How can I reduce fats of my stomach within a month without using any medicines?
1. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

-eat sugar free chewing gum, it is good to shape jaws. -do the following exercises: 1. Pout and move your mouth portion left to right ten times and repeat it 10-12 times. 2. Wide open your eyes, mouth, teeth, raise your eyebrows and stretch the whole face like this, five times for 10 seconds each.

Hye, thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green tea don't help weight loss. They help flush out your system and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. This will aid in your efforts that you are trying to follow to lose weight. So, try to go for real organic green tea. You can make herbal teas at home as well, by using lemon grass, mint, ginger, chamomile, jasmine etc. Most green teas available in tea bags don't benefit as well.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. You can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice

Protein shakes are absolutely safe if they are natural. How can you loose fat by consuming something? it is just in order to give you more energy so that you do not need to eat that much for energy. Protein shakes are just healthy replacements for food. Work out and more protein help you build metabolism, loose weight without getting weak. Proteinex is better than any fancy protein shakes. To loose weight, your calorie intake and calorie burning has to be balanced, that is how gym helps to loose weight, it is not possible without eating right.

Hi lybrate-user few tips to get you started on your weight loss journey: have filling breakfast which consists of cereal (complex carbohydrate), a protein source (egg/ beans/ milk and milk product) and vitamin and mineral source (fruit/ vegetables). Have in between snacking of fruits and nuts. Have plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have good fats e. G. Almonds/ walnuts/ flax seeds/ avocado/ pumpkin seeds/ coconut etc. Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories (soft drinks). Avoid bakery products. Eat variety in terms of cereal, pulses, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Include any form of physical activity for 45 mins per day.

Hi, cut years meal by 20 %. Avoid, ghee, butter, sweets and junk food. Tk oats in d breakfast. Take green tea, twice a day. Go for aerobic excercise, go for a walk in the morning for an hr, tk, fruits, green leafy veg. Take luke warm water in the morng. Homoeo care: calcarea carb 30, --5 drps, thrice a day fucus vasq--20 drps with 1/4 cup of luke warm water just before 1/2 an hr of each meal. Report after a month. Tk care,

Hi, First, be regular in exercising! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hello do not worry you just need to focus a bit on your diet and some workout is required for 20-25 min atleast 5 days a week have 3 main meals and 2 side light meals like roasted makhane include green tea, cinnamon, buttermilk, fruits, sprouts and vegetables take chamomile tea before going to bed thank you.

The best is to go on a NO cereal, No sugar, No fatty food diet and eat only fruits and vegetables. If you cant follow such a diet regularly for two years, If you cant do it then you may soon need to undergo Bariatric surgery. What is you height ? Contact me for further details though this site.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.
