You can maintain it by 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. I am feeling lazy almost every alternate days. What should I do to be happy and active every day ?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

everyone doesn't have pearl white teeth. your teeth color matches your skin colour. you can go for scaling and polishing followed by bleaching for more whiter teeth. stop using lemon juice on teeth. In long term, it will erode the enamel surface, making the tooth sensitive.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. . >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. . Hye, Thanks for the query. Weakness is usually due to poor nutrition coupled with stress, work overload and maybe an illness. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Hello, take anacardium 30, 5 drops once daily for 10 days. Bacopa monnn. Q, 10 drops with water twice daily. Do meditation for half an hour in the morning daily. Revert me after 10 days.

Hye, thanks for the query. Just eating so many bananas and a protein powder cannot help muscle growth. Remember it's all about eating the right food at the right time that is crucial. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Do daily walking that will to some extent reduce your problem. Check for medical reasons{low hemoglobin, Thyroid ,} third if you are unhappy or bearing too much stress it will cause similar trouble.

Poor and unhealthy eating habits can chip away at your best efforts to stay fit. It is a misconception that eating before a workout is not possible. Conversely, having the apt food before a workout can provide the necessary fuel and energy to make your workout through the last set of squats or the last few minutes on the treadmill.

Well, every individual has a different body type, there are certain foods that can help you stay strong even during the toughest workouts. While people believe that the best food for energy is protein, carbohydrates are actually the best fuel for the body – especially when you are doing strength training.

Reasons to eat before a workout
A pre workout meal usually falls within 3 hours of the workout. Eating right foods in the correct quantities can provide you nutrients with numerous benefits. These benefits include:

  • Higher energy level: Fueling up your glycogen stores prior to a workout is actually like filling your body’s energy tank. This further gives a significant boost to your energy levels. Having a diet low in carbohydrates can make it difficult for you to handle intense workouts for glycogen levels being low. Now, before we get into specific details, let me tell you that it is not necessary for the meal to be fully digested for an energy filled workout.

The key factors to revolve around to decide about what to eat have before a workout include:

  • Carbohydrates: The low glycemic carbs release slowly into the bloodstream, thus filling up the glycogen stores to provide a power filled workout session of an hour or so. Besides, these also create a higher anabolic effect.
  • Protein: Low fat dairy source or a moderate quantity of meat helps to increase the rate of protein synthesis. This further reduces the protein breakdown not only through the workout, but also after the workout.
  • Dietary fiber: Dietary fiber, pre workout meal

As is known, fats take a longer time to digest. It is important for your pre-workout meal to contain low fat content. Therefore, make sure to keep away from oils and fatty meats. Go for low-fat sources of protein and fiber, like egg white, yogurt, and maca.

Going for a quarter cup is a good idea.
  • Maca: Maca root is a natural supplement known to increase stamina andprovide continuous energy. It also provides other health benefits like detoxification and contains high antioxidant properties. It can be added as a supplement to yogurt and smoothies.
  • Egg white: The fat contained in egg yolks is digested gradually. This can cause bloating and make you feel sluggish during the workout. Therefore, egg whites are a better option to go for.
  • Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt is packed with proteins. Moreover, the level is double than what is contained by plain yogurt while the sugar count is simply half the content of plain yogurt. If you are not allergic to lactose, greek yogurt can provide a good energy boost to your body.
  • Advisory tip: Remember, starving will never help you with weight loss. It will only shut down the body to release fats. First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection wth its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback.
