Hello, No it's not a problem per se. But loss of appetite may be due to multiple reasons. It can be gastric or hepatic or psychological also. If you want to increase your appetite then, you can take syp cyproheptatidine 5 ml twice daily.

Hi, You need to have a balanced diet with less of carbohydrates and fat intake. Increase your protein and fiber with foods like milk, paneer, eggs, chicken, pulses, soybean, chana, sprouts. Also have -3 servings of fruits, vegetables and salad in your daily diet. Don't skip breakfast and have a light and early dinner. You can visit any of our clinics too for further consultation and daily diet plans and lose 4-5 kg in a month.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Reduce the amount of roti to 1 breakfast, 2 lunch n 1 for dinner. 2 should go in for 2 -3 eggs in a day. Include more salads n fruits in diet. 12-15 glasses of water sprouts daily once.

The best way to lose weight is to eat natural foods which help in maintaining your waistline than processed foods which promise the same. Following is a list of 7 very basic natural foods which help you lose weight and also takes care of your health:

  1. Broccoli - Broccoli is one of the most effective foods which can help you lose weight. It contains several micronutrients and phytochemicals which aid in weight loss by breaking down fats. Hi, Your blood reports confirm that you are diabetic. Avoid intake of high carbohydrate diet, sweets, oil fried food, sugar in your diet. Walk 1 hour daily. Consult a good diabetologist for further treatment.

I go to the gym daily, past year had hepatitis a when I lost weight. Now I am perfectly fine. But I am getting blue veins on my palm and plan side of fingers. My pressure always stays on the lower side.in my entire body new veins have appeared. Even on my penis. Some times I get mild pinching pains on my leg joints, foot,hand which go in 1-2 mins.
