Ave an ligament injury on my left knee both ACL and PCL had partially injured. Doctor put 8 weeks plaster. Now almost two and half months has been completed.and my left knee is badly stiff. And doctor advise me to take hot water fomentation by adding fitkari and salt in the water. But now almost 2 weeks are completes to remove my plaster cast. And I am regularly taking hot water fomentation twice a day and exercises. But still my leg is stiff I can't walk without support. Please help me what should I do to remove the stiffness. I have some physical problem which I want to share. My age is 31 year, and I am 6'3" tall. But I am not able to gain my weight. My weight is approx 55-59 kg only. I have another problem that I have eosinophil from long back (at least from last 10 years). I am not even sexually fit also as I think. Please give me advice.
My fiance is having pain on the left side of her chest and shoulder. She has had it since Wednesday morning and his right arm has been slightly numb. The pain in his chest has gotten better but a lot worse in shoulder. He doesn't have money to go to the emergency room if he doesn't have to. He wasn't doing anything just woke up like that.
I had admitted in hospital on 26th September and discharge on 30th September I was suffering from high fever and at the time of admitted it was 105 degree Fahrenheit and now I am suffering from complete body pain and headache on diagnosis fever was acute febrile illness so now what should I do to reduce body pain specially headache.
A three-step plan to relieve pain
1. Always do stretches and back strengthening exercises in the morning before the day's activities tire the back and at night to relax the muscles after a long day!
2. Use a cushion/or a back support when you sit on a chair. Use an ergonomic chair to sit at your desk. Take breaks every hour and walk around even to drink water or for making a cup of green tea! be mobile, but not on the mobile!
3. De-stress. Wellness encompasses mind and body relaxation. So meditate and breathe right. Eat healthy. Sleep well.
