Brisk walk for 3-4 Km daily early morning and 2 Km in the evening do not eat fried foods, Indian sweets, confectionary and bakery items at all eat 500-800 fruits and vegetables and 100 grams of cereals and pulse daily.

Hi lybrate-user. For your height your weight should be 48 kgs. Avoid taking fat burners or any medication for weight loss they don't help much but can have some side effects. Some fat burners have lots of caffeine which may harm. You in long run. Diet and exercise are the best way to lose weight. Follow up with me if you really want to shed these few extra pounds and will help you with it. Lose it the right way.

Hi lybrate-user orlistat inhibits fat absorption n thus helps in losing weight by reducing calories from fat but it can't work alone, you need to exercise and eat healthy along with it to see better effects. It also has side effects like malabsorbtion of fat soluble of vitamins. Please weigh the consequences over benefits before going for medication instead lose weight in healthy way by diet n exercise.

For loosing weight lifestyle changes along with balanced diet and sound sleep are very important. Few tips for the same- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products try to eat home made food as much as possible move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 30-45 quit smoking and drinking if any minutes workout in your routine take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours, manage stress consult me privately for customized diet plan.

Hi lybrate-user, There is no magic diet which will help you reduce your tummy fat specifically. If you want to target specific area of body fat, you have to indulge in esistance training and cardio mix exercises. It is advisable that you take advice from a gym instructor.

You can perform morning walk to reduce your weight. An adult human must take about 4 to 5ltrs of water through out a day. So first increase your water intake. Don't miss your breakfast. Have you any problem of Diabetes, Cholesterol, Blood pressure etc. First of all you've to do a thorough pathological investigation about the above mentioned diseases. This is only for confirmation. Hello you should consume more of fibre rich diet that includes raw fruits n veggies. Whole grains n pulses. Less refined sugar and oily stuffs. Try to follow a balanced diet to see results.

Hi I am so happy that you are concerned about your weight Let me share few tips and techniques which will help you to reach your goal of losing weight "In Order to achieve this its important to focus on 2 things 1. Food 2. Physical Activity/ Exercise" "Lifestyle modifications 1. Start some sort of exercise walk 45 mins/day or 10 mins after everymeal 2. Eat every 3hourly 3. Climb stairs instead of going by lift 4. Walk during ad breaks on TV 5. Park your car far away and walk to the entrance 6. Avoid eating outside foods, fried, oily, sugary foods, papads, 7. Avoid skipping meals 8. While shopping in supermarkets, buy healthy products to keep in your kitchen pantry 9. Avoid keeping tempting high calorie foods in front of you, or in house. 10. Keep your fork or spoon down between bites. Hi. Thanks for the query. Remember always that no food works in isolation. Green coffee may help boost metabolism maybe by a mere 5% but exclusively depending on green coffee wont help weight loss. Your diet and exercise is always going to be the most important to lose weight. Some people are genetically not able to metabolize caffeine so be cautious to not have more than 2 cups a day if you do or you may land up with some cardiac issue.

Hi. Thanks for the query. You need to go for a personalised plan. Singular foods .crash diets. Over exercising will only cause weight gain and further thyroid gland issues. Please take the right guidance and don't get attracted to shprt cuts like slim tea etc. Right weight loss does not happen in a jiffy.

Hi. Thanks for the query. Its possible you are not eating the right foods at the right time as needed by your body. Loosing weight is not about eating less and just exercising.
