Endura Mass is claimed to increase the muscularity thus increasing weight, High Protein diet n plenty of dairy products r also helpful in increasing weight n muscularity. Fast increase in weight is never advisable so you r warned not to b so hurried in gaining weight so fast. Let it be increased in gradual manner.

Healthy balanced diet along with healthy life style and proper rest are the keys of good health. Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of any thing healthy in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Quit smoking or drinking if any Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

Hello Akash, you need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast , add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches , milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs,juices , etc. Weight gainer will not sustain your weight permanently and you will lose weight again once you stop taking supplements.

Eating foods that are rich in calories like cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. U can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, pumpkins to your diet. You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Take soups to increase your appetite. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Donot cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. So that the protein powder can be replaced by natural protein do some exercises, be hydrated, take proper sleep. I hope the above things will help you. For more queries contact us.

You need not to take medicines to be healthy and strong. This can be done simply following proper daily routine ways to be healthy and strong are- 1. Get Your Checkups- Get to your doctor for your annual physical just to make sure everything is as it should be. Get examinations done regularly even if you are healthy, so that if and when something is abnormal, you know about it and can take action, in conjunction with your doctor. 2. Sleep- Sleep affects our physical and mental health tremendously, and many of us do not get enough. Lack of sleep adversely affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system and cardiovascular health. Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate itself in a way it simply cannot when a person is awake. 3. Exercise- Even if you just get out for a walk a few times a week, exercise is important for being fit and healthy. Cardiovascular exercise helps to strengthen the heart and lungs, strength training helps to strengthen the muscles and stretching helps to reduce the risk of injury by increasing flexibility. Exercise also improves circulation and body awareness, and regular exercise can help combat depression. 4. Eat Healthfully- Get as many fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet as possible and make them the main part of your overall diet. Include lean sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu and beans. Eat balanced meals and do not overeat. Stop eating before you become completely full and give yourself a chance to digest your food. Snack on whole foods such as fruit, vegetables and nuts. Avoid highly processed foods that contain artificial sweeteners or colors, hidden sugars or excessive fat. 5. Eat Breakfast Each Day- A healthy breakfast starts your day off right. It sets you up so that you have energy and fuel for optimal mental and physical performance. Eating breakfast helps to maintain stable blood sugar levels and a healthy weight because you are less likely to overindulge later in the day. 6. Drink Water- Our bodies are made mostly of water. Most fluids and foods contain water that will help to keep our bodies hydrated, but fresh, clean, plain water is still the best and healthiest beverage for maintaining a healthy body. It is the most natural cleanser for our organs and digestive system. Being hydrated is crucial for the brain as well as for helping to flush toxins out through the skin (perspiration) and urine. 7. Reduce Stress- Stress can cause a myriad of problems, from heart trouble to digestive problems. This should not come as a surprise. What many people do not know is what to do about it, how to manage their stress. Exercise, meditation, doing what you love, appropriate boundaries, spirituality, being in nature, and enjoyable hobbies all help alleviate the harmful effects of stress on the body. Don't overwork. Take breaks (vacations, mini-vacations, days off) and surround yourself with people who support you 8. Express Yourself- Keeping emotions bottled up inside can cause mental and emotional stress as well as physical symptoms. Unexpressed feelings can lead to depression, sleep problems, eating disorders, and even physical pain. Learn to talk about your feelings, or express them through some sort of art. Even writing thoughts and feelings down is a good way to express things you find hard to say. 9. Consistency and Moderation- In order to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle, it's important to have some sort of consistency when looking at the big picture result. Make changes one at a time, and don't make too many changes at once or you will risk relapsing into old habits. Making these choices a part of your daily life will help you to reach your health goals. Avoid extremes in any capacity. Exercise moderation when it comes to fitness, food and fun. Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Butter And Honey Mix one tablespoon of butter in one teaspoon of sugar in a bowl. Mix them well to make a paste until the sugar dissolves. Apply on your face generously with gentle massaging. The butter should get absorbed in your face. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash off. Apple Grind an apple and directly apply it on your face in circular motions using your finger tips. Hello Sir, As a nutritionist I would recommend you to avoid junk food, include good appetizers between two meals, introduce Small and Frequent meals ,take high calorie food and lastly and most importantly avoid thinking too much about weight gain because even if you eat well it will not work until you are stress free.
