Change your food habites. Avoid carbohydrates, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, sweets, less sugar tea end coffi. Do arobic excersices, go for fast walking on morning. Your ideal weight is 68 to 70kg. Reduce 5 to 6kg as per height.

Kindly suggest a solution for uncontrollable urination. Sometimes he face problems like wet bed and difficult to hold urine in winters and rainy seasons. Is it any severe problem. He is in his teens only. There is no other disease or medication right now. Please do advice any medicines for it.

Has he got his blood sugar, Urine for glucose? Ask him to do exercise for muscle of the urinary bladder (to hold urine which tightens the muscles of urinary bladder for few seconds and slowly release the tension or the hold). Do it initially for 1-2 times a day, then gradually increase the frequency upto 5-6 times a day. Revert me back.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Additionally, sports activities like basketball, football and swimming are also beneficial for increasing height. Yoga is also very effective and is considered to be one of the best exercise to increase height after 18 years. Though, it is possible to increase height after the age of 18 years, extra effort is required in order to reap positive results since the development of the body slows down gradually. It?s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Hello, Ashutosh, I would like to suggest you not to take liquid milk as after certain age our body can not digest it properly causing harm to the liver and whole gastro-intestinal system. You can try milk products, milk substitutes or other sources of nutrients which you wanted to gain from milk. As for suggesting something to increase your height, then it will take time. You need to be patient and eat balanced nutritious diet and optimum amount fluid, avoid foods higher in calorie and lower in nutrients and build a healthy lifestyle. Practicing this you will achieve your goal.

hi jessa, this is not a major issue. nothing to worry regarding that. just drink plenty of water half an hour before bed. there should be a gap of atleast 3 hours from dinner to bed. don't eat stomach full at the night time. take a glass of milk before going to bed. Dear you have not mentioned what kind of work you do. But do a few things as suggested below, it will reduce your problem. 1. When working take five minutes break even one hour. 2. Drink plenty of water while working. 3. Take a calcium tablet and one multivitamin tablet every day. 4. Increase quantity of protein in your diet. Regards

Trying hard. But maybe methods are not correct. 1. Workouts need to be intensive. Out of 60 mins, 40 should be cardio and 10 for strength and 10 for abs and stretches. 2. Cardio means Treadmill at 6-8 kmph or Cycling at 30 kmph. 3. Maximum calories are burnt in cardio. But my observation of people doing gym is they spend max time doing crunches /sit ups thinking that will melt the belly fat. 4. Visit YouTube and see '7 mins workouts' 'Skinny Jeans workout' 'Hiit workouts' by Fitness Blender / Popsugar Fitness. 5. Those are the type of workouts you should be doing. 6. Also diet is important. Diet does not mean dieting. 7. It means eating nutritious and natural foods. 8. Simple foods. 9. Cut down oils and sugars. 10. Drink lots and lots of water. This will work. This will help you lose about 2 kgs a month. In six months you can reach your target weight. You can connect privately after changing your approach if you see some changes in 3 weeks. All the best.

Female condoms are generally pouches made of latex and polyurethane, which are used by women during sex in order to prevent pregnancy and thereby reduce the chances of infection by sexually transmitted diseases. Each end of these pouches are made of rings that are flexible. They should be inserted deep inside the vagina before sex is initiated and held in the position by utilizing the rings available at the closed end while the rings which are at the open end remain outside the vagina during sex.

Even though it can be safely used by most people, some women would find female condoms to be an inappropriate form of contraception and would not feel comfortable with their genital areas being touched. Thus, it is very important that the appropriate form of contraception be considered for you and your partner. Condoms should be used correctly. In case of need for extra protection, other options of contraception should be considered.

Pros of female condoms:

  1. Since the exchange of bodily fluids, such as semen and vaginal fluid is prevented, female condoms aid in offering protection against many sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV.
  2. Condoms can prove to be reliable pregnancy averting methods if they are properly and consistently used.
  3. Female condoms are only needed during the time of sex. Any form of advance preparation is not required, hence making them suitable for unplanned sex.
  4. Prescriptions are not needed
  5. The condoms are usually small in size, disposable as well as easy to carry
  6. Usually, using condoms does not show any medical side effects.
  7. Insertion of female condoms can be done up to a duration of eight hours before sex. The responsibility for utilizing condoms properly should be shared by the woman as well as the partner.

Cons of female condoms:

  1. Even though condoms are generally very strong, they are prone to splitting or tearing in case of improper use.
  2. Availability of female condoms pales in comparison to the male counterparts and they are usually more expensive.
  3. The outer ring might produce a cumbersome feeling.
