Sir may 29 years ka hu mujhe saans lene may dikkat hoti hai pichle 2 saal se aur seene mein bhi dard rahta hai bahut jyada thakawat lagti hai pure joint may dard bhi rehta hai aur sidhi chadnay par to dam fool jata hai aur aksar man sust rehta hai.

From last 10 days my brother is suffering with Lots of cough in the night time and voice has been changed ,while coughing some vibration noise is coming in throat. Using tabs levocet and cough syrup but there is no change in cough.

Hello there, for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it. Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough

its allergic problem,there is no permanent cure, 1tab sinarest before bed, steam inhalation. Wear mask to avoid dust, it will help. Thank you

My son is 5 Yrs old he always has cough.It gets better when he is on medication but then the cough comes back again a few days later.Please help.

Kindly write regarding wheez and name of medicine that helphim. Cough can be due to tonsils which will get better with antibiotics. Cough can be due to asthma which will responde to bronchodialators. Consult child specialist.

For Tuberculosis treatment duration depends upon the site of infection,normally the course is for 6 to 9 months,however for bone and CNS infections the duration is upto 1 year or 1and half years.

Get the ct scan done for sinus to get to know the grading of the disease, whether thisis due to any growth or the pus, if it is grade ii or iii than this can be cured by medicines if you take precautions properly.

Mr. lybrate-user For your asthma, avoid cold, cold food and chilled water. Avoid alchol and smoking. Avoid allergens which you are allergic to. You can take luke warm water the whole day. For your homeo. Treatment ,the detailed history is required and only medicine can be prescribed.

COUGH HYEGIENE.

When one cough or sneeze,one tend to expel out respiratory waste which can be droplets( larger 5 microne) or airborne droplets( less than 5 microne)
Droplet can travel 3-6 ft and airborn droplet upto 10 ft.
Droplet infection occure in inflenza/swine flu, so person at a distance of 3 ft can get infection.
Droplet airborn infection occures in TB and a persone even at distance of 10ft can get infection.
Cover your mouth and nose while cuoghing/sneezing to avoid spread of infection.
Keep your window AC in out door circulation mode to redude cross infection.
In split AC there is no provision of out side aircirculation and chances of cross infection increases.
Use cough hygiene to prevend spread of infection.
