My wife age is 62 she is having severe heel pain  from the past 15 days what should she follow.
Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Rtcside of body which part of the bodybyouvare having pain like, chest, abdomen, lower or upper part of the body. Unless it is known it is very difficult to assess the underlying cause con sult a doctor near your locality.

For relief take over the counter medicines i.e. take tab. Sinarest sos after meal. Gargle with warm water, Use nasal spray otrivin for sneezing or running nose. drink warm water, juice,green veg., veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, A avoid cold area, dust area, cold things .i.e. ice creams, take bed rest , feel high cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, Cold sponging in high fever . If symptoms occurs again go for tests..cbc, blood c/s. X-ray PNS, X-ray chest. After tests give me all details I give you best advise. Get well soon .

The problem started when I started gym. I got back pain but I thought it was normal. I went to so many doctors and I have tried everything. Having massage, physiotherapy, painkillers etc. I guess I have sciatic nerve. Whenever I sleep or rest on my bed the nerve tingles or vibrates in my butt area and goes till my feet in the left leg. Its been 3 years. I cannot sit for long hours I cannot run for long time. The pain gets worse when I get my periods. Sometimes my leg gets little numb. I am sick of having it please suggest me some treatment which will help me to get rid of it completely and forever. I want to start gym and exercising but it just makes everything worse. If it has to be operated I am okay with that. I am suffering from it from 3 years and now the tingling and vibration has little bit started on my right side too. I am very much concerned now. Please suggest me what to do and where to go.

Hello- neck pain can be worsen by the use of pillow. >if its ok with you try not to use pillow at all. >if you still need a pillow thn go for an orthopedic pillow.(made specially for spondlytis patients)

In the year 2016, I was diagnosed with chikungunya disease and after that the severe joint pains started occurring at the Knee joints and the Hand Joints as a common symptoms. This is the year 2018 and still now the joint pains are present, have made me Paralysed. I can't walk, nor able to do any work. My knees usually Swallowed. I have tried almost every type of medication from allopathy to ayurvedic but still not cured. My question is can I will be cured throughout my life? And this joint pains are the symptoms of Arthritis.

Hi there symptoms of chikungunya can last for few days to few years in some patients. As pain in joints and weakness in muscles are the most common symptom which remains and can cause feeling of disability in the sufferers and can lead to joint arthritis too further. There are few ways to follow by which a sound recovery can be possible from the disease which are: -to have healthy nutritional diet. - have proper calcium, vitamins and minerals - physiotherapy treatment to ease pain and strengthening of muscles and joints. - acquire healthy lifestyle for example doing yoga in the morning, drinking lots of water throughout the day, morning walks and so on. - regular health checkups. . Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Knee. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
