Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, You are suffering from gastric disorder, causing pain & burning abdomen due to hyperacidity causing due to irregular dieatery regulation. Its unfortunate, though so many causes of your pain demands in person examination, till then 2black pepper with shrikand empty stomach and pathyadi kada after food for 8days.

I have burning sensation at back both sides. Sometimes its just mild and sometimes its high. I used to smoke but frm last 4 months I stopped smoking. Is it something related to quitting. Also I feel it more when I have acidity and it generally feel less when I drink water.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Carbo veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Robinia q (5 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Drink lot of water. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid fried and spicy food. Tea/coffee should not be taken in excess. Meals should be taken regularly and on time. If overweight, loose weight. Avoid stress and it should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.

take crocin pain relief one sos if headache is severe, check your eyes. check your BP. Take rest and good sleep. avoid stress. inform if not ok. quit smoking.

LOW BACK PAIN PHYSIO BALL EXERCISE DEAR, 1….The exercise ball is an exercise treatment option for back pain sufferers and is designed to help prevent or minimize further episodes of low back pain as part of a rehabilitation program. The exercise ball is effective in rehabilitation of the back because it strengthens and develops the core body muscles that help tostabilize the spine. With the exercise ball, also called a Swiss ball or physio ball, an element of instability is introduced to the exercise that one would not normally get in a floor exercise. Take tab meftal spas when required, drink 3-4 liter of water daily, take tab pan 40 1tab morning empty stomach for 10-15 days. get ultrasound of abdomen done if required, come back with report, so that I can help further. Thank you
