To reduce weight do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat,plank.Eat small amount food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat lots of watery fruits like watermelon,dab water,orange,cucumber and others.Eat watery vegetables like celery,spinach,cabbage,cauliflower.Eat more protein for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Lead an active life and stay stress free.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Yes bariatric surgery is for obesity a treatment. Regarding the cost - you need to check the same at your local hospital/nursing home. An approx 5-6 k $.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hi Vaibhav Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. u can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner

Hye, thanks for the query. Usually due to stress, work overload and consequent poor food intake can cause weight loss. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite. If still you observe weight loss get your thyroid and blood sugar levels tested.

For idle body weight and stamina you should eat balanced diet which comprise of all the nutrients according to your lifestyle and daily routine .Eat small and frequent meals . Have fruits atleast twice a day .Drink 10-12 glass of water per day . Also some physical work (simple walking) will help u in weight loss . By doing this you will gradually lose weight.

Hello lybrate-user. According to your height this weight is good but if you feel fatty in some part of your body then do some physical exercise to reduce fat. You can do yoga, skipping, swimming, push-ups etc. And just avoid fast foods and junk foods, sweets etc. To stay healthy.

hello dear, this is prblem with your body fat, u have to reduce your body fat. do legs workout atleast 2 times in a week. like squats with light weight, lunges etc. and do cycling and follow this diet for reuce body fat: after wakeup 1 glass warm water with little lemon and honey breakfast oats with milk, 3 white eggs, papaya , 6 almonds brunch salad , green tea lunch 1 chapati, green vegies, little curd before workout 1 apple , black coffee after workout 3 white eggs, sprouts, 1 apple,1 glass juice dinner 1 chapati, boiled daal, salad, boiled chicken breast, before sleep green tea things to remember no sugar no xtra salt no junk food drink plenty of water

Your bmi is 46. 6. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop diabetes and high bp also. You need bariatric surgery. For your recurrent headache problems, please do consult a neurologist. For any headache, best remedy is hydration of the body. Also, try using menthol crystals in any herbal concoction like mint, neem flower, sandalwood teas mixed with clear fruit juice like orange, pomegranate, pineapple, watermelon etc. Also try using peppermint leaves, lemon grass, honey and ginger teas on continuous basis, also do steam inhaling along with menthol. 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Hi your in a period of lactation where your feeding the baby .at dis tym your concern shud be babyz health .so duno wory abt the weight loss .it vl gradually come. D exclusive brestfeed fr atleast six month n go till 1. After dat you cn plan fr weight loss. Also get your thyroid profile checked afterwards. Do regular physical activity like walking ,yoga, running etc. Later you cn cut down on simple sugar like juices, sweets etc n fried foods, eat every two hrs dat too small portion

Tips to lose weight faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. 7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9.
