Chubby cheeks doesn’t means adding up fat on face. You can achieve them by following some simple natural methods, exercises and home remedies. You are what you eat! Most of our food items contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for the betterment of our body as well as making your cheeks healthy. If you are looking to get fuller cheeks naturally, it is important that you consume proper amount of healthy foods to add fats for your cheeks like oats, cheese, nuts, seeds. Hi , My Age is 24 , I have started doing workout regularly and because of shift hours I cannot sleep more than 7 hours a day . I feel very difficult to get up early . However , I cannot skip doing workouts . I want to know what is the minimum hours of sleep needed while doing workouts with regular routine . What would be the best practice to stay active everyday and get better result from workout . Please put on your suggestion !

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello, your ideal body weight considering your height is 80-82 kgs. Gaining on muscle size is called hypertrophy of muscles which is possible by making the following modifications- 1. Diet- have a high carbohydrate and high protein diet. Low fat milk, milk products-curd, paneer, dals and pulses, meat, fish, egg whites especially post workout. Have frequent meals at 2-3 hours intervals. 2. Exercise- doing weight training for 45 mins atleast 3-4 days/week. Lifting heavy weights with 6-8 repetitions and in between sets resting period of 1.5-2 mins. 3. Rest- taking good rest for 8-10 hours will lead to release of anabolic hormones leading to muscle built up. All the best!

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid soya products, spinch, capsicum. Change oil in one month.

hello, this problem is not so major problem. many cients have this problem and its just beacause of wrong technique of excercise. if you follow the bmx technique or a right technique u see the diffrence. otherwise u can do more reps from weak side

When I masturbate. Usually nothing is wrong, but sometimes after I masturbate, a few minutes later I have to urinate. And when I do, it is usually very painful. The feeling doesn't pass either. My scrotum usually gets tightened up, and there is painful feeling above my crotch. Usually I just sit there, drink some water and I have to urinate (if I can'nt) and very little amount of urine is come for 25-40 min. Until the feeling goes away. ANY idea what this is?

This is a normal phenomenon. There is nothing to worry about this. You can do kegel exercise daily to strengthen your muscles. You will have a greater control over your urination. Before masturbating, make sure that you pass urine beforehand. Holding urine while masturbating can cause some trouble while passing urine later on.

I was diagnosed with mild diffused hepatomegaly some six months back. The doctor had advised me stop alcohol. I have stopped for one month. But again I have started drinking. Now again I have stopped it since 5 days. Will there be any complications? Is it severe?

You should quit alcohol for ever as it is harmful. It is better to meet a doctor and take treatment.
