Well indomethacin have soo many side effects. Some serious side effect-heart attack, stroke,dizziness, some skin lession, shortness of breath. Some less serious side effects-nausea, vomiting,stomach pain, gastric upset, diarrhoea,headache, nervousness,rash, weight gain. Soo I think you should stop it. U must do homoeopathic treatment for your arthritis problem. Whatever your suffering from. Like rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, by proper homeopathic treatment it is curable. Indomethacin will only supress your pain will not cure your problem. I want to increase my weight. I'm just 40kgs and I'm 21 years old. I look very lean. Right now I'm taking iron syrup.
Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. People who eat potato chips and French fries tend to gain weight faster. Make French fries using extra virgin oil, if you like them.  Moreover, you can also make a delicious potato salad. Peel and slice potato. Boil them and mix them with the high calorie ingredients like buttermilk, mayonnaise, and veggies.

Painkillers will give a temporary relief. I suggest you to concentrate more on builing strength of your neck musculature using isometric exercises and postural correction. Try with the exercises and improve your posture to prevent neck pain in the future.

Hello for any kind of weight loss, you must have your digestion good. Else whatever workout you do, its a believe that you might burn 400-600 calories but is it really burning. So you must follow specific diet chart for btter result advice: 1) take warm water regularly 2) take ginger jucie 1 spoon before food. 3) do running or jogging for around 30 min to 1 hr. 4) do yogassan and surya namsakar daily. Your main treatment is take proper and balanced food which should be rich mainly in proteins and fats. Vitamins and minerals are also important. Make regular exercise a habit. If it is not going to help you then it is necessary to consult an endocrinologist for detailed check up.

You can consume the following vegetarian food which are rich in protein - milk and milk products like curds, butter, panneer, cream, cheese, ghee, etc.; sprouted wholegrams like channa, bengaal gram, greengram, rajma,etc.; nuts like almonda, walnuts, pista, groundnuts, etc.; pulses like toor dhal, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, greengram dhal, etc. Non-vegetarians can take egg, meat, chicken, pork, fish, mutton,etc. which are also very rich in proteins.

No it's not possible in Spondylosis. U need to test your bulgum test in lab for proper diagnosis. Blood test also. Consult physician first he advice you properly.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Reduce carbs, general belief is that daal are rich in proteins only but they have calories due to carbs also. Take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. At 23 you can do more exercise, simple walks or weights. If you are a rice eater, continue and don't remove the rice water fearing that it increases calories but do try coarse grains like wheat, maize and other types of atta available in markets, that has additional fiber and soy type of nutrients added to it. Do reduce weight @5 kg per month and don't become calories or weight obsessed. Do write back after a month.

You just need to lose 4 to 5 kg of weight. Eliminate all sugar and sweet food from your diet and eat salad with lunch and dinner. This is best for refucing belly fat. If you are already doing this than a metabolic and hormonal assessment will help to decide what kind of detail diet plan has to be created for you.

Hello sir, This reflects your digestion is not proper. Try to include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits as mid meal snack, seasonal vegetables. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Drink plenty of water. Do some exercise regularly. Thank you

Eat atleast moringa leaf 3 days for week. Eat padam daily 4 - 6 pices. Eat cabbage, cauliflower, green peas, milk and milk product. Soya milk if your non vegetarian eat egg, meat bone.
