Dear user. I can understand. Stamina comes from practicing hard and regular. Stamina builds on health. You must consult a doctor and test yourself for healthy body and mind. Then if everything is OK, you should practice walking and running and playing games regularly and thereby you can definitely improve your stamina. Taking supplements will not help you in stamina. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user try to do rigorous physical activity in the morning. Follow healthy diet; healthy breakfast, followed by normal meal in lunch and keep your dinner very light. Drink plenty of water, take fruits and high fibre ;salads and veg. You can follow amla, alovera/ and wheat grass juice; 1 tsp of each in a cup of water every early morning for detoxification. Avoid junk food or fried food, follow healthy balance diet. For hairfall problem; you can have 1 tsp of sesame seeds with luke warm water in a day. For dark spots you can apply paste of 1 tsp of gram flour + a pinch of turmeric powder mixed with curd daily. Before gpoing to bed have a cup of jasmine tea! team

You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking if you do .

Can I eat 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites during night time that is after my gym. Usually at 9.30 or something.

Can I eat 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites during night time that is after my gym. Usually at 9.30 or something.
Make sure to take in some food within 30 minutes of your workout, That will optimize recovery, help reduce muscle soreness. Your body looks for carbohydrates and protein to help replenish glycogen stores and rebuild muscle, Some options: a scoop of whey protein powder mixed with water/ boiled egg whites (do not consume whole egg)/2 sp of protinex with nonfat milk, and 2 to 3 banana. If you talking about dinner, whole eggs contain 5 to 7 gm of saturated fat the overall limit of saturated fat is 15 to 20gm. You can take 1 whole egg at dinner. Make sure you are in limit of saturated fat. Then it will not affect you. I recommended to lower your saturated fat as low as possible.

I do not think there is nothing to worry about-thiss is most probably hemangioma------------there are two main types of hemangiomas: cavernous and capillary. The former are more common in adults. Muscular hemangiomas are commonly encountered tumors. Subcutaneous hemangiomas can be strongly suspected on clinical examination. -----------------for this aphysical examination is a must -------------

• Make sure that you consume at least 10 to 12 glasses of pure water every day. • You can also replace one or two glasses of water with citrus fruit juices like lemon juice or orange juice to provide you the natural vitamins that help in losing weight. • Water will help you to flush out the toxins in your body.

I am having belly fat problem after delivery. please tell me how to lose gained weighted?
A little bit of belly fat is actually good for you: it protects your stomach, intestines, and other delicate organs. But too much fat is anything but healthy. Extra fat cells deep in your abdomen (aka visceral fat) generate adipose hormones and adipokines?chemical troublemakers that travel to your blood vessels and organs, where they cause inflammation that can contribute to problems like heart disease and diabetes. The good news? Every pound you shed can help reduce your girth. "Once women start losing weight, they typically lose 30% more abdominal fat Abdominal Crunches: ? Lay down flat on the floor. ? Bend the knees with feet on the floor. ? Place your hands by the side of your ears. ? Take a deep breath. ? Crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time. ? Now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times some tips ? Squeeze a lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drink lots of water throughout the day, keep yourself well hydrated. ? Drink green tea in the morning. It has antioxidants that help the body to burn fat and detoxify. Eliminate all juice (except natural pomegranate juice) and soft drinks from your diet. Drink only 1 cup of coffee a day. ? Avoid junk food at all cost. ? Start exercising. Do hour to 45 minutes of cardio, preferably walking on an incline every day. Do light weight training for upper body three times a week. ? Snack on a small amount of almonds (5 at a time) throughout the day (4 times a day maximum).

Firstly it is all right to put on some weight in this stage. It is normal, but very soon you can get back to being fit. You have to focus on both a Light Nutritious Diet + Daily exercise. A good balanced diet is sufficient to take care of your needs plus baby's needs. Normally in our households they insist on overfeeding the mother will all sorts of Ghee and other high calorie stuff. You need to cut down on the excess Oils and Excess Sugars in your diet. . Max 5 Teaspoons of Oil/Ghee per day. Max 4 Teaspoons of Sugar Per day. Eat three fruits every day. Take 10 almonds daily. Eat three meals + some light snacks like Poha / Sprouts / Salads in between meals. Do 30 mins walk daily. Slow and steady wins the race. With time you will be fit.
