Hello lybrate user firstly avoid squatting position if painful. Start few mins morning or evening walk. Take nutritional diet and plenty of water intake. Do leg exercises like pain-free self stretching exercises with comfortable position and start with 15-20 repititons two times a day. Gradually increase exs. After routein sets. Take hot fermentation.

Back pain could be due to bad posture or low vitamin d levels in a majority of cases so learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and do them upto 3 times a day 20 mins each. Get your vitamin d and uric acid levels done fasting and revert back with reports.

Hello, your back pain is not because of habit you noted hear, there may be some physical, mechanical or physical problem's that you have to find with investigations like xray, blood test and councling. In a physiotherapist view conservative treatment for your pain is first take rest on lay down on a bed for three days, start spinal strengthening exercises, after one or two weak start corestrengtning exercises, go for walking or swimming every day, check your knee muscle is having enough strength, weakness in knee muscle will give strain on your back, if there is weakness in knee you have to start with qudreceps exetsises by sitting on a tallchair straighten your knee for many times, again check any tightness in hamstring muscles (muscles in back of thyes, if its there you have to stretch your hamstring muscles. Avoid bike riding, avoid bending forward, avoid sitting this will help to avoid sprain to your back. Good luck

Reduce weight. Long walks,tread mill,stairs are good exercises for knee. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

I am suffering from cervical spondylitis. My lordosis is lost in report please sugest.

Heat is an effective mean of reducing and relieving pain in cervical spondylosis. You can use hot packs at home. Some exercises like static contractions and strengthening exercises are needs to be done. Isometric contractions of the cervical muscles improve the muscle endurance and tone as the contractions improve the blood supply thereby the nutrition to the muscle is increased and hence muscle strengthening is done. Please see a physiotherapist for these exercises. You may need traction and soft tissue techniques for the management of cs. Postural awareness is very important. As the condition progresses, the abnormality of posture also increases, thus from the initial stage itself, postural awareness through proper advice and education should be planned and initiated by the physiotherapist. It could be due to diabetic poly neuropathy or increased uric acid. Do blood uric acid examined and consult doctor

Hi you can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the joint, stabilize the joint, and improve your range of motion. The therapist will use techniques such as ultrasound, heat or cold therapy, electrical nerve stimulation, and manipulation. Wall calf stretch • Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. • Downward dog yoga stretch • Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day

She has started problem of chocking in neck while eating n Laughing a lot, plus after too much of Laughing she experience low blood pressure in her lower body legs. As if we say in Hindi "Numbness n jhanjhanahat" She has gained a lot of weight in upper half body in last 2-3 years so. Neck is also kind of swollen. Just concerned. Dear lybrate user this problem starts in foot not in elbow, in elbow there is chances of tennis elbow so do physiotherapy continue, ift, us 15 minutes each and ice pack 20 minutes twice a day gentle rom ex of elbow.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. Use cervical pillow. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.
