Dear Lybrate user, As long as you make sure that the patient is eating more than 60% food comprising of fresh vegetables and fruit: all fresh food is good. Make sure the lady chews her food properly, drinks plenty of water, eats on time and of enough volume (not too much and not too less). Reduce dependency on rice, non veg, breads, cakes and artificial foods. Pomegranate, grape, alma, aelovera juices will be very good for health. Avoid packaged foods, fried and spicy. Avoid old and cold foods. Avoid extra salt and chillie. Regards.

How can a doctor or a relative or a friend help a person who doesn't want to help himself. By smoking he has destroyed his heart and lungs and passed on second hand smoke to his near and dear ones. Tell him politely that besides stopping smoking he has to take extra care about diet with minimum salt and fats and do restricted exercise, remain cheerful and occupied.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. Left sided chest pain with normal ECG, TMT and Echo can be due to anxiety or stress. Another possibility is Cervical spondylitis with brachial neuralgia, where pain radiates to left upper chest and left arm. Hyperacidity with heart-burn should also be considered.

When I jogging my heartbeat increase very high then I can't walk very long time what is reason for that?

When I jogging my heartbeat increase very high then I can't walk very long time what is reason for that?
How long have you been jogging, if recently started, as you are a young growing man, I recommend you slowly increase your activities. You should take short rests until your heart beat settles and then start jogging again. If this continues beyond one month, you should get a cardiologist to check you.

Advanced Aesthetics, BDS

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. Dear lybrateuser, - The heart rate is controlled by the electrical activity of the heart originating from the SA node & travelling through other parts of the heart - any abnormality or disorder in the conducting system can lead to slow heart rate or sinus bradycardia - follow the advise of your doctor as after finding the cause the further management of the problem will be possible, so do not worry go ahead as advised & you will benefit from it.

How to reduce my fat quickly and get a healthy body as fast as possible and to prevent cholesterol?

How to reduce my fat quickly and get a healthy body as fast as possible and to prevent cholesterol?
You are looking for too many things but you are not giving time to your body. You can't put time limits on your body. There are no short cuts. It took time to gain this weight so give a decent time for body to be able to lose it too. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hello, your problem suggests that you have pitta prakruti (body type). Pitta is responsible for vertigo and dizziness specially when you are exposed to direct sunlight. It also causes palpitations (loud heart beat) which you are experiencing as chest pain. Try this ayurvedic treatment which will definitely help the cause. A) usheerasava 2 tsp twice a day with water b) dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily. D) avipattikar churna 1 tsp twice a day e) tab tapyadi loha 1 tab twice f) go to bed early before 10 pm, and avoid spicy diet, curd, non-veg, and green leafy vegetable.
