Hi everyone. Myself Deepak Sharma. I am skin specialist and cosmetic laser surgeon. I have experience for over 15 years in this field. Today, we will talk about Acne. It is commonly known as pimples.
Ye jo pimples hote hai inka ek particular distribution hota hai. Usually face pe, upper chest, upper back, upper shoulder. These are the common places where they are found. Usually kisi bhi age mein ho sakta hai. Young age mein bhi ho sakta hai aur adult age mein bhi ho sakta hai. Usually found in young age. jo adolescent age hota hai usme growth spurts hota hai uske wajah se ye kaafi dekhne ko milta hai. But adult mein bhi ho sakta hai because of hormonal imbalance. Aur iske grades hote hai 1-4. 1 grade mein hum inhe blackhead, whitehead and comedones kehte hai. Aur grade 4 mein nodules or cyst ban jaate hai, moti moti gaathiya ban jati hai. Toh grade 4 kehlata hai. Iska hone ka kaaran usually hormone disturbance hota hai.
Younge age mein growth spurts ke wajah se aur adult age mein high level of testosterone ya fir ye bhi hota hai ke aapne koi steroid ka cream aapne apne chehre pe lagaya hai ya khane mein steroids ka zada use kiya hai. Kuch foods bhi hote hai jinhe high glycemic foods kehte hai. Jisme meetha zada hota hai uske wajah se bhi pimples hote hai. Jo pimples wali gland hoti hai jisse sebaceous gland kehte hai wo zada active ho jati hai, unka size bada hone ke wajah se jo unki ducts hoti hai unke block hone ke wajah se humko pimples hoti hai. Aur jo protein hoti hai jisse hum way protein kehte hai ye commonly hume diary milk hote hai jo dairy items hote hai usme protein hone ke wajah se ye zada active ho jati hai. Aur uske zada active hone ke wajah se ye protein responsible hoti hai acne karne ke liye. Stress bhi isme responsible hai somehow because jo stress hormone hai wo release ho jata hai aur jiski wajah se glands zada release ho jata hai. Isse bachne ke liye hum chahiye ke hum zada meethe cheezein na le, usko squeeze na kare, sote huye bhi straight posture rakhe, side pose na rakhe.
Aur uske baad bhi thik nahi ho paate hai toh hume apne dermatologist se consult karna chahiye. Iska jo treatment hota hai wo kareeban 3-4 months hota hai jisme kuch medicines di jaati hai jaise klindamicin, benzoic acid, retinoic acid. Iska jo main treatment hota hai wo oral isotretenoin hota hai jo 3-4 months hota hai. Uska proper use karne ke baad uska recurrence kaafi kam ho jata hai. Apart from this agar aap ye nahi karte hai toh ye acne scar ya pigmentation create kar dete hai jinke further treatement ke liye chemical peeling, salicylic acid, lactic acid, there are few peels that we can use. Apart from this, scar hone ke baad hum inka treatment laser se bhi kar sakte hai. Home remedies ke liye acne se bachne ke liye hum uspe neem ka paste, turmeric ka paste ya fir hum usko wash kar sakte hai lukewarm water se in few drops of vinegar into that ya hum papaya mask laga sakte hai. Aur complication as I said ke hume bachna chahiye taaki face pe scar ya pigmentation na ho.
