My friend is 17 years with 90 kg weight and her weight is increasing day by day. She does exercise amd diet daily but there is no change. What should she do to reduce her weight?

My friend is 17 years with 90 kg weight and her weight is increasing day by day. She does exercise amd diet daily but...
Your friend needs to re look at her diet and exercise regime. She also needs to check for thyroid and insulin. Because disruptions in hormones can lead to fat gain. I am mentioning a few highlight to maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I have a big tummy and I am very tens about it and what can I do for loss my tummy.
Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Never Remove Shock Absorber And Temperature Maintainer Pubic Etc

Never Remove Shock Absorber And Temperature Maintainer Pubic Etc

Never remove shock absorber and temperature maintainer pubic etc hair.

  • Just answer whatever the flimsy reasons will you ever remove the shock absorbers of your car or two wheelers? am I a nut to do this? no nay never, who but a fool will do that.
  • But you are a real nut doing copy paste
  • Of the western culture which is a waste, and long term it's poor taste, all goes down which is done in haste.
  • So be scientific and logical as I am explaining by example. If one or two lymph nodes or police or judges get corrupt or infected, will you remove all lymph nodes or police or judges and forever?
  • Then one more example. The architect or god whoever he is, are you more intelligent than him to decide what shouldn't be there in the building or the body. If you are more intelligent than god or doctors you can freely shave off almost everything anytime in the body on your own too.
  • Hair in the axillary or groin area are shock absorbers during walking or friction and are very protective for insect etc infestation or infection or injury.
  • By the way no objection to keeping the area clean by salt or soap water, which is easier and better. And shaving makes the skin prone to getting rougher, darker, and vulnerable to infection or injury. Still after all whatever you do it's your choice and by the way, your wrong habits benefits the doctor most.
  • Never remove shock absorber and temperature maintainer pubic etc.

How to gain weight without any side effects...
Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

I checked my sugar. I was shocked that it increases to normal one. It is 243. What should I do?
lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Blood glucose 243 mg (fasting or after food or random not mentioned) is high. It signifies you have diabetes. It needs to be treated with appropriate medications, diet restrictions and regular exercise. There is no other option. So if you are willing to start the treatment with my guidelines, then please come in a private conversation with following details: FBG, Pp glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and BP readings. Then I will be able to give you specific treatment guidelines and other precautions those need to be followed. Otherwise, initiate treatment with guidance from your own doctor locally. Do not neglect or postpone it. Thanks.
