You need to do ab crunches, unless pressure is exerted on belly nothing will happen. Skipping will also help you to loose excess of fat.

it may not be related to thyroid problem.Hypothyroidism causes weight gain, lethargy, coarse and dry skin, feeling sleepy, lethargic, etc. There may be cold intolerance. Get your thyroid function test done and consult doctor.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of triphala juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 5 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. It is good that you are doing regular exercise. It will increase your fitness but as you are experiencing, it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. With customised lifestyle modification approaches, people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Weight loss is a scientific & complex process and depends on many factors. I would suggest you to be very particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such whole pulses & whole cereals. Drink lots of water through out the day. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

If you loose weight and get back to tour normal bmi <25 then it will help in getting pregnant. More weight prevents you from getting pregnant. Your current bmi is 27.1. You should reduce weight further to 60 kg before you start planning for pregnancy.

I think it is because of stress in your mind or stressful life. Try to meditate and talk out to a concerned person if you are facing any problem. If you have not menopause do yet, or did recently, that can be the reason for this. Do not take it seriously if your health is normal.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Do regular exercise. Take plenty of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Take sound sleep.

Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..
