Hi, am 35 year old man, suddenly I flet low in sex, and not getting full erection even after trying it hard from my side. This is the second time I am facing in last 4 months. First time I felt in march. Then few days it persists. Then it went off and I started getting erection and feeling to have sex also. But now again august felt the same. But before that I have sex with my partner 5 times in a week. Then suddenly do not know what happen. Feeling very low. Not getting erection. My questions: 1. What is the reason? And why all of sudden this happen 2. It is curable fully. 3. Will I get the same erection and desire for sex?

Sexual drives are never a permanent thing. Sexual desires keep fluctuating in life time. So there is no issue if you do not feel the same urge to have sex as you felt earlier" trying to hard" for an erection itself causes stress and causes further dysfunction. Find some tine to relax, do relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation, breathing exercises etc. Consult a psychiatrist personally if you feel stressed and depressed due to above problems. Untreated anxiety and depression for long time can affect sexual abilities adversely.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Just eating a particular food does not cause weight loss. It's about a balance of each food group. Alos, being hypothyroid, you need to concentrate on eating right rather than eating less. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Wash your face with any mild natural face wash. Wash your face 3-4 times. Use natural fruit pack. Take 1 pc carrot, 1 pc tomato 1 pc apple grind it mixed with honey n few drops of lemon juice. First of all your gut should be cleansed. Then lot of fibers, esp. Green leafy vegetables should be included in your daily menu to supply iron. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I am suffering with sinusitis for more than 20 years and for headache, would take Anacine type medicine and afterward drops for nose and ears and anti allergy tabs. Now I am 69 years of age and after deciding to go for homeopathic, have been asked to take R 49 of reckweg and a medicine called Ginkgo Biloba for taking care nose, ears, eyes and throat as well as anxiety, nervousness, and skin related issues. There is no cure for herpes. Antiviral medications can, however, prevent or shorten outbreaks during the period of time the person takes the medication. In addition, daily suppressive therapy (i.e. daily use of antiviral medication) for herpes can reduce the likelihood of transmission to partners.

For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months.
