Hi 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Back pain is a terminology given to the pain that occurs in the lower back, middle back, upper back and lower back pain with sciatica. This pain may be classified based on the duration of occurrence as acute (where the pain lasts for less than 6 weeks), Sub-Chronic (pain lasting for 6-12 weeks) or Chronic (lasting for more than 12 weeks). Precautions avoid weight lifting avoid jerky mov avoid continous bending maintaun rect posture while doing work - there could any factor of back pain in your case. Kindly take cate these precautions. - to get releif apply hit fermentation daily 2- 3 times per day for 10 days followed by simple exercises undersupervision of physiotherapist only. - check for vitd, b12, uric acid levels in body for proper diagnosis of pain.

You should do langhan says ayurved. It means you should not take any thing including water. Then if you do not feel nausea then start taking very little quantity of water. See if you do not vomit. If vomiting is persistent then better to get hospitalised to maintain fluid and electrolyte balance. If you do not vomit take very light food like rice water with rock salt. See whether loose motion is checked. If not consult a doctor.

I am getting yellow urine from last 10 months, also I get yellow sperm. Also I feel burn sometime while urinating. I consulted many doctors, they asked me to do kidney stone USG test, liver function test and urine culture test. All reports were normal and they said it's normal. Urine and sperm both are yellow inspite of drinking plenty of water. Is it some symptoms of prostate infection? Please help with this. Please suggest some test and medication.

Dear, Nothing to worry about as the tests are normal .Take following Chandra prabha vati 2tabs Vrukka dosha hara vati 2tabs Morning and evening with Vrukka dosha hara quatha Above are available Pathanjali stores. How to prepare quath. Take 400 ml water add 5to 10 gms of Vrukka dosha hara quatha rough powder Boil till it becomes 100 ml. Then strain. 50 ml morning and 50 ml evening along with above tabs. Use minimum for 2 to 3 months. You will be free from all your problems by the grace of God.

I do practice of running to join INDIAN ARMY, I do practice daily 4 to 5 kms bt I need timing for 1600mtr tht is 5.20 min bt I reach 1600 in 6.24 min, how do I increase my stamina to reach my goal? Tell me I want to be in ARMY, Chewing tobacco affects on strength stamina?

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

How Not to Let Negative Behavior People Rule Out Your Peace of Mind!

There is no dearth of people out there who operate with other people with negative and bad behaviour. You may find them within your family, neighbour, workplace, associates and friends too. When you have to deal with the negative behaviour of the people every day or you when you cannot avoid them, then they will possibly make your life miserable. Today Psychologist & Relationship Counsellor Shivani Misri Sadhoo shares some important tips to deal with people's unpleasant behaviour effectively.

Psychologist Sadhoo shares that when someone exhibits destructive, mean or otherwise non-caring behaviour, they are usually acting out from something going on with them, not with you. They may say it is about you – “Oh, you make me SO mad!” – but the reality is that people who manifest these negative behaviours are showing an outward display of inward pain or hurt.

It is true that it is not easy to remember that the other person is in pain when he/she is yelling at you, trying to undermine you, being unnecessarily nasty, and/or ignoring you. However, if you don’t recognise that they are in pain, you will be at the biggest loss, their pain actually becomes your pain, you will keep thinking as to how to deal with them next time, you will think about saying just the right thing to knock them off.

In other words, your mind and your attention will be drawn to the person’s negative behaviour. The problem here is that the other person behaiour doesn’t change. Your attempts to say “just the right thing” won’t shift their unhappiness within themselves (unless you are a trained therapist). So the cycle continues. They act badly, you react and feel bad, and nothing changes.

Next time you encounter someone’s bad behaviour, realise that you can own your reactions and actions, and can actually shift the dynamic and lessen the sting inflicted by the negative person. It takes work and it isn’t easy, but if you are game, try these five steps next time you encounter the difficult ones:

1. Seek to understand.  When you first time experience a bad behaviour, instead of wasting your mental energy on pain , anger and emotions, ask yourself: “Is there something else at work here?” You typically react to the bad behaviour; instead, simply pause to ask what’s underneath the bad behaviour. Some negative actions require compassion, which mostly are loathed to give when they have been injured somehow.

2. Do Analysis. Instead of just reacting and then trying to find a pal with whom you can share what has happened and tell all the bad words about the person’s bad behaviour, take a moment to act like a detective and analyse the situation with facts and data: “My boss always yells, he seems to like to yell about everything, perhaps that’s what he thinks is the desired way of talking to juniors and delegate or assign work. I am not here to change him nor I have the time to do so, so let me just finish my work instead of focusing on the behaviour.

3.  Identify the impact. If your sister in law is just an unhappy and a rude person, but it doesn’t really affect anything in your life? If someone is negative toward you, and it doesn’t really impact you, just let it go. Let her stay happy in her world and you in yours.– just walk away, and get on with your day.

4.  Giving up the desire to win:  Yes, this one is extremely difficult, especially in personal relationships when you know you are “right”. Fighting to win doesn’t actually benefit anyone. It just leaves negative feelings in its wake and makes things worst for the future. So the intelligence is not in repeatedly trying to prove your point and wasting your time and energy, just learn to walk away.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

You may used some salycylic acid based face cleansers. Its available as over the counter product. This may help to decrease oil production.

She can not be pregnant if she had her periods after that and provided she did not have another intercourse after that. My suggestion is to always use protection during intercourse, not just to avoid pregnancy but also to prevent transmission of sexually transmitted diseases.

I think your looks are inherited from eitheer of your parents.If that i the case then we cant help it but we see other way around also even then we cant help it as your fluffy face can only reduce by controlling your weight but a your weight is also normal according to you ,so the only way out i that you hould join a Gym for body building exercises. along with intak of proteins.In this way your excess fat on face will reduce without overall reduction of your weight.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Dear Akshay, You need psychiatric help. Please consult for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Mostly depression occurs along with insomnia and anxiety. Panic attacks comes and goes like a passing cloud. Diurnal variation is one of the feature of a depressive disorder. That is why you are normal in the evenings.
