My right testicles getting pain. I showed to doctors he said your alright it will be cure but I lose my confidence level. I am getting low back pain right side. Urine getting bad smell, my penis also getting bad smell, and I also getting pain at lower right stomach. I did hiv test and hbs ag test both get negative. It is any virus please help me.?

Dear First get urine test done, it could be that you have epididymitis or it may be dragging pain of varicocoele or it may be referred pain coming from a stone in right lower ureter. These can be confirmed or ruled out by sonography.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

2-3 years back I consumed steroids (anabol) during my workout, although I stopped consuming them, my immunity system became weak, lost my stamina, is there anything that I can do to flush the negatives of steroids from my body, or the get overcome negatives of that now.

1. Wash your face with raw milk mixed with 2 drops lemon juice twice a day 2. Have arogyavardhini vati 2 tabs 2 times a day 3. Drink lots of water 4. Avoid oily and fried food. 5. Reduce amount of salt and sugar 6. Apply plain aloe vera gel as moisturiser instead of chemical based creams 7. You can use coconut oil on scars to lighten them.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hi lybrate-user, yes, tomato/egg white/ and lemon rubbing is good for your skin, it will improve your colour of the skin. I would also recommend you for glowing skin use a apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin colour and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water and citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. If you wants to know more then contact me again.

I can understand how disturbing an interuppted, inappropriate or disturbed sleep can affect your day to day life. In india it has been found 55% of patients are suffering from insomnia just because of stress, distractions and anxiety. So the best way to get rid from insomnia is to reduce the stress level. A physiotherapist can help you to give you the ways to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full sleep. Consult some neurologist/neuropyschiatric and start taking medicine if it is due to some neurological discorder. And consult nearby physio who can make a perfect routine and daily life styl chart to make you relax so that you get an appropriate sleep. Please follow some points that will help you in such condition along with medical treatment: 1) use of ice packs over your eyes or frontal area for some time to give relaxation. 2) massage your head especially forehead area using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body 3) regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. 4) avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings 5) make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. 6) before sleeping time do some relaxation exercises. - sit on chair with both the hands placed on the pillow placed over thighs. - deep inhale from your nose, mouth should be closed. - hold your breath for the count of 5. - exhale completely from mouth making a loud sound. Continue to do this exercise for 10 times. Before going to bed make a habit of doing this daily. Modified technique of same exercise is while inhaling extend your arms, hold for 5 count and then exhale making your arms back in the rest position. 7) room modification while sleep - make sure room should be dark with no noise. Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner or food. Take a walk for 15 min and then come back, bed should be not too soft not too hard. 8) it is recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. It is also a very good habit to start and finish your day by drinking a good glass of purifying water. 9) exerices like aerobics (running) can be done to make your muscles active. Many other ways are there in order to maintain your life stress free and active so that you can continue to sleep on time and it does affect your life. For more help or instructions please consult. Hi lybrate-user crackling sound in knee joint.- is due to. Unnecessary tissue around the knee: After a serious injury to the knee, if it is not treated or if it does not heal properly, you can develop unnecessary tissue or plica around the knee. When this happens, the tissue gets tangled between certain parts of the joint, which causes the clicking noise when you extend the joint. 2. Runner’s knee: You might think that constant running is beneficial for your health, but if you put a lot of stress on the tibia, you can develop runner’s knee. This occurs when the kneecap is out of line and does not track properly along the femur. The tibia and lower bones in the leg protect the kneecap, but when these bones are not aligned properly, the knee will click when you bend it. 3. Severe damage to the meniscus and shock absorber: The meniscus is a lubricator between the bones of your knee, and if damaged and not healed properly, the balance of your knee is thrown off and can also cause the knee to turn when you put force on it—this can cause the knee to develop a clicking sound. 4. Arthritis: Arthritis in your legs can spread to the knees. The knees can become inflamed and align differently, which will cause a clicking sound. 5. ACL tear and MCL tear: Both tears will cause the knee to click; the tears can also lead to chronic pain, knee stiffness, and tenderness. Homeopathic medication is very effective in this. 1. It could be due to either gerd (gastro oesophageal reflux disease) or peptic ulcer 2. Do an upper gi endoscopy after consulting gastro enterologist and follow the advice and treatment accoringly.

You can take Glutathione supplement. It is said to improve skin complexion. Also you can try these simple home remedies: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 mins then rinse with cool water. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. BESAN: Mix 1 teaspoon of chickpea flour (chana ka atta) or gram flour (besan) with enough water to make a paste, and wash your face with this mixture. Follow with almond powder mask and a moisturizer. ALMOND POWDER: Mix almond powder with a little water, and apply the paste to your face. Let it dry and remain on your skin for up to half an hour, then rinse it off. (You can easily make the almond powder yourself in a grinder.)

Hye, thanks for the query. You need to work on your diet to improve your health and digestion. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite. Go very slow and gradual in improving your diet, one day at a time.

I am 63 year old. Habit of late dining and going to bed around midnight. I suffer sleeplessness till almost 3.00 am then I slip to short sleep. It happens two or three nights in a week.

I feel you already know where your problem lies. Take your dinner early. Switch off all electronic devices half an hour before you go to sleep. Take a cup of warm milk before bed. No caffeinated drinks after 5pm. This should solve your problem. Take long brisk walk at anytime that suits you. If this doesn't work we have many other solutions. This is the first step try at least for a month.

Hi, Take tab. Rhukot 2 tabs 3 times a day and 2 tsf of Maharasnadi Kashaya mixed with equal quantity of water, 3 times a day after food. Apply Dashaanga lepa on the affected joints at night and wash it the next day morning. Rhukot gel may be applied for pain during the day time. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, etc food which aggrevates the pain.
