I am 43 Yrs. Old. I had been got Injury just below Knee on Left Leg and on feeling Some Pain I had Used Flamer Ointment on that just 4-5 Days ago Twice. As I am use to sit on my fit for dispose of Urine etc. Now when I sit for Urine and tried to stand up than I feel pain in Both Knees as well as I realize that on Climbing up stair I have some Knee pain also. Kindly redirect me. What can I do to Prevent form the Problem before Increased. THANKs.

Dear lybrate user there may be posibility of wear and tear of soft tissues in knee joint while injury. Do not go for strenous, heavy weight, overuse and pressurising works on knee joint. Avoid standing and sitting for long duration. As it will take some time you need to massage the joint with little warm mahanayana taila morning for about 4-6 wks. Wear knee caps while on rest periods to immobalise the joint for about 30-45mnts every day. Go for light streatching exercises. Take healthy diet and adequate sleep.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

I operated my right knee in 2013 for acl injury now I have pain some time knee locked so cont move leg for some time some Dr. said muscles are week some said do more exercise so can you tell me what's happen is there any other reason.

there is a possibility of a new meniscal tear. if you pain and locking symptoms then its better to get a repeat MRI.

Hi... first let me tell you that don't worry at all. If you have already stopped the medicine then its effect will wear of gradually and should not suffer any side effect. Second you can take homoeopathic medicine Nux Vomica 30- , 2-3 doses and it will help to remove the residual effect. For weight gain also you can consume homoeopathic medicine named alfalfa. Its completely safe and effective.

Try to boost your immunity by taking nutritious food. Take frequent meal instead of taking two heavy meal. Take at least one fruit daily. Taking 2 bananas with milk is good. Do exercise daily. Take homeopathic alfa-alfa tonic one teaspoon before meal two times daily.

Your height is good. You are low weight change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, dry fruites, milk end milk products will help. Do arobic excersices, yoga, hanging, running will help to you to increase height.

Firstly get cbc report done. Take ferrum phos 6x, 4 tabs, every 4 hourly. Gelsemium 30, 3 drops twice a day for 7 days. Revert after 7 days with reports.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
