Take a appointment with psychiatrist and allow him to assess the severity of your discomfort. Followed by that take appointment from clinical psychologist learn some methods to conquer present symptoms. Dear lybrateuser, -do steaminhalation 2-3 times a day -take more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup -take tab levoceterizine, 5 mg, 1 tab in the evening -take syrup chericoff, 2 teaspoonful three times a day -to increase weight you have to have a balanced diet with more proteins& do regular exercises including weight lifting -in diet have eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, yogurt, milk, cheese, tofu, soyaproducts, beans, nuts-almond, walnut, take a portion of protein rich foods with each meal, also have snacks in between meals.

U just have phobia...might be due to some stress... Get ur heart health examined by ecg and tmt If they are normal then be assured nothing is going to happen Exercise daily and maintain active lifestyle

Except cold food and drinks no other food does have any direct relation with cold. Usually one should avoid taking cold food after coming from a very hot place. Or sitting near ac after coming from becoming heated. In short we should avoid any sudden change in temperature.

Avoid junk food and oily foods always drink water before the meal and after half hour not between the meal. Take light diet and more fruits in diet. Take a medium glass and fill it with hot water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this after waking up in the morning as a first thing. Eating raw tomatoes also helps in reducing the belly fat. Apple cider vinegar:- consume apple cider vinegar with your food. It will make your stomach fuller, thereby curbing your appetite. For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and don't take heavy meals. Firstly try to improve your digestion process if you are taking normal diet and you are facing the problem then you should go for liver function test. In diet include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Go for weight gain exercise.

Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

I am from Odisha. I have been suffering in diabetes since 7 month. At first my FBS was 240 and PPBS was 254. HbA1c was 9. Then I am continuing my medicine Zoryl M 0.5 (half dose per day)(composition- glimpride 0.5 mg and metformin hydrochloride IP extended release form -500 mg), Carbophage XR 500 (composition- metformin hydrochloride extended release IP 500 mg), crevast 10, Voltaneuron dn. Now my FBS is 136, PPBS is 196. HbA1c is 7. BP is normal, height is 177 cm, weight is 78 kg. I am a 25 years old male. I am staying in hostel and continuing my study at Navi Mumbai. So as I am in hostel, there are hostel can notene food, no facility of self cooking. So I need a perfect diet for lifestyle. Also want to do gym. Hence I need proper nutritions. Please help me sir. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. First and foremost is to achieve a strict blood glucose control with FBG <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. When that is achieved, with proper diet and exercise you can build a good physique, plus remain quite fit. That will help in postponing the long term complications of diabetes or prevent them. As regards the diet chart or diet required has to be based on your weigh (ideal weight), present dietary habits and the need for either weight reduction or blood glucose control. Hence I need to know all the details before I can decide on a diet chart for you. It is better if you come in a private conversation with all the above details, then I will be able to give every requirement in detail. Thanks.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
