Hello. I'm 21 years old and my weight is 70 ,height 160 cms. I want to reduce my weight. So can I know how I can reduce.
I am a student. From last two 1 year my weight increasing from 65-75. I take several measures to reduce my weight but it didn't decrease. What is the reason for this?
Can I do yoga and cardio together. First I start with yoga (10 min) and then cardio (20 min) is it ok or it is harmful. I do yoga because I feel relaxed and it reduçes my stress and worries, but at same I am gaining weight due to yoga so I started doing cardio after yoga is it ok will it helps to reduce weight ?
