Please get your blood thyroid levels checked once. Your weight is quite high for your age. Your leptin levels may be poor. Leptin is a hormone that regulates appetite. Before its too late, please start exercising daily for 2 hours. 1 hour early morning- brisk walk, 1 hour evening- free hand exercises. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours. Use small plates & bowls. Include more salad, vegetable, fruit, 1 bowl of curd/ 1 glass of low fat milk, moderate amount of sprouts/ soybean/ pulse/ chicken/ fish, less cereal/ grains in your plate. Avoid junk/ processed/ ready to eat/ packaged/ street/ fast/ outside / fried foods, sugar, sweets, maggi, extra salt, soft drinks, alcohol, chocolate, ice cream. Have home made fresh foods. Eat slowly & chew your food well. Do not eat in front of TV/ computer. Do not sit continuously for an hour. Take light 15 mins walk after meals & do not lie down within 1 hr of a meal. In between main meals, include snacks like lassi/ buttermilk/ sprouts/ makhana/ popcorn/ stew/ whole fruit/ soaked almonds/ walnuts/ roasted chana/ dhokla/ khandvi/ green tea/ coconut water w/o cream. Whenever you still feel hungry have free foods like raw vegetables, whole fruits with peel, makhana.

I will suggest not to take as you are having high BP, ashvagandha is no your reason of weight gain, its insulin resistance which is increasing your weight

Causes of vertigo: • Due to anemia (low HB) • weakness • Ear infection • Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) These are some instructions which help you to take relief from vertigo: • Eat green leafy vegetables and an apple daily. Hi Please avoid fancy and exotic diets. The best diets are natural and holistic and balanced. Ideally you should be taking 50% carbs and 25% proteins and 25% fats in your diet everyday. If you have a very high carb diet it will turn into glucose and then get stored as fat in your body. It will add more weight to your body. Simplify your diet. Try to go natural.

For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Change your life style when you go to a program of weight loss.(1) do a exercise program. Can do yoga, plank, swimming (2) drink more water which helps in cellular activities. Helps in burning fat. Drink water before meals (2) take fewer calories you burn (3) reduce starchy carbs. Use whole grain like oats, cornflakes, bazra, wheat etc. Take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Good morning my age is 40 years. I am divorced. I was drunk alcohol from last years two times a day. But I didn't took sufficient food while I was drunk. From three months I stooped to drink. Hello ** Take Nux vomica 200, 5 drops daily at night.** 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Hi lybrate-user, everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

Diet:-: single fruit diet for weight loss and detoxification! -- take one fruit diet, only banana, for 10-14 days. 1. Mid morning- a glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice. 2. Lunch? salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For more details, consult.

Eat healthy,don't skip meals,avoid all forms of sugar(cola/juices/cold drinks/sweets/chocolates etc) have more of fiber rich food(whole grains instead of refined) have 2-3 fruits a day,avoid eating too much at one meal,and stop sitting or lying down immediately after having food,keep atleast 1 hour gap.Above all combine this with exercises atleast 4-5 times a week.
