साथ मिला कर इसे थोड़ी देर कड़ा होने तक छोड़ दें फिर इस scrub को फेस पर लगाएं।

11. नमक का स्प्रे
नमक प्राकृतिक रूप से सुखाने वाला पदार्थ होता है तथा यह कीटाणु नाशक भी होता है। स्प्रे करने वाली बोतल में एक चमम्च नमक डालकर चेहरे पर स्प्रे करें यह आप हर रोज कर सकती है।

12. गेंदे के फूल का क्लिंजर
एक मुटठी भरगेंदे की पंखुडियां लेकर एक कप उबलते हुए पानी में डाल दें, फिर इसको पांच दस मिनट छोड़ दें, फिर जब ये छूने लायक ठंडा हो जाये तो पंखुडियो का गूदा बनाकर ऑयली स्किन पर लगायें पांच सात मिनट तक इसको लगा रहने दे फिर ठंडे पानी से चेहरे को धो लें।

13. दूध
तैलीय त्वचा से मुक्ति, दूध भी अत्याधिक तेल हटाने में आपकी मदद करता है। चेहरे को दूध से धोना काफी अच्छा उपचार है क्योंकि इससे त्वचा का वह तेल भी निकलता है जो कि काफी समय से त्वचा से चिपका हुआ होता है। इस प्रक्रिया के बाद त्वचा पर हल्का सा दूध लगाएं और अच्छे से धो लें।

14. हार्ड केमिकल से बचें
मेकअप के सामानों में मौजूद कठोर केमिकल्स त्वचा के तेल की मात्रा में वृद्धि करते हैं। इसलिए उत्कृष्ट कोटि के सॉफ्ट मेकअप ही करें।
