hello, do not rely on junk foods to gain weight. Increase the intake of dairy products, olives,legumes, eggs,fish, meat . In case you are vegetarian opt for protein rich food like beans, nuts,cheese, pulses etc. Go for food that is high in starch. Fluids include fresh fruit juices,soups, fruits like banana, mango, cheeku,. instead of having 3 meals have 6-7 small meals containing protein, starch, good fats. Consume high calorie and nutrient dense snacks like milk shakes. Do strength training , go for some exercise ... avoid cardio on daily basis as they are used to burn fat ... have adequate sleep

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep.

hello, first of all normalise the thyroid hormone levels, since high levels are usually responsible for weight loss. Eat nutrient dense foods ,fruits and vegetables include avocados,spinach, radish,carrot, eggs. Intake of carbohydrate, fat and sugar should be less. Besides protein, intake of fibre should be high. Consume more of salads, green leafy veggies, pulses, low-carbohydrate fruits.

If I take in morning tea and skimmed milk 2mango in mid morning green tea in lunch I take one roti 3cup moong dal rice 1cup than in snack time I take tea n skimmed milk than one mango and than in dinner I take moong sprout with mango. I do workout at home power yoga, yoga ,30 day challenge, power yoga hiit etc every month I change workout it OK I can loose weight.

Avoid having mangoes. If you wish, you can have 1 mango in a day. Switch to fruits like Apple, Pear, Blueberry, Avocado, Apricot. Instead of regular ones, go for light veggies. Have rice without starch. Besides yoga, try aerobics for fast weight loss.

Hello, I am 22 years old. I do exercise daily. I go to gym and running every alternate day. I take ashwagandha and gokshura tablets for muscle strength. I also take multivitamin and fish oil supplements after lunch. So doctor is it good to take these many supplements at this age and if not then which supplements can I continue and which ones do I discard. thank you.

Hi, food is the best medicine. Why take supplements when you can eat a well balanced meal? Your 22. You'll be fine without supplements. Try staying away from processed foods- the pizzas, burgers, sodas, energy drinks, canned foods, processed meats- to name a few.

Spondylitis includes swelling of the vertebra. It happens because of wear and tear of the ligament and bones found in your cervical spine, which is in your neck. While it is to a great extent because of age, it can be brought on by other reasons too. Side effects incorporate pain and stiffness starting from the neck to the lower back.     3. Exercise routinely to help you recover quickly.
    4. Wear a delicate neck prop or neckline to get transitory help. In any case, you shouldn't wear a neck brace for temporary pain relief.
  4. Acupuncture: Acupuncture is a highly effective treatment used to mitigate back and neck pain. Little needles, about the extent of a human hair, are embedded into particular points on the back. Every needle might be whirled electrically or warmed to improve the impact of the treatment. Acupuncture works by prompting the body to deliver chemicals that decrease pain.
