THE hormonal imbalance in our body trigger oil glands to produce excess amounts of an oily substance called sebum. When sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria clog up your pores, inflammation sets in and pimples develop.Oily and fried foods disrupts hormonal activity in your body leading to Inflammation which drives up oil gland production, making your skin oilier and inviting to acne bacteria and pimples. Homoeopathic treatment GLOW CARE CREAM ( LORDS) Apply during daytime REPL No 11 ( REPL ) 20 drops in 1 spoon water 3 timess daily AQUIPLUS CREAM ( HAPDCO ) apply thick coat on face at night CLEANO FACE WASH ( LORDS ) Wash face with this face wash before applying creams 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily Avoid fast food,Junk food,Fried food,Chocklates,Dry fruits,Ketchups,Cold drinks Take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.

What is Gastritis?

What is gastritis?

Gastritis is no single disease but a group of conditions, which are characterised by inflammation of lining of stomach or erosion of the stomach mucosa,. Gastritis can broadly divided into acute gastritis and chronic gastritis

Acute gastritis

Acute gastritis is a sudden inflammation of the lining of stomach

Inflammation of the whole stomach is called as PANGASTRITIS and an inflammation of the part of the stomach is called ANTRAL GASTRITIS

IT can be divided into two types

1) EROSIVE

2) NON EROSIVE

Chronic Gastritis

Chronic gastritis is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach that occurs gradually and persist for a long time. it may be result of prolonged uses of NSAIDS , infections with Helicobacter pyroli, pernicious anaemia, degeneration of the lining of the stomach from age or chronic bile reflux.

Causes of Gastritis

  • Bacterial infections
  • Bile reflux diseases
  • Pernicious Anaemia
  • Autoimmune Gastritis
  • use of NSAIDS
  • Stress
  • Alcoholic addictions
  • cocaine(which is not very common)
  • Radiation and Chemotherapy
  • other factors(HIV,PARASITIC INFECTIONS/ and some connective tissue disorder)

What are signs and symptoms of gastritis?

  1. A gnawing or burning acne or pain in the epigastric region(upper abdomen) and it may become worse or better after eating
  2. Loss of appetite
  3. Bloating, a feeling of fullness of abdomen after eating
  4. Weight loss
  5. Belching/eructation’s
  6. Nausea and vomiting

In severe cases

  1. Pallor, sweating and fast heart beat(tachycardia)
  2. feeling of faint, shortness of breath
  3. chest pain and severe stomach pain
  4. vomiting of large amount of blood
  5. blood discharges are seen from bowels,

How Gastritis is diagnosed?

  1. Blood test
  2. stool test
  3. upper GI x-ray (barium meal)
  4. endoscopy

How this condition can be managed?

Conventional therapy

  • Antacids
  • H2 blockers
  • Proton pump inhibitors
  • antibiotics
  • Antidiarrheal agents

Some Diet and Lifestyle tips for Gastritis

  • Eating habits- modification of eating habitats such as avoiding spicy food, eating food in little quantities etc.
  • Avoid alcohol- it irritates and erodes the mucous lining of the stomach.
  • Don’t smoke- smoking interferes with protective gastric lining of the stomach, making the stomach more susceptible to gastritis as well as ulcers, smoking also increases the production of acid in abdomen
  • Maintain a right BMI- obese people tend to develop heartburn, bloating abdomen constipation more common than normal people
  • Exercise regularly- aerobic exercise that increases your breathing and heart rate also stimulates the activities of intestinal muscles, helps in defecating
  • Manage stress- stress increases risk of heart attack and stroke, beside this it also results in excessive production of acid which results in improper digestion or slow digestion. Yoga is the best way to manage stress.

Yes she can take. Other than that, reassure her and encourage her to keep breastfeeding. The emotional bond between mother and child will help in milk generation also.

Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.
