I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I am in a very depressed state. I am a married women of age 25 and husband is also the same age as me. We have been married for 4 yrs. Ours is a love marriage but our love faded away very soon and I am facing a whole lot of problem from then. We have lots of misunderstanding between us. Each time he fights and goes away for weeks without an word. He would not even answer my calls. Its one sided always I have to be the one who takes efforts to console him make him talk and adjust the situation and go. He does not spend any time with me, is not interested in sex too. I have expressed my feeling to him many times but it seems like he does not care always taking me for granted. I couldn't leave my husband no matter how abusive he is. I love him so much but want to break out of this situation. Please help me to stay strong.

Hi Lybrate user frist of all I must say that this type of situation is very crucial for any person. Being a holistic Ayurveda physician I can suggest you some thing new to do for resolving this issue, these advice is based on holistic and spiritual, behaviour science which may be difficult to understand but works very instantly and these steps are very simple. 1-Acceptance :frist you have to accept your current suffering and the the person by which you are suffering. By doing this you can able to control your reaction effectively and you can able to focus on yourself. 2-take responsibility :take total responsibility of your suffering that you are responsible for this only. Here the basis is spiritual karmic connection. Past life issues. Whether it seem that you are right and why second one is behaving so badly to you. 3-Read your thoughts and reactions going on in your mind for concern person :if your mind is full of anger, resentment, negative thoughts then stop these things by activating believe system that what ever is going in your mind may manifested in reality so why I think negative and have bad emotions. Here basis is that our mind is creator, things comes to frist in our mind and then it manifests in reality. 4- forgiveness: If you believer that you are responsible for this issue then you can understand why I have to forgive him for what suffering he has given to you. Again basis is spiriittual past life, in which you may have given pain, non acceptance to that person so you both are here to resolve this issue but scenario is reverse. So if you forgive him then the issue is resolved. Proof for resolution is if the face of that person comes in your mind and you are not feeling any negative thoughts and emotions except love then this is the proof the issue is resolved. 5-create what you want :every time think what type of love, Releation, and behaviour you want from him and visualize it with real feelings in present moment with believe that it will happen to me. 6-Action is not important but corresponding reaction is important :after reading this next time what you face control yourself to react. 7-You are not alone God is always with you always pray for yourself and your family and tell Him (god) I have learned a lesson and I want to change this situation as you want visualize in your prayers that it is happening in your life. 8-Always do your duty, be stand in love and care support with him whether he is suffering with his own fault. कपूर के फायदे - Kapoor Ke Fayde in Hindi

कैम्फ़ॅ को  सिनामोमम कैम्फोरा  पेड़  से  निकाला  जाता  है  जो  कि  मुख्य  रूप  से  वियतनाम,  चीन  और  जापान  में  उगाया  जाता  है। यह भारत में कपूर के रूप में भी जाना जाता है और मुख्य रूप से पूजा के प्रयोजन के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. यह ऊनी कपड़े में भी रखा जाता है ताकि कपड़े की कीट को दूर रखा जा सके। कपूर आदर्श रूप से अपने चिकित्सीय गुणों के लिए जाना जाता है और सदियों से उपयोग किया गया है। 
कपूर के तेल के विभिन्न घटक पिनने, कैम्पेन, बी-पिनन, सबिनें, फेललैंडीन, लिमोनिन, 1,8-सिनेलाइन, वाई-टेरपिनीन, पी-सिंबेन, टेरपीनोलिन, फुरफ्यूरल, कैम्फोर, लिनलुल, बोर्निल एसीटेट, टेरपीनन -4-ओल, कैरियोफिलीन, बोर्नियोल, पीपरियोथोन , गेरानिनोल, सफेल, सिनामाल्डिहाइड, मिथाइल सिन्नमेट, यूगेनॉल हैं। 
कपूर के लाभ
1. त्वचा  पर खुजली  और  जलन  के  लिए: 
शांत  और सुगंधित  कपूर  का  उपयोग  त्वचा  की  खुजली  और  जलन  को  कम  करने  के  लिए  किया  जा  सकता  है। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर लगाने से, कपूर में मिश्रित तंत्रिका अंत को सक्रिय करता है, और यह एक सुखदायक सनसनी पैदा करता है। कपूर का उपयोग मामूली जलने के इलाज के रूप में भी किया जा सकता है और जले  के निशान को हटाने के लिए नियोजित किया जा सकता है।
2. मुँहासे का इलाज: यह  यौगिक  मुँहासे  के  लिए  एक  उत्कृष्ट  उपाय  माना  जाता  है  क्योंकि  यह  लाली  और  जलन  को  कम  करता  है।
3. नाखूनों में कवक का इलाज: कपूर  का  पेस्ट  का  उपयोग  करके  अपने  नाखूनों  में  कवक  की  वृद्धि  को  कम  कर  सकते  हैं। नाखून कवक जिद्दी हो सकती है और पुनरावृत्ति की प्रवृत्ति है। यह कवक की वापसी की संभावना भी कम करता है।
4. फटी एड़ियां ठीक करने के लिये: फटी एड़ियों से  राहत  के  लिए,  आपको  अपने  पैरों  को  कपूर  और  पानी  के  घोल में  भिगोना   चाहिए  और  फिर  पैरों  को  साफ़  करना  चाहिए। इसके बाद, आप उन पर क्रीम, मॉइस्चराइज़र या पेट्रोलियम जेली लागू कर सकते हैं। यह आपकी त्वचा को नम बनाए रखेगी और दरारें होने से रोकेंगी।
5. स्वस्थ, मजबूत और सुंदर बालों के लिए: कपूर  का  तेल  बाल की  जड़ों  को  फिर  से  सशक्त  कर  सकता  है। कपूर के तेल अंडे या दही के साथ बालों को बहुत आवश्यक पोषक तत्वों की आपूर्ति कर सकता है। जब कपूर के तेल को लैवेंडर और कैमोमाइल जैसे आवश्यक तेलों के साथ जोड़ा जाता है, तो यह बाल विकास को बढ़ावा दे सकता है। कपूर के तेल  का  आवधिक  उपयोग   बालों  की  बनावट  को  नरम  बनाने  और  बालों  के  झड़ने  से  लड़ने  में  सुधार  कर  सकता  है। 
6. गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए: गर्भवती के पेट पर हल्के ढंग से मलाई करने से दर्द कम हो जाता है और मांसपेशियों की ऐंठन से मुक्ति मिल जाती है।
7. विंसकुलन के लिए: कपूर  के तेल की शक्ति और सुस्त सुगंध एक अच्छा डिकॉन्गेंस्टेंट हो सकता है। यह तुरंत नाक और फेफड़ों के जमाव को कम कर सकता है।
8. तंत्रिकाशूलरोधी: न्यूरलिया एक गंभीर दर्दनाक स्थिति है जिसमें आसपास के रक्त वाहिकाओं के सूजन के कारण नौवीं कपाल तंत्रिका पर प्रभाव पड़ता है। कपूर  के तेल से इसका भी इलाज किया जा सकता है। यह तेल रक्त वाहिकाओं के संकुचन का कारण बन सकता है, जिससे नौवीं कपाल तंत्रिका पर दबाव कम हो सकता है।
9. एक कामोद्दीपक के रूप में: कपूर  के तेल का सेवन, मस्तिष्क के उन भागों को उत्तेजित करके कामेच्छा को बढ़ाता है जो यौन इच्छाओं और आग्रह के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। यह एक शक्तिशाली उत्तेजक है, इसलिए बाहरी रूप से लागू होने पर, यह प्रभावित भागों में रक्त परिसंचरण बढ़ाकर सीधा होने की समस्या का इलाज करने में मदद करता है।
10. एक शामक के रूप में: कपूर का तेल शरीर और मन को आराम देने में मदद कर सकता है। नहाने के पानी के साथ मिश्रित होने पर यह एक कायाकल्प प्रभाव प्रदान करता है।

Following an improper diet and sedentary lifestyle, working for long periods in direct sunlight, doing excessive physical work, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, tea, and coffee, indulgence in heavy, oily, sweet, and indigestible foods and reduced intake of fresh vegetables, salt, and alkaline-producing foods, drinking too little water, diet high in meat, fish, and poultry and suppressing the urge to pass stools and urine can cause urinary stones. Nausea, Vomiting, Acute pain in the flanks radiating towards urethra are a few symptoms during pain. Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG....

I doing yoga every day from last 2 weeks and lost 2. 5kgs but want to reduce more. My schedule is:@ 6: 30 am - warm water with lemon and cinnamon. Then,@ 7: 45 - 8: 30 am yoga, till 9: 30 am breakfast, 10: 40 - 11: 00 am some cucumber or green tea, 2: 30 pm lunch,@ 4: 30 pm green tea with snacks at night around 8: 30 - 9: 30 pm dinner. I have hypothyroid, height is 152 cm and weight 76 kgs. Is there anything else I need to do to reduce my weight upto 25 kgs. Please suggest

You are over weight by 24-26 kg. I must congratulate you for following a very healthy diet pattern & doing exercise as well. Continue doing good job. Your diet needs more refinement & timings also needs to be corrected. What meals you take in lunch & dinner.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.
