Hi. Thanks for the query. Understand that just having a drink after travel is not the answer. You need to have good meals and prior nutrition as well. Before travel having fruits or dry fruits is a good option. post travel fruits coconut water or fruit juice or sugarcane juice or amla juice will help. also take meals at regular intervals to avoid low energy.

4 Things You Need to Know Before Opting for a Detox Diet

Detoxification is a process which helps in cleansing toxins. The toxins which are ingested may give rise to health problems such as insomnia, body aches, fatigue, distraction, and depression. If the chemicals present in your system are unwanted and affecting your well-being then you can opt for cleansing the toxins from your body by following a detox diet. Here are 5 things you need to know before you embark on a detox diet:

1. Not all healthy foods help in detoxification - 
All foods that help in detoxification are healthy but the reverse is not true. You need to have sound knowledge about anabolic and catabolic food before you start the process of detoxification. Anabolic foods belong to the 'body builder' variant, rich in protein and fat. Chicken breasts, eggs, and fish though otherwise fine to eat should be avoided during detoxification. Catabolic foods help in breaking down toxins in your body. This includes vegetables, fruits, and other complex carbohydrates.

2. You may have a bit of sickening feeling initially - Some people experience sickness when they start a detox diet. Cravings for usual food, nausea and headache can distract you for a while. I am doing exercise for more than month now (3-4 days per week) but still I am not able to loose weight in fact it's the same as last month not even reducing in grams. I am taking low calories diet. Also I am feeling I am putting face fat and double is visible more what could be the reason for it.

Don't be stressed, what you are not getting is you are loosing fat which has no weight hence no change in weighing machine but if you continue you will loose carbohydrates storage which will change weighing scale in the last in process of starvation proteins are wasted but we don't want to go on that level sometime it is alternate also fat then carbohydrates then again fat what I would say just don't be bothered about calculate inches also from waist arm etc and continue your efforts.

Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex: What You Need To Know?

Epidermolysis bullosa simplex is a genetic disorder that results in the skin turning fragile and blister prone. Any small injury or friction created due to rubbing of the skin might lead to blister formation. In some cases, blisters may occur inside the mouth and on the cheeks. Normally, the cause of the disease is linked to defective genes.The condition is usually inherited and the symptoms start flaring in childhood. In some cases, the symptoms start during the early twenties.

The symptoms of this disease are:

  1. Deformities in the nails of the toes and fingers.
  2. Blisters in the internal organs such as esophagus and vocal chords.
  3. Formation of blisters on the skin of the feet and the hands.
  4. Hair loss and scarring of the scalp.
  5. Thickening of the skin on the palms and soles of the feet.
  6. Formation of white skin bumps on the skin.
  7. You may experience various dental problems such as tooth decay.
  8. You may have problems in swallowing food.

Epidermolysis bullosa can be classified into:

  1. Junctional Epidermolysis Bullosa: This is a severe form of epidermolysis bullosa that usually develops during birth. The condition is characterized by hoarse and unusual crying sounds and scarring in the vocal chords. The genes that attach the epidermis to the basement become defective and thus, cause blister formation.
  2. Kindler Syndrome: This type is characterized by blister formation across all layers of the skin, but its symptoms tend to disappear with time. This condition is known to cause discoloration of the skin when exposed to the sun.
  3. Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa: This is caused by a defect in the gene that causes problems in collagen formation. This results in complications as the skin doesn't join properly.

Risks

This disease may cause various complications such as sepsis, skin infection, anemia, constipation and dehydration. An infant, who has a severe form of epidermolysis bullosa, may not be able to survive due to widespread blistering and infections that may drain all the body fluids out drastically. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Hello weight reduction recquires continuous hard work n follow strict diet pattern as well as exercise 1. Avoid consuming extra carbohydrates: avoid taking maida, white bread, deep fried food. Most important is to avoid junk food 2. Control on fats: avoid takin processed cheese, fried food, stored n packaged food 3. Increase protein intake: this will help you in building muscle mass: paneer, milk, soybean, green leafy vegetable, egg white 4. Avoid late dinner: you should take dinner 4 hours before you go to bed 5. Hydration: drink atleast 15 glasses of water per day 6. Exercise: 30 minutes of brisk walk is recommended 7. You can opt for cardio exercise like treadmill n cycling to shed extra kgs

Ten Ways to Improve Your Diet 1. Eat 2 fruits every day. 2. Add fibre to your diet. For example oats, Rajma 3. Increase your vegetable intake. You should consume minimum 3 seasonal vegetables everyday 4. Stop eating when you are satisfied. Be aware of portion sizes. Eat a gap of 2 hours so that there is sustained release of energy. 5. Eat whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole grain cereals, Oats 6. Enjoy two sources of low-fat dairy products every day: milk, yogurt. 7. Use cold pressed vegetable oils. 8. Limit saturated fat. Read the labels. And remember that fatty meats or cheeses, butter, and whole milk products have large amounts of saturated fat. 9. Eat 6 meals every day. 10. Target 8-10 glasses of water everyday. The best way to judge the water intake is by the colour of the urine. The yellowish it gets that means you are dehydrated and need to take water. Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.

Weight can be reduced by a regular exercise (walking for an hour every day) and cutting down on sugar, carbohydrates, like cereals and potatoes and increase in salads and fruits.
