I have knee pain since last two years I have done MRI scan USG x ray and blood test but nothing detected in that, I could not stand on my feet more than 10 minutes but I can walk for one hour, I have little swelling after work and pain, after rest some time I feel better I am doing muscle strengthening exercises but no relief. I want to be free from this illness please tell some prescription and what is it can you tell me please. I will be obliged to you sir.

Ok only strength exercise is not enough for u. Do tens and ultrasonic therapy firstly reduce your pain ok then do quadriceps exercise in gradually process then increase according your comfortable ness it will cure you do that and try again.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. I get lower back pain when I have exertion and feel very tired standing in one place. It gets healed after putting Vicks balm at night before sleep in a day or two. What I want to know is can it be a symptom of a future back problem and how I can avoid it.

Yes long standing and overstrain can harmful for your spine so avoid long standing and strain full activity. Take rest stand with equal balance on both legs. Heat fermentation twice a day and rest.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

My knee joint gap has reduced considerably. My both knees pain. In 2011 i use to play badminton on cemented courts for long as a result both the knee swell up. On exam it turned out that it was due to sinovial fluid discharge. I was advised rest and glucosamine. After sometime i started yoga and now swelling has totally gone however i have trouble walking, climbing stairs, i can not play any game at all. Are there any knee joint rejuvenation therapy, i am fond of jogging and playing games. Can i use any kind of knee support and play badminton.

dear Ayush, these are called adolescent stretch marks because teenagers’ growth rate is quite rapid. When the skin grows beyond its capacity, you see stretch marks. dont get worried about it. just follow some tips i.e. Exercise Regularly, Hydrate Properly, Healthy Food Choices, apply daily Vitamin E-Rich Oil+ olive oil for 6 weeks. you surely get results. good luck.
