5 Bedroom Role Plays To Spice Your Love Life

5 Bedroom Role Plays To Spice Your Love Life

May it be marriage or a relationship, things could go downhill in due course of time. The reason behind such a situation could be any; while mental compatibility could turn things sour, physical compatibility constitutes a significant part too. Identifying the problem is of utmost importance. Shying away from sexual dissatisfaction hampers the individual lives of both partners. Therefore, couples should take an initiative to talk about it and take a step further to remedy the problem. It has often been seen that a person’s sex life can get boring due to an imminent lack of variety. Adding a zing to your usual sex life can be made possible through bedroom role playing.

Go through the following tips for trying out bedroom role play:

  1. Bathe each other and do it in flow: Walking into the bath together can add fervor to a dull and drab sex life. While partners bathe each other, they come to know of a different side of their lover. This binds two individuals better. Intercourse in the shower has proved to be enjoyable for many people. It can also be seen as another way of taking care of your dear one.
  2. Try out the royalty - servant trope: Playing the role of a different person altogether can make you enjoy intercourse even more. The man could play the role of a king or a senior courtier while the woman plays the role of a maid servant. Or, it could be just the opposite where the man servant is obliged to have sex with the queen or with any of her companions.
  3. The age old idea of being the doctor while she is the nurse: The doctor nurse duo is a great way to add thrill to your relationship. The more imaginative a couple can get, the more satisfaction they derive. To make role playing more convincing, you must try using relevant dialogues.
  4. Bold & experienced woman and the innocent young boy fantasy: You could play the dominatrix by being an experienced woman who holds the reign to her fantasy. Sex proceeds as she instructs the innocent young boy about how to go about with things.
  5. Directly reverse the general roles you both play: The roles each of you is accustomed to play in bed could be directly reversed to humor and excite both the partners. So, if the woman is generally under, she should go on top and initiate sex. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

I have so much pimples on my face and pimples spot. What should I do clear the face? Tell me some natural ways.
Follow the tips *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please consult me in private chat with photos for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household.

I am not getting sleep early if I sleep at late nights it is hard for me to awake! and hard at back head.
Hi, all your issues/ symptoms are because of you not getting sleep early. Your age is indicative of you being mostly a student at present. You may try out the following - (a) have dinner early, max by 8: 30 pm in night (b) streamline your diet & lifestyle. Make sure you have a light yet healthy dinner at night. High calorie foods are best avoided especially at night when the energy requirements are minimal. (c) avoid fatty, oily and greasy foods. (d) try not to study/ work late at night. Plan your day realistically, well and stick to your schedule. For things that you could not accomplish on any particular day, you may as well plan/ prioritize it for the next day as appropriate. Its always in your best interest/ health to get up early and study/ revise/ work with a fresh mind. (e) avoid studying/ watching tv/ movies et al in the night time as it would make your brain alert and you will have difficulty falling asleep. (f) in relation to point (e) above, you may watch some light weight entertainment serials/ music/ bhajans/ spiritual discourses in the evening time that shall help relax & de-stress. Studying some light interesting stories/ books at bedtime also helps lull and fall asleep. (g) do exercise/ walking, yoga/ meditation daily for about 30 to 45 minutes as suitable. You can try out shavasana especially when you go to bed, for 10 minutes. This shall help you relax, control your thought patterns and help fall asleep. (h) immerse your feet in warm water, with a cold towel wrapped around your head, for about 10 - 15 minutes before you go to bed. (i) avoid taking vitamin pills in the night. Instead, take them in day time. (j) a glass of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at bed time helps too. Hope the above-mentioned helps. Should you still have issues falling asleep, I would advise you to consult a sleep disorder therapist/ somnologist who shall assist you suitably here.
