 ऐसे बहुत सारे लोग हैं जो अंतरंग संबंधों का आनंद पोर्न देखने के बाद लेते हैं हालांकि सरकार ने 850 से अधिक पोर्न साइट बैन करने की बात कही है। सोशल मीडिया में पोर्न साइट बंद करने की बात वायरल हो रही हैं हालांकि इस बारे में लोगों की अपनी-अपनी राय है।  वैसे अब तो पोर्न देखना आम सी बात हो गई है लेकिन आज भी लोगों के मन में यह सवाल उठता है कि पोर्न देखना बुरा हैं या अच्छा। शायद लोगों को इस बात की जानकारी नहीं कि बहुत ज्यादा पोर्न देखने से आपकी सेक्स लाइफ और सेहत दोनों प्रभावित हो सकती हैं। 
कई रिसर्च कहती हैं कि पोर्न देखने के फायदे हैं तो कई रिसर्च इसके बुरे प्रभावों के बारे में बताती हैं। साथ ही एक सवाल और भी उठता है कि क्या पोर्न देखने से सेक्स क्षमता कम होती है। कई लोगों के लिए तो यह एक हानिरहित व्याकुलता है। 
वैसे आज हम आपको पोर्न देखने से लाइफ पर होने वाले बुरे असर के बारे में बताएंगेः

1. दिमाग का सिकुड़ना
एक रिसर्च के अनुसार, जो मर्द बहुत ज्यादा पोर्नोग्राफी देखते हैं उनका दिमाग सिकुड़ जाता है और उनकी सैक्सुयल संवेदनाएं भी कम हो जाती है। रिसर्च में तो यह भी दिखाया गया है कि रोजाना पोर्न देखने से शारीरिक नुकसान भी होता है हालांकि यह बात पूरी तरह से साबित नहीं हो पाई है लेकिन जिन लोगों के दिमाग का स्ट्रेटम छोटा होता है उन्हें पोर्न देखने का नुकसान अधिक होता है।

2. असंतुष्टि 
पॉर्न मॉडल्स का कमाल का फिगर और सुंदरता काफी हद तक मेकअप, कॉस्मेटिक सर्जरी और फोटोशॉप वगैरह पर निर्भर रहते हैं। लेकिन पॉर्न देखने वाले भी निजी जिंदगी में वोही पाना और करना चाहते हैं जो वे पोर्न में देखते हैं, जिस कारण उन्हें सेक्स में सैटिस्फेक्शन नहीं होती। वह अपने पार्टनर से खुश नहीं रहते। उनके दिल दिमाग में यह बात आती है कि उनका पार्टनर उतना सुंदर और आकर्षक नहीं है।

3. कामोत्तेजना पर बुरा असर पड़ता है
अगर तो दोनों पार्टनर बैठकर एक साथ पोर्न देखते हैं तो इस मामले में यह सैक्स का आनंद लेने का एक तरीका हो सकता है लेकिन अगर दोनों में एक पोर्न देखने में बिजी है तो यह संबंध एक त्रिकोण का काम करता है। बहुत सारी महिलाओं का मानना है कि कामोत्तेजना के लिए पोर्न फिल्म का सहार लेने से कामोत्तेजना पर असर पड़ता है।

4. ऑक्सीटोसिन 'लव हार्मोन' में कमी

  2. You should eat heart healthy food which includes vegetables, nuts, fruits, whole grains and beans. Avoid foods which contain saturated fats and these include fried food, meat and cheese.

  3. Losing weight is beneficial for your health if you have PCOD. Losing even a small amount of weight will help in balancing your hormones and regulating your menstrual cycle.

  4. Quit smoking as smoking increases the levels of androgen in your body.

  5. Birth control pills are also prescribed for reducing your symptoms, and fertility medicines are prescribed in case of infertility issues because of PCOD.

Eat so first you will set your eating timings.in breakfast eat heat healthy and balanced diet include milk oats, paneer sandwich/eggs/omelette/sprouts with milk. Take high protein and high calories diet. Add milk sakes, fruit shakes, ice creams, puddings, sweet dishes etc. Avoid bad fats like deep fried items, use healthy oils like soybean, canola oil, olive oil etc. In fruits eat extra bananas and mangoes. Do brisk walk atlest 15-30 min daily to increase your appetite.

चेहरे की देखभाल की बात करें तो हमारे होंठ अक्सर अनदेखे रह जाते हैं। हमारा ध्यान इनकी ओर तभी जाता है, जब ये बदरंग होने या फटने लगते हैं। इसमें कोई शक नहीं कि् प्राकृति क रूप से गुलाबी होंठ किसी की भी खूबसूरती में चार-चांद लगा सकते हैं। जरूरी नहीं किय ये बात लड़किरयों पर ही लागू हो। स्वस्थ और खूबसरत होंठ लड़कों का आकर्षण भी बढ़ाते हैं। हालांकिि सबके होंठ प्राकृति क रूप से खूबसूरत और गुलाबी नहीं होते लेकिन देखरेख और कुछ घरेलू उपाय करके हम इनके आकर्षण को बढ़ा सकते हैं।

घरेलू उपाय
1. सबसे पहले तो अपनी दिनचर्या में पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी शामिल करें, क्योंकि् होंठ गुलाबी होने पर अगर फटे हैं, तो ये जरा भी आकर्षक नहीं दिखेंगे। होंठ संवेदनशील होते हैं और नमी की कमी का असर इन पर सीधा दिखाई देता है। इसलि ए पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी पीकर इनकी देखभाल की शुरुआत की जा सकती है।
2. होठों पर ग्लिसरीन, नीबू और गुलाब जल का मिश्रण रात में लगाकर सोएं आपको धीरे-धीरे इसका असर दिखना शुरू हो जाएगा।
3. होंठों का कालापन दूर करने के लि्ए गुलाब जल, नीबू की बराबर मात्रा दही में मिलाकर लगाने से भी होठों की रंगत सुधरती है।
4. मलाई में नीबू मिलाकर इसमें शक्कर मिलाएं और इसको स्क्रब के तौर पर इस्तेमाल करें। होंठ धीरे-धीरे गुलाबी होने लगेंगे।
5. ग्लिसरीन में केसर, गुलाब जल और नींबू मिलाकर लगाने से भी होंठ गुलाबी होते हैं।
6. रात में हमेशा मेकअप हटाकर सोएं। होंठों पर लिपस्टिक लगी न छोड़ें। सुबह ब्रश करते वक्त टूथब्रश को होठों पर रगड़ें, इससे मृत त्वचा निकल जाएगी।

16. मलाई में टमाटर का रस मिलाकर लगाने से भी होंठ गुलाबी होते हैं।
17. चुकंदर के टुकड़े को काटकर होठों पर मलने से होंठ का रंग गुलाबी होता है। आप चुकंदर का जूस पिएं, तो ये और भी फायदेमंद होगा।
18. 1 चम्मच जैतून के तेल में, 1 चम्मच शक्कर मिलाकर रख लें और इस मिश्रण को होंठों पर कुछ देर तक मलें। साफ कपड़े से पोंछकर नारियल का तेल या देशी घी होंठों पर लगा लें। ये प्रक्रिया हफ्ते में दो बार करें।
19. एलोविरा जेल और चुकंदर का पाउडर मिलाकर रखें। इसे सोते वक्त होठों पर लगाएं।

What is failure to thrive?

Children are diagnosed with failure to thrive when their weight or rate of weight gain is significantly below that of other children of similar age and sex. Infants or children that fail to thrive seem to be dramatically smaller or shorter than other children the same age. Teenagers may have short stature or appear to lack the usual changes that occur at puberty. However, there is a wide variation in what is considered normal growth and development.

Symptoms

In general, the rate of change in weight and height may be more important than the actual measurements.

Infants or children who fail to thrive have a height, weight and head circumference that do not match standard growth charts. The person's weight falls lower than the third percentile (as outlined in standard growth charts) or 20 percent below the ideal weight for their height. Growing may have slowed or stopped after a previously established growth curve.

The following are delayed or slow to develop:

  1. Physical skills, such as rolling over, sitting, standing and walking
  2. Mental and social skills
  3. Secondary sexual characteristics (delayed in adolescents)

Diagnosis

It is important to determine whether failure to thrive results from medical problems or factors in the environment, such as abuse or neglect.

There are multiple medical causes of failure to thrive. These include:

 

  • Chromosome abnormalities, such as Down syndrome and Turner syndrome
  • Defects in major organ systems
  • Problems with the endocrine system, such as thyroid hormone deficiency, growth hormone deficiency or other hormone deficiencies
  • Damage to the brain or central nervous system, which may cause feeding difficulties in an infant
  • Heart or lung problems, which can affect how oxygen and nutrients move through the body
  • Anemia or other blood disorders
  • Gastrointestinal problems that result in malabsorption or a lack of digestive enzymes
  • Long-term gastroenteritis and gastroesophageal reflux (usually temporary)

Metabolic disorders

Complications of pregnancy and low birth weight

Other factors that may lead to failure to thrive:

  • Emotional deprivation as a result of parental withdrawal, rejection or hostility
  • Economic problems that affect nutrition, living conditions and parental attitudes
  • Exposure to infections, parasites or toxins
  • Poor eating habits, such as eating in front of the television and not having formal meal times
  • Many times the cause cannot be determined.

Treatment

The treatment depends on the cause of the delayed growth and development. Delayed growth due to nutritional factors can be resolved by educating the parents to provide a well-balanced diet.

If psychosocial factors are involved, treatment should include improving the family dynamics and living conditions. Parental attitudes and behavior may contribute to a child's problems and need to be examined. In many cases, a child may need to be hospitalized initially to focus on implementation of a comprehensive medical, behavioral and psychosocial treatment plan.

श्वेत प्रदर ( सफेद पानी ) की समस्या खत्म करने के घरेलू उपाय :
 

  • हर दिन कच्चा टमाटर खाना शुरू करें.
  • सुबह-शाम 2 चम्मच प्याज का रस और उतनी हीं मात्रा में शहद मिलाकर पिएँ.
  • जीरा भूनकर चीनी के साथ खाने से फायदा होगा.
  • आंवले का रस और शहद लगातार 1 महीने तक सेवन करें. इससे श्वेत प्रदर ठीक हो जायेगा.
  • हर दिन केला खाएँ, इसके बाद दूध में शहद डालकर पिएँ. इसके आपकी सेहत भी अच्छी होगी और श्राव के कारण होने वाली कमजोरी भी दूर होगी. कम-से-कम तीन महीने तक यह उपाय करें, दूध के ठंडा हो जाने के बाद उसमें शहद डालें.
  • कच्चे केले की सब्जी खाएँ.
  • अगर आपके शरीर में खून की कमी है, तो खून बढ़ाने के लिए हरी सब्जियाँ, फल, चुकन्दर इत्यादि खाएँ.
  • 1 केला लें, उसे बीच से काट लें. उसमें 1 ग्राम फिटकरी भर दें, इसे दिन या रात में एक बार खाएँ. लेकिन ध्यान रखें कि अगर दिन में खाना शुरू किया तो, दिन में हीं खाएँ. और अगर रात में खाना शुरू किया हो, तो रात में हीं खाएँ.
  • तले-भूने चीज या मसालेदार चीज नहीं के बराबर खाएँ.
  • योनी की साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखें.
  • मैदे से बनी चीजें न खाएँ.
  • एक बड़ा चम्मच तुलसी का रस लें, और उतनी हीं मात्रा में शहद लें. फिर इसे खा लें. इससे आपको आराम मिलेगा.
  • . अनार के हरे पत्ते लें, 25-30 पत्ते…. 10-12 काली मिर्च के साथ पीस लें. इसमें आधा ग्लास पानी डालें, फिर छानकर पी लीजिए. ऐसा सुबह-शाम करें.
  • भूने चने में खांण्ड (गुड़ की शक्कर) मिलाकर खाएँ, इसके बाद 1 कप दूध में देशी घी डाल कर पिएँ.
  • 10 ग्राम सोंठ का, एक कप पानी में काढ़ा बनाकर पिएँ. ऐसा एक महीने तक करें.
  • पीपल के 2-4 कोमल पत्ते लेकर, पीस लें. फिर इसे दूध में उबालकर पिएँ.
  • 1 चम्मच आंवला चूर्ण लें और 2-3 चम्मच शहद लें. और इन्हें आपस में मिलाकर खाएँ. ऐसा एक महीने तक करें.
  • खूब पानी पिएँ.
  • सिंघाड़े के आटे का हलुआ और इसकी रोटी खाएँ.
  • 3 ग्राम शतावरी या सफेद मूसली लें, फिर इसमें 3 ग्राम मिस्री मिलाकर, गर्म दूध के साथ इसका सेवन करें.
  • नागरमोथा, लाल चंदन, आक के फूल, अडूसा चिरायता, दारूहल्दी, रसौता, इन सबको 25-25 ग्राम लेकर पीस लें. पौन लीटर पानी में उबालें, जब यह आधा रह जाय तो छानकर उसमें 100 ग्राम शहद मिलाकर दिन में दो बार 50-50 ग्राम सेवन करें.
  • माजू फल, बड़ी इलायची और मिस्री को बराबर मात्रा में पीस लें. एक सप्ताह तक दिन में तीन बार लें. एक सप्ताह के बाद फिर दिन में एक बार 21 दिन तक लें.
