Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. I would like to examine her personally as soon as possible.

It must be deviated nasal septum or turbinates or adenoids or polyps. You need to get examined and may need surgery accordingly.

I am 24 years old. And I am suffering from asthma since I was 7 years old. I want to get totally well form this disease, so what should I do.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Asthma is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Medication: Bronchitis/ Asthma can be treated with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for the time being. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take Bakson's Astha-Aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

I am suffering from cough from last week. Specially during night time my throat pains a lot. What should I do?

MBBS
General Physician, Greater Noida
Hi, for cold, cough and fever 1. Try to keep body warm 2. Do not eat and drink cold food items 3. Try to avoid persons affected with cold and cough because it spreads through droplet mode by coughing and sneezing 4. Take a tablet of levocetrizine and a basic antibiotic with an expectorant cough syrup for 4 days 5. Consult through audio video for details after a chest x ray.

Hi, thank you for your question. To advice you regarding the treatment for your daughter , it is important that a detailed history is taken for her . There is no harm in giving honitus syrup to a child but it will be better if I can know better since how many days the cough is present , whether any fever is there or not. Feel free to connect with me , so that I can evaluate your daughter's condition properly and assist you with her treatment. I will be happy to assist you.

BAMS

Hi, Normal pulse rate is 70-80 per min. But your pulse rate is 109 per min. Which is high. This sinus tachycardia may be due to cardiac arrhythmias. Please consult a cardiologist for further management at the earliest.

Hi I am 32 years old, I eat Less but My belly becomes big by evening and also have shortness of breathing.
Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily, you should do abdominal exercise. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
