One year back I used to be around 50 or 52. I have gained around 15 kgs in a year. I hv been doing gym for last 6 months but I am not satisfied with the result. Can you recommend me some fat burner. I am 25 years old and my weight is 60 kgs. I am married and want to plan a baby soon. I have been experiencing knee pain after doing gym. Now I want to continue walking with some fat burner. Fat burners are not good for health it will damage your kidneys ,instead of fat burners try natural procedure like drink grean tea and take protein shek after your aerobic workout. Avoid taking heavy meals at a time ,try to eat samll meals like 5 times that will reduce your appetite and reduce weight.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello ,I'm 22 year old. Recently from 6 months I feel no strength in my joints ,knee and shoulders joint after series of incidents in sports they got twisted like feel but it doesn't swell nor the bone is broken .I used to go for gym 2 years back n I've left it due to my studies .Now it has worsened like I can't play if I I'll I play it ends with twisted feel in joints not I can swim.

Dear user. You are a sports person and you should perfectly know how to do those exercises and swimming and jogging etc. If you do those without guidance, you are prone to be in problem. Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Running is only cardio exercise output only kegel exercises may give good pelvic floor muscle strengthening work out.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Hi Disc problem can be of various types. Treatment depends on the problem. However, for most of back related issues physiotherapy is the primary choice of treatment than injections or belts or surgery. Physiotherapy gives good results. Hello. Uneven sleep - It can be but doesn't persist that long. So, it might be due to - *Bad posture. *Long sitting. *Long driving. *Extra weight. *Weak muscles. You should do - *Maintenance of good posture. *Proper diet. *regular exercises. *Focussed exercise over spinal component. If then also it doesn't go. Do visit a Physio to get it diagnosed and required treatment. You will find some helpful post. Regards!
