1. Mid morning- a glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice. 2. Lunch salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.

Her bmi is 23.7 which is absolutely normal for her age and height. If she has put on little weight off late, it can not be the reason for loosing interest in the sex.

Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only salad n 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water.. your fbs is high...consult ur diabetologist clinically for corelation.

No, it has no side effect. But to stay fit you should never leave exercising. You can go for a brisk walk in the park instead of going to the gym.

Hello., Lemon water is not sufficient for weight loss. There are various other factors. One week isn't sufficient to see the difference. You need to give some more time. Eat banded meals

Dear lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. A) take food two times in a day only. B) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. C) avoid late night sleeping habits. D) avoid oily, junk, fast and fermented foods. E) don't drink water before meal for one hour and don't drink water after meals for one hour. F) do yogasan and pranayam regularly. G) walk upto 4-5 kilometres daily. Thanks.

Of course there are variety of ayurvedic medicines available for treatment of obesity or to reduce weight. But along with medication regular exercise yoga and diet plan is required. Tell her to do daily walking or jogging and do some activities like playing tennis or swimming. Consuming low calories nutritious diet will help. Eating lots of vegetables n salads n fruits sprouts will help. She should stop eating junk food completely. Stop sweets chocolates or any other sugar based food. Avoid oily fatty food avoid non veg or she can have chicken n fish. Grilled or boiled. Eat less of carbohydrates. Medication. Triphala guggul 2-2-2 medohar guggul 2-2-2 cap ayurslim of himalaya 2-2 for follow up consult me after 2 weeks.

Hello Lybrate User, There are some proven strategies to target belly fat than other areas - * Do not eat sugar - While health heroes such as fruits and vegetables have natural sugar, sugar is bad. Sugar is composed of two molecules; is half glucose, fructose half. Glucose can be metabolized by every cell we have – and if we do not get from our diet, our bodies do. The need for energy. * Eat more protein. Protein is so important for a probably more important flat belly diet. * Reduce your intake of carbohydrates. You need carbohydrates for energy, but people often exaggerate, making the focal point carbohydrate breakfast and snacks throughout the day. For a flat belly burner successfully healthy fats such as olive oil, lean protein and good carbohydrates needed. * Exercise to reduce obesity - schedule regular aerobic activity. Aerobic exercise can help reduce belly fat and the impact it can have on your health. Healthy adults engage in moderate aerobic activity for 150 minutes per week or vigorous aerobic activity for 75 minutes a week. Take care.

Hello lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

How To Sip TEA Most Effectively for a Visible Weight Loss

Apart from going on a diet and / or hitting the gym, there are many natural ways to shed the extra kilos. One of these highly effective ways is drinking / sipping tea. Consuming Green tea, nowadays, has become very popular because of its many health benefits.

Also  tea is very effective at improving cellular function and your body's immune system.
Tea Contains nutrients known as phytonutrients that are found in fruits and vegetables. Also its flavonoid content can help you in losing significant amount of belly fat.

To help you to lose weight while improving your overall health, it is recommended to have tea without any milk or sweetener added into it. The many different ways that tea can help you to lose weight are-

1.Adding tea drinking When you are working out/going to gym:
A study reveals that having 4-5 cups of green tea every day alongside a 25 minute workout for 12 weeks can help an individual lose 907 grams more weight than an individual who doesn't drink tea.
Another Brazilian study has highlighted the fact that individuals who take about 3 cups of green tea every day tend to experience fewer cell damage brought on by workouts. So, to accelerate your body's recovery rate following an intense workout, it is best to consume green tea.

2. Before heading out for dinner
Having a cup of green tea before going out for a dinner can significantly reduce your desire to eat. This is because EGCG, the active compound found in green tea, brings about a boost in the production of the cholecystokinin (CCK) hormone, which is responsible for suppressing hunger. The more this hormone gets released, the more your desire for food decreases.

3. Before going to bed
Tea is also known to contain compounds that can reduce your stress levels, induce sleep and subsequently cut down your body's ability to store fat. For this reason, making a habit of having tea before your bedtime will prevent you from experiencing sleep deprivation, which is a factor that contributes to weight gain.
Before going to sleep, consuming a cup of chamomile tea can help to calm your nerves and release stress.

4. After you wake up
Having green tea right after you wake up can help in weight loss, as this is the best time when your body is better at absorbing EGCG, the active ingredient in green tea that is responsible for fat burning.

5. Adding it to your salads as a dressing
Adding green tea to your salads can increase your chances of losing weight. A study found that when used in salads, green tea can reduce your appetite by 40%, thereby helping in losing weight.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months. .take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Dear Lybrate user, Squats 15 counts 3 sets thrice a day. More of warming up, cycling, floor exercises, regular walking for 50 mins, on the spot mock skipping n jogging. Will help you to keep yourself mobilised and a balanced nutrition is a must as its always 25% Exercise n 75% good diet.

Hello for regular bowel movements amount and fiber and water intake must be improved. Increase the intake of vegetables like cucumber, green leafy vegetables, fruits like watermelon etc. Increase intake of fluids through soups, buttermilk, water, tender coconut water. Do not take more of spices exercise regularly.
