Hello, I am 26 years old male. I am seeing some dark circles below my eyes. Not exactly below the eyes but just above the chick bone and aside to the corner of the eyes. These were not seen ever before. But now these are easily recognizable. Are they permanent? Can I get them all removed? What are the causes? What are the remedies? What are the home made remedies, exercises etc? I do exercises, sports, gym etc. I am a software engineer. Is this one of the reasons? Thank you for the help in advance. Have a nice day.

Hello,
I am 26 years old male. I am seeing some dark circles below my eyes. Not exactly below the eyes but just above...
Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

From the past few years I am suffering with some or other health problem every now and then. Even though I have been suffering with very minor health issues like allergy on lips, fever, rashes, indigestion, constipation, cold, ear pain, acne, hair fall, mouth ulcers, etc. These problems usually resolve properly within few days of medication. But I want to want can be the reason for my low immunity. What are the foods which can increase my immunity and what other measures can I take. What can be the reasons for my constant falling sick. I have done thyroid profile, blood tests, x ray and all reports are normal.

Allergy is partly genetic and partly environmental. Thus it never goes away. With better ,less dusty environment ,avoidance of Allergy causing products, the extent if the problem gets reduced. Medicines help to downregulate the immune response of your body to these environmental allergens. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle problems. Probiotics nowadays are said to be helpful for allergies as well as digestive issues. Start having plenty of fruits and vegetables  in your diet. 50 gram of proteins  (atleast) :no soya beans A course of vitamin B complex and C for 1 month. Add a probiotic supplement to your regular meals. Have sleep for atleast 7 to 8 hours. Exercise atleast for 30 minutes  every day. Kindly share body weight, height any medical conditions, occupation for better customization  Share test reports on Lybrate Hope to help you better.

Sensitive Skin - What Is It and How to Manage?

MBBS, MD - Dermatology

Sensitive Skin - What Is It and How to Manage?

Sensitive Skin - What is it and approach?

Sensitive skin is a condition of subjective cutaneous hyper-reactivity to environmental factors.

What are the symptoms?

If you have sensitive skin, you may have an exaggerated reaction to cosmetics, soaps, and sunscreens which can worsen after exposure to dry and cold climates.

Although no sign of irritation is commonly detected, itching, burning , stinging and a tight sensation are constantly present.

Patients with sensitive skin can present with either skin that appears normal to the eye or overt skin disease.

Management

Consult a dermatologist (recommended)

Basic skin-care and cosmetic recommendations to minimize chances of encountering problems:

Eliminate common irritants like soaps, cosmetics.
Select products from a manufacturer who uses high-quality pure ingredients free of contaminants
Paraben preservatives have proven to be least problematic
For cleansing, use SYNDET bars/Lipid-free cleansers

Draelos cosmetic selection criteria in sensitive skin

Powder cosmetics should be selected
Cosmetics should be water removable
Old cosmetics should be discarded
Eyeliner and mascara should be black
Pencil formulations for eyeliner and eyebrow cosmetics
Eye shadows should be earth toned(tan, beige, light pink and cream)
Avoid chemical sunscreens in cosmetics
Avoid nail polishes
Select cream/powder facial foundations, or if liquid, silicone-based formulations

Greying at this age can be due to genetic factors. Either of your parents might have had the same problem. Start taking 1 tsp triphala churna daily at night with water after food. Take 1 amla daily. Wash hair with a mixture of shikakai & + amla boiled in 2-3 litres of water till 1 litre remains. Let it cool. Wash hair with this instead of shampoo. Finally rinse with plain water. Use prapaundarikadi taila (arya vaidya shala kottakal pharmacy) for hair.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine Specialist, Faridabad
Scabies is an itchy skin condition caused by the microscopic mite Sarcoptes scabei. It is common all over the world, and can affect anyone. Scabies spreads quickly in crowded conditions where there is frequent skin-to-skin contact between people. Hospitals, child-care centers, and nursing homes are examples. Scabies can easily infect sex partners and other household members. Sharing clothes, towels, and bedding can sometimes spread scabies. This can happen much more easily when the infested person has crusted scabies. You cannot get scabies from a pet. Pets get a different mite infection called mange. Symptoms are Pimple-like irritations or a rash Intense itching, especially at night Sores caused by scratching The infected person's clothes, bedding and towels should be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer. Treatment is also recommended for household members and sexual partners.Several lotions are available to treat scabies. Medicines that may be prescribed include: 5% permethrin cream: This is the most common treatment for scabies. It is safe for children as young as 1 month old and women who are pregnant.  25% benzyl benzoate lotion. 10% sulfur ointment.  10% crotamiton cream. 1% lindane lotion.

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. Hi user, the following remedies can help you in treating the problem of dandruff and give you healthy shiny hair. 1. You can apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp as it is extremely effective for treating fungal infections such as dandruff. 2. Applying mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage, finish the process by giving hot water fomentation. Mahabhringraj is a herbal oil used for treatment of hair related problems. 3. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. You can take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day.
