I can't pull my penis skin backward when it's erect. Don't know I should ask or not. I have never done sex.

Dear Lybrate User, You may be suffering from a clinical condition called PHIMOSIS. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) Buy Betamethasone cream from local allopathic shop. During buying you should check the composition of the cream to confirm whether it contains 0.05% Betamethasone in it. If you cannot find 0.05% Betamethasone cream then you can buy any local Anaesthetic Gel (e.g. Lidocaine, Lignocaine, Xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) Apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) After application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) Release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) Again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose. For further help You can consult me privately through my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/baharampur/doctor/dr-prithviraj-singha-homeopath Just open that URL & click on the CONSULT ONLINE option.

Dear user. There are no alternatives. You should clean inside the foreskin. The whitish accumulation is called smegma and if left there, it could cause infection. You need to remove it. Sensitivity wil be there for some days. But when you make it a practice to remove it using soap and water, the sensitivity will come down. Take care.

4 Diet Dangers To Avoid This Summer

4 Diet Dangers To Avoid This Summer

It is a popular belief that summers are better for exercise routines and therefore more walking and running can happen. Not just that, the basic metabolic rate is believed to go higher as foods are burned faster and more effectively. However, there is a need to watch what you eat and how much do you exercise cautiously, whatever the season.

With summer comes the time for holidays, which means more eating out a lot more, barbeque nights, and more traveling. It is very important to watch not just calories, but also the healthy quotient of the foods.

  1. Cooling Foods: Well, ice-creams and smoothies may provide a cooling effect, they are not totally cool. The soaring temperatures increase the urge to indulge in smoothies and ice-creams. While it is okay to indulge in them maybe once in a week, ordering an ice-cream or a smoothie on a daily basis is to be avoided. Opt for low-calorie, no-fat smoothies, or frozen desserts. Tender coconuts and plain fruit juices are another option. Tender coconut is the best option as it is naturally protected and packed with nutrition.
  2. Barbecue nights: While summer allows you to enjoy a barbeque party in your garden or the terrace, watch what actually gets barbequed and eaten. Grilling is considered one of the healthiest cooking methods, but the side dishes do the most harm. The cheesy dressings and salads take away the benefits of eating the grilled foods. While calories are one thing to watch for, hygiene is another thing. With summer setting in, the number of food-borne diseases also increases.
  3. Picnic foods: Summer holidays bring in time for picnics and outings. Whether you have a beach in your neighborhood or a hilltop just a couple of hours drive away, it is common to see families heading out for picnics with packed food stuff. The food per se may not be as harmful as the chips, fries and other accompaniments that go with it. Add to it the urge to include ice-creams while on the go, they could push your calories straight upwards. And whether you are headed to the beach or the hilltop, the combination of the cool weather and the hot summer puts you at a higher risk for food poisoning. Make sure you eat fully cooked food and not pick from any joint on the way.
  4. Beer: There can be nothing more inviting than a mug of chilled beer for the adults during summer. However, do not forget to pay attention to the calories that get added through it. Be mindful of this fact. We are not saying you should quit, but you definitely need to watch the amount of calories that you are gulping down from the mug.

There are many other tips to watch for in your diet during summer, however, these are the major dangers.

Dear,People who are underweight and do not have fat deposits on their body may not be getting enough calories to fuel their body. This could have a direct impact on all of their organs and may eventually lead to a variety of health problems. There are ways to get into the shape we desire and to gain weight fast. This would require understanding the reason for low weight and maintaining a diet for weight gain. In weight loss, the simple formula is to burn more calories than you consume, but to gain weight you have to also find out if there is something in your body that is preventing you from getting to the weight that you desire. Common Asthma Myths.

Asthma is a potentially dangerous disease, and according to WHO estimates, 235 million people around the world suffer from it. It is also the most common chronic health condition among children.

In the event of an asthma attack, the airways of the lungs become inflamed, and the condition is triggered by allergens such as mould, dust, pollen, and pet dander. The symptoms include frequent coughing, shortness of breath and wheezing, fatigue, and other changes in lung function. Anything that triggers allergies can also lead to asthma symptoms.

Because of the severity of this disease, it's important to get the facts right, so as to avoid mishaps and interference in proper treatment. On World Asthma Day, we set record straight on this condition, its causes, symptoms, and treatment.

Myth: People with asthma shouldn't exercise.
If the asthma is under control, there is absolutely no reason why people with the condition can't be physically active. It is important for both adults and children to stay active and healthy to prevent obesity. Obesity is an asthma trigger that can make symptoms worse.

Myth: Asthma can be cured.
Not true. Asthma is treatable, but despite great progress in the field of medicine, we still don't have a cure for this condition. Some people believe that alternative medicine such as homeopathy or Ayurveda have the potential to cure asthma, but this is simply not true. Only a timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment can help people with asthma lead normal, active lives.

Myth: Inhaled steroids are harmful and addictive.
A lot of people confuse inhaled steroids with anabolic steroids that are used in sports and fitness. Inhaled steroids are asthma preventer medications, and currently, these medications are the only way to keep severe asthma under control. They are effective and non-addictive.

Myth: Children outgrow asthma.
It is a misconception that children who have asthma outgrow it by the time they hit puberty. The disease does go into remission in some kids around puberty, but this is not because the asthma has been cured. Most often, the symptoms strike again, and sometimes the asthma returns when young adults start consuming alcohol.

Myth: Smoking does not affect asthma.
False! Smoking is a major asthma trigger, which is why people with asthma have an even stronger reason than most to quit this harmful habit. Second-hand smoking by a parent also triggers asthma symptoms or worsens them in kids. Many people with asthma find when they quit smoking they experience significantly fewer symptoms and less frequent asthma attacks.

Myth: Moving to a dry climate can cure asthma.
It's true that a change in environment may temporarily put off asthma symptoms, but it's not possible that this will cure the disease. Many people find that their symptoms reduce when they're at the countryside or the coast. Eventually, allergens will trigger the symptoms again.

To reduce asthma triggers at home, make sure your house is dust-free. Clean your fans and AC units often. Avoid carpeting and other furnishings that trap dust and mould. Keeps your windows closed during pollen season. If humid climate is a trigger for you, use a dehumidifier in your home.

Myth: It's normal to use your inhaler at least once a day.
Not true! If you are regularly your inhaler to treat asthma symptoms more than twice a week, then it is obvious that your condition is not under control. It's important that you see your doctor and talk about what's going on.
