You are young. Why do you want to damage your knee with home remedies when it's fractured. Visit orthopaedic surgeon and take opinion. If you delay your treatment, only person to get affected will be you.

The very first thing to be done when you wake up in the morning is to bend your back backwards. This corrects your posture since you are in a bent posture whole night. Hydrate yourself with 10-12 glasses of water per day. This is a good nutrition to your stiff and painful back Do some regular stretches like bending sideways, bending backwards Avoid sitting for a longer time and always bend from your knees down to pick up or lift anything from thr floor if needed Feel free to ask further questions.

I am 35 years old male and my wife is 30 years old both problem 5 months ago skin and back pain problem.

I am 35 years old male and my wife is 30 years old both problem 5 months ago skin and back pain problem.
Several lifestyle changes may be required. Most back pain gets better with a few weeks of home treatment and careful attention. Over-the-counter pain relievers as prescribed by me may be all that you need to improve your pain. A short period of bed rest is ok, but more than a couple of days actually does more harm than good. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

My mother is aged 59 yrs. She seems to be suffering from arthritis. She complains of severe pain in joints of her fingers. She is not comfortable while sitting as her back does not allow to sit comfortably. No test done for arthritis. Kindly advise.

DNB Rheumatology, Grad. Cert. Paed. Rheumat, MD - Paediatrics, MBBS
Rheumatologist, Bangalore
Hi Manoj, It is possible that your mother has rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a serious disease which apart from causing pain in the joints (over the long term) can cause damage to the joints such that you are unable to use them even if there is no pain, damage to the lungs and heart ,etc. And hence needs to be treated proactively and completely not only ot avoid pain but also to prevent damage or complications to all these organs. This can be done best by a rheumatologist. If you let me know where you live I can give you a refernce of a nearby rheumatologist. You can contact me via my website www.Rheumatologybangalore.Com You can get more information regarding rheumatoid arthritis from the document below.
