Hello sir, if your belly is sapping your body confidence, do not despair. The reason for your puffy midsection may be bloat not fat. Add more fiber-rich food in your diet, take less sodium ,add more fluids like water 8-10 glasses plus plenty of fluid rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, add potassium rich foods also.

If it is a fungal infection _ do following control perspiration wear cotton clothes dry all the folds of skin with a dry tissue paper and sprinkle a anti fungal dusting powder 3 to 4 times in a day.

How Can Osteoarthritis Patients Benefit From Physiotherapy?

It cannot really be a nice situation to be in when a person happens to have osteoarthritis. So, while a lot of the effort to improve the situation is focused on making use of painkilling medicines, can physiotherapy help in such cases?

Well, the answer is a resounding yes! When osteoarthritis patients practice some physiotherapy on a regular basis, what they will find is that a fair amount of the freedom they had before the condition affected them would have returned. Is this not some great news?

When it comes to active physiotherapy in order to improve a situation of osteoarthritis, it is generally divided to fall into categories. These categories are namely exercises in strengthening and exercises in flexibility. While the former group aims to make the joints stronger, the latter makes an effort to restore the normal functioning as a result of increasing the range of motion.

Truth be told, it can be said that both are of very high importance in order to cause an improvement. In addition to this, following the directions of the physiotherapist is vital, as an expert knows what hero she is talking about!

While a lot has been told about active physiotherapy, in order to fight osteoarthritis, what can be said of passive physiotherapy for the condition? There are three general categories of treatment under passive physiotherapy. They are heat therapy, cold therapy and hydrotherapy. The aim is to use the different sensations the three have so as to cause an improvement in the circulation of blood in the area or to reduce the extent of the pain and symptoms which are part and parcel of having osteoarthritis.

Cold therapy usually takes place by the way of a cold compress which is applied to the knee. What the aim is, in this case, is that the amount of swelling in the region will reduce and so, the pain that is being felt will also recede, to some extent.

On the other hand, in the case of heat therapy, improved blood flow helps decrease the amount of stiffness. Mobility is obviously an issue when it comes to having osteoarthritis and the best way to get mobile again is to do so in water where the impact is very minimal, as compared to other surfaces. This is why hydrotherapy exists and is so successful.

A lot of osteoarthritis exercises can be done at home after the proper technique is learnt and with such benefits, everyone would wish to learn!

Hello, you can use a face pack of multani mitti+few drops of lemon juice (daily or alternate day) This will gently lighten your skin, reduce oiliness and reduce dark spots as well. Please have a nutritious balanced diet & avoid chemical-based fairness creams. Sleep 6-7 hours & see your face will look radiant. You have to be patient to see the results. Do not fall for gimmicks.

Hi lybrate-user, first of all I would like to appreciate your efforts which you r putting towards your health. Meera oats and Ragi are very gud superfood you can have them, just remember one thing while working on your body, just don't only focus on your weight just try to think that you have to eat healthy so as to be fit, healthy nd young, do eat in a fix proportion ,eat healthy, eat when you actually hungry, do workout also every day like for at least 30-45 min, be hydrated nd always have gud sleep. Namaste, Although more information is needed to diagnose and treat appropriately, but it seems your mother could be having migraines, which are the most common type Of headache. If they are happening more than 10 times a month, try using daily magnesium 250 mg to prevent them. Whether her bad breath could be related to these cannot be said based on the information shared.

Namaste- she likely gets migraines- which are the most common type of headaches, and can be triggered by several environmental, behavioral and dietary factors. It can be dull ache or severe throbbing ache. There even maybe nausea vomiting. Do not worry, several options are available to help- although they would depend on individual patient factors.

You should start home made remedies for oily skin. One example is multani mitti+rose water face pack. Also do not scrub on skin. Do not use any cream except sunscreen. Before going to bed cleanse your skin with cleansing milk. Do not take spicy hot food. Take more green leafy vegetables.

Dark circles can be really troublesome. They may be genetic or due to nutritional, lifestyle and stress factors. Eat lot of fruits, keep hydrated, sleep for 6-8 hours daily at schedule and exercise. Just walk briskly regularly for about 45-50 min. Avoid taking junk foods.in the morning take lemon with luke warm water. Then have a juice made of gourd, cucumber and carrot.in breakfast take 2 roti with 2 egg. Veg.milk and one fruit of your choice.in lunch have one plate green salad just before starting your meal.in lunch have one bowl brown rice with 100 gm chicken, mixed veg a large bowl.in the evening take chola or sprouts. In dinner take one roti with green veggies and green salad. U can take low fat curd or raita in lunch. Follow this you will be benefited.
