Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. Hello, first of all you have to control the excess habit of masturbation. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Generally, there's no advantage to substituting honey for sugar in adiabetes eating plan. Both honey and sugar will affect your blood sugar level. Honey is sweeter than granulated sugar, so you might use a smaller amount of honey for sugar in some recipes. So, used without honey.

Please do chest x-ray/ecg/cbc first. Also if she is having any illness that needs to be treated. For chest pain she needs to take rhus tox 200 - twice daily. If there is any digestive disorder that needs to be checked - a usg of whole abdomen should be done.

Mere taking green tea will not fetch you anything. You need to do exercises to loose weight. Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

Onions are known to be cooling in nature and can also absorb body heat hence normally suggested to eat raw during summers. Onions are also known to reduce the chances of fatality due to overheating of the body in summer. Also, Onions, especially red ones contain a flavonoid called quercetin which is believed to have an anti-histamine effect. Histamine is the irritant that causes heat rashes so eating onions daily may help to ease these summer complaints. Onion is about 85-90% water and rich in potassium and low in sodium preserving the cell water content in the body.
Onions, like other members of the allium family, are high in flavonoids and powerful antioxidants known to prevent many diseases in the body. Quercetin, which in recent studies has been shown to prevent heart disease by keeping cholesterol from attaching to the walls of our arteries and also preventing the sticking together of blood platelets and the formation of clots. A 2006 British study shows that people who eat the most quercetin-rich foods (particularly onion soup in this study) have reduced their risk of thrombosis and cardiovascular disease. Quercetin has also been used to stop tumors from growing and is often used for cancer prevention.

You can try 'Yogic breathing' for 5 minutes every morning and evening. Take lots of water. Don't spend too much time over the Internet and Computer/Mobile games. Stay away from porn. Keep good company and discuss your issues with seniors/parents and I am sure by venting out your feelings you will feel better. Much better I can assure you.
