Your main problem is thyroid that is cause of obesity and piles also burning at back. If you are taking medicine for thyroid then continue it and is it controlled with medication or not? some ayurvedic medicine you can use but needs proper consultation. Triphala choorn 2 tsf with leukworm water at bed time after meal. This medicine is reduces your weight and also helpful in piles.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Yes, regular exercise will effect on lowering fat. With exercise follow - take warm water for drinking, walk for 45 minutes in the morning, take dinner in half quantity of lunch & early in the evening, do regular exercise, avoid overeating, sleeping immediately after taking food, oily,spicy, fatty ,fast food, avoid late night work, avoid excessive seating for long duration, avoid junk food. 3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. Yes you will definately lose your weight by following simple tips, 1. Drink water 10 glass/per day. 2. Have brisk walk atleast1 hour. 3. Have a sleep maximum 7-8 hours. 4. Dont eat junk food. Rest I need your health history for proper diet.

For weight loss, calorie intake has to reduce & calorie output needs to be increased. 2-3 kg weight loss in a month is normal. But you have less time in your hand. To lose min. 5 kg in a month, you follow these tips: 1. Join jumba/ aerobic/ karate/ swimming/tennis class. Jumba dance is highly effective in fast weight loss. 2. Brisk walk daily for 1 hr. Practice kapalbhati for at least 15 mins. 3. Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring transport 4. Drink 3 litres water daily. 5. Sample diet plan- em- 2 glass plain water empty stomach followed by brisk walk lm- whole fruit-1 + green tea-1 cup bf- veg oats/ dalia/ suji- 1 small bowl + lassi/ milk (low fat)- 1 glass mm- whole fruit-1 + green tea- 1 cup l- salad- 1 large bowl + roti-1/ brown rice - 30 g (1 small bowl) + egg-1 pc + vegetable- plenty+ curd (low fat)- 1 big bowl (200g) 3 hrs post lunch-1 hr exercise (jumba/ aerobic/ yoga/ sports) sn- almonds- 10 pcs + whole fruit-1 + sprouts- 1 small bowl dn- salad- 1 large bowl + roti-1/ brown rice- 30 g + vegetable plenty + fish/ chicken- 1 pc/ soybean- 1 small bowl/ tofu + curd- 1 bowl 6. Avoid sugar, sabudana, honey, jaggery, potato. Cold drinks, alcohol, table salt, junk/processed/ packaged/ fried/ outside food completely. 7. Have an early dinner 8. Sleep & wake up early, have regular 8 hrs sleep.

Dear , the best diet would be vegetarian protein like lentils, pulses, soya, milk, tofu, paneer, butter. Find vegetarian protein from a mobile app named nutritional values. I strongly suggest not to eat meat or non vegetarian foods which do harm in long run.

Walking will not help much. You have to burn calories by aerobic exercises.You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take ¼ of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hi, diet chart for obesity: morning: 6am: brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 marie biscuit breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney (no butter or mayonnaise) 11am: orange or apple lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, curd, citrus fruit. 4 pm: tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 pm: soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. (for soup take 2 tsp any yellow dal, 1 onion, 1 tomato and salt and add 1 glass water and pressure cooker it, sieve it, soup is ready) bedtime: 1 glass milk if hungry.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

If your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Check your cbc, fbs, 2hr ppbs & hba1c & tft in a good lab and end me the report privately. Waht kind of infection you mean > if it is pus following an abrasion there you can apply t bact ointment. Diet can be suggested after seeing the report and knowing if you are veg or non veg. Regards.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals..C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…
