Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. You require: apple cider vinegar, distilled water how to use: to 1 part vinegar, add 3 parts water and mix thoroughly. Dip a cotton swab into it and apply it on pimples. Leave on for at 10? 20 minutes. Reapply several times in a day for best results. Papaya: papaya is a rich source of vitamin a and protein (papain). Helps in exfoliating dead skin cells and treats irritated dry skin. Reduces premature ageing and gives a glowy look. You require: papaya how to use: peel outer skin of papaya and mash into thick paste. For a dry skin add milk or honey (optional). Apply this mask evenly all over your face. Wait for 30 minutes and rinse off completely with water. Pat dry your face and apply a good moisturizer. Oranges: if you have any doubt whether oranges help in treating acne, then don? t worry the answer is a definite yes. Its astringent properties attributes to acne treatment. As an excellent source of vitamin c, oranges are actually good in whitening and refreshing your skin. You require: oranges, rose water how to use: peel off outer skin of oranges. Dry them and grind into fine powder. Add rose water to make a paste. Apply it on blemishes and wash off after 20 minutes. Lemon juice: to heal scars and acne spots, lemon is the best remedy. When used topically or taken internally, lemon does wonders. Lemon is a good source of vitamin c, helps to remove dead skin cells. You require: potato, blender, warm water how to use: all you have to do is take one potato, peel off outer skin completely and make slices. You can even mash it using blender or juicer. Apply it on pimples forming a thin layer. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water. Mint: mint leaves contain menthol which acts as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent. You require: mint leaves, lemon juice how to use: take 2 cups of mint (peppermint) fresh leaves and grind them into fine paste. You can add few drops of lemon juice to it. Using a cotton swab, apply on pimples. After 30 minutes rinse off with cold water. Do not rub, gently pat with dry towel. Green tea: green tea is rich in epigallocatechin-3-gallate, an antioxidant. Research studies have revealed that epigallocatechin-3-gallate reduces sebum production, inflammation, and infection thus relieving from acne symptoms. You require: green tea leaves how to use: extract green tea from green tea leaves. Wash your face twice a day with green tea and dab with soft towel. It leaves you refreshing and relaxed. You can even daily intake one cup of green tea. Aloe: aloe has many medicinal unseen benefits. It soothes your skin and nourishes giving a vibrant look. You require: aloe, blender how to use: to attain a beautiful and glowing skin start using aloe as your routine. Extract gel from 2? 3 aloe fresh leaves or buy it from a health store. Apply to face and wash off after 20? 30 minutes. Repeat same procedure thrice in a week to get desired results. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate): sodium bicarbonate neutralizes skin ph. Best skincare regimen which helps to remove dead and dying skin cells. Can be used regularly until you get desired results. In fact it got less or no side effects. You require: baking soda, water how to use: clean your face to remove dirt. Mix equal proportions of baking soda and water to form toothpaste like consistency. According to ayurveda. When pitta (hit property) of the body increase it creates all types of hair problem. For that. Eat more and more green leafy vegetables which is easy to digest as well as they contain vitamins, minerals etc which is good for hair. Don't eat fast food, junk food, heavy food which is heavy to digest. Drink more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Get up early in the morning. Take enough sleep. Take regular 1 glass of cows milk two times in a day. Have a juice of carrots. Regular yoga / pranayam can sure help you. Avoid chemical base hair oil and shampoo. For more details consult me.

Fever with body pain and joint pain are few symptoms of dengue and to be confirmed by a blood test and See to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than seven days because these are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes

Open Heart Surgery - What Should You Expect?

One of the crucial types of surgery is the heart surgery, which is commonly known as the bypass. It is a type of surgery in which the chest is cut, and surgery is done on valves, muscles, and heart arteries. As per the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, it is one of the most common types of surgeries, which is performed on adults. During this surgery, the prime focus is to remove the blockage from the heart so that fresh blood can easily flow into the heart. No doubt that this process is critical, but it is easily true that after the surgery you have to take extra care of yourself.

Talking of which, here are certain things that you can expect after the surgery.

  1. Moved To ICU: The moment, the surgery is done, you will be moved to the Intensive Care Unit where the person’s health conditions will be monitored, vital signs will be checked, and medical professional will frequently visit to make sure that the patient is just doing fine. Once the surgery is over, you may not wake up quickly, but you will continue to breathe through the breathing tube. About food, of course, you will not be allowed to take solid food, but there is an intravenous (IV) needle will be put in a blood vessel in your chest and arm from which you will be given fluids. 
  2. Recovery At Home: Once you are given the discharge, your focus should be to get recovered quickly. Recovery at home entirely depends on the heart problem for which the surgery was done. Of course, the doctor will give you necessary instructions with regards to healing incision, dealing with after effect is and understanding the signs of complications. Follow up the medicines and attend the appointments as advised to keep track of your health condition. You may face some after effects such as appetite loss, constipation and sleeping problem. If there is any complication, make sure you speak with a doctor about the same immediately.
  3. Ongoing Care Is Important Too: Once the surgery is over, as said, you will have to go for frequent checkup with your doctor. During these visits, your doctor will tell you to get blood, stress test and electrocardiogram done, which will assess the working condition of the heart. You might also be given few blood-thinning medicine and bring certain changes in lifestyle and medicine.

There are certain phases of recovery which will take time eventually. The first phase is the lengthy one that can last for around 6-8 weeks. Once you get a discharge from the hospital, you will be given instructions that you must follow with good care. This will pace up the healing process and make the process better.

You are not too overweight. 70 kgs is not too much. So do not worry too much. The best solution is to workout. 45 minutes of brisk walking or yoga or gym everyday will take care of the weight issues. Avoid junk food, deep fried food, red meat and fatty food like cheese, butter, mayonnaise etc.

Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Most of the moisturizers that you are using today include the butter milk. The butter milk without any chemicals will be an important remedy for removing dark spots entirely from the skin layer. Even if you have blemishes, the butter milk combined with lemon juice will work in a wonderful way. You need to make a paste with 4 tablespoon of butter milk in a container and two tablespoon of tomato juice in it. Mix it well and apply over your skin where you have dark spots. You need to wash it after 15 minutes time. This can ideally remove dark spots from your face without any side effects.

See main reason of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & causes hair fall, thinning of hairs, for control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection basically. So if you want cure. Consult private.

Hello, if a person with hypothyroidism wants to reduce weight, it is essential to first control tsh levels. Unless tsh levels are brought down between 3 to 4 milli units, no effort to reduce will benefit.

Reverse Crunches This is another exercise that will help you to easily get rid of stomach fat. •Lie with your back on a mat. Raise your knees with the feet planted on the ground. •Keep both the hands on either side of your body. •Push your feet in such a way that your thighs are perpendicular to the ground and your feet are off the ground. •Now lift your back such that your knees bend towards your chest. •Inhale when you plant your feet on the ground and exhale when you lift your back and move your knees towards the chest. •Repeat this for 10 times and for two more sets.

Treatment of irregular periods depends on the cause and your desire to have children in the future. Irregular periods can be caused by many different things.
