Hye. Usually you would decide to take creatine supplementation to improve workout. Now, it all depends on YOUR definition of "workout" Just because you join the gym and pick a few weights or you want to grow muscles or gain weight does not justify taking creatine supplementation. Our body naturally creates creatine phosphate, and uses it as our "immediate energy system" This energy system is used during high-intensity, short duration bouts of exercises, such as: 40-100 meter sprint, first few reps of a power/heavy lift. In this case, taking a creatine supplement can benefit your intense training bouts, and help recovery in between sets. Creatine would help you with your cardio if and only if you were performing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), as this type of cardio requires high amounts of effort/energy, and utilizes glycolysis as well as your immediate (creatine phosphate) energy system. Creatine is designed to deliver more "pump" to the muscle thereby increasing muscular endurance. But mind you, just taking it to gain weight or taking it without the right type of "Workout" can lead to side effects. Creatine cannot be taken in isolation. The dosage and combinations depend on weight training and cardio workout intensity, basic intake, medical history and lifestyle.

Contrary to belief, people who are generally skinny don’t know how to increase weight and often find it difficult to do so. This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Prepare a nutritious diet plan When trying to increase weight, you simply cannot start by consuming fatty foods. Much like how you follow a particular diet to lose weight, you will have to chart a specific diet plan to put on weight. For this you have to pay careful attention to the proteins, fats and carbohydrates you consume. However, while losing weight requires beverages like water and green tea, while gaining weight you need to have beverages that supplement you with calories. Fresh fruit juices and fruit milkshakes are some of the best options because along with keeping you hydrated, they also provide the necessary calorie intake and do not affect appetite. Weight and strength training In addition to consuming the right foods, it is also important to add weight and strength training to your daily activities. With this you can strengthen muscles, which in turn can help in increasing overall body weight. Light or medium strength or weight training will help in adding lean muscles, which is ideal for those who want to gain weight while staying fit. However, it is important to stay away from too much of cardio or aerobic exercises as they are usually used for burning fat and calories. Get adequate rest While eating all the right things and working out to gain the right amount of weight, it is also vital that you get adequate rest. Keeping up with a busy work life and looking after yourself well can be a little draining, which is why you need to sleep and rest well. I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night.

Dear user, According to Ayurved any fruit with milk is incompetable do not mix any fruit with milk. It leads to several diseases if consumed continously. you can take dates separetly and milk separately as per your hunger

Hi With a height of 6 ft, you r definetely underweight. But remember to concentrate on muscle and stamina gain rather than weight gain. There is no point being of proper weight when your paunch is protruding out. Have a diet gd in proteins and do not forget to exercise and eat appropriately at the right time

Hi lybrate-user, at the age of 19 you are suffering from knee pain which means you have been injured somewhere for which you are not aware. In such case I would recommend you to go for ice packs with quadriceps exercises. Start with isometrics and then progress to strengthening. If pain increases during the treatment (exercise) then please consult any near by doctor and go for proper investigation.

According to your height you should have 78 kg.To increase weight you should do exercise like push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.These will also help to build muscle.Eat extra amount of food more frequently.Add ghee,butter,cheese,Jam,jelly honey with foods extra.Take dense fruits,vegetables in extra.Use refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat protein more to Gain weight.Take more nuts,seeds Use healthy fats more in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Take weight gainer nutritional supplements.Take proper rest.

Dietary & lifestyle modification is equally important. Medicines alter our metaboleim & have adverse effects on our health. Here are some tips for weight loss: 1. Take stairs instead of lift & walk/cycle instead of hiring a transport 2. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals 3. Do not lie down within 1 hr of a meal 4. Brisk walk daily for 1 hr 5. Drink 3 litres water daily 6. Avoid junk/ processed/packaged/ready to eat/ street/ restaurant/ fried/sugary foods, soft, hard & energy drinks,. glucose, sweets, chocolate, ice cream. 7. Sir mujhe 2 din se fever tha maine medicine le li hai. Abh fever nhi hai. Gala kharab tha. Thora uskhi bhi medicine chal rhi hai. Par fever k baad means thik hone k baad se legs and hands main pain rehta hai. Jaise thakwat si rehti hai. Aur jiskhe karan bahut neend aati hai. Abhi main ibrpufien+praceramol tablets, citazin and cough syrup le RHA hun. Kya yehi medicines continue rakhun. And khaana paan k karan toh thakwat nhi ho rhi?

YOu have to avoid oily foods and do exercises and check gain after a month if not rescued you need medication Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory.

Healing of ligament is more difficult than healing of bones. You must get your MRI done to see the extent of tear of the ligament. In the mean time do cold compresses, avoid weight bearing and do strengthening exercises of muscles.
