I am glad that you know that she is afraid and that she is not playing sexual games of playing hard to get. Since she is genuinely afraid take her to a sexologist and have her discuss her fears to overcome whatever the false impression she may have about sex or intercourse. If not, she could do with some sex education and understand that this is normal between a man and a woman in marriage. If the communication between you two is okay, she can talk to you and express her fears and you can help her. Anyway you have to be very gentle with her and literally coax her into wanting sex. Some indian girls have been brought up in very protected environments and may have a lot of inhibitions about exposing their bodies to anyone, let alone a man, and her perception may be of severe abhorrence of sex because of the invasion into her body, and private parts at that. So a lot of care, gentleness and love must be exercised to tease her out of her inhibitions. Remember that the most important sexual organ is the brain: if you work on convincing and seducing her mind by gentle talk, she could be brought out of her anxiety and shyness. If you are effective, you can bring her to a point of no return by enticing the sexual desire, just by your talk! if talk is not enough and she allows you to touch her, then it is possible to drive her libido even more effectively by tapping and stimulating her erogenous zones: lower back, ears, back of the neck, inner thighs, nape of the neck, mouth/lips, nipples, breasts, vagina, and clitoris. You must progress gradually on these zones, little at a time, and when you see that she is receptive and is looking for more you may progress on to the more intense areas. Never hurry, as men are wont to do. And never attempt to do all of it on the same occasion. If she has a small vaginal opening, which can be dealt with even by her gynecologist, and in worse cases, she can have it opened surgically.

Your brain is fine. Poor learning is affected by other factors.You may be under some stress, and I do not know if you are aware of it. Find out what this disturbance is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

Keep yourself free from worry. Penis size hardly matters and majorilty of men have wrong idea about penis size. Still if you have doubt, get it checked by doctor and get relief.

I have fungal disease (ring worms) from few years, I applied many tubes like ring guard, 4derm etc, it gives temporary relief but after some days it again creates problem, it inches in the affected area (joints of both the legs) What should I do to get rid of it permanently? _ is there any home made remedy for the same? You can apply candid b cream on it if you are sure it's fungal infection otherwise consult a dermatologist and get it checked and diagnosed when problem subsides completely then you can apply coconut oil on it to fade away the marks.

Yes. Reduce your weight from 80 kg to 65 kg for your height of 5' 4". Regular walking exercises will help you in bringing down your weight as well as give a good sugar control. Eat low carb, low calorie small frequent meals in place of 2 large meals.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: 1. Move. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. 2. Avoid all sugar and ‘hidden’ sugars like high-fructose corn syrup. 3. Hello, Walking is the best form of exercise for any age and and health condition. Pregnancy weight gain makes you overweight anyways but the special care has to be taken that the weight gain is in a healthy way. Eating home cooked ,fresh food with inclusion of high fiber fresh fruits and vegetables will help you to maintain weight healthy way.
