If she is having normal 28 days cycle, the ovulation occurs in the middle of the menstrual cycle. 0-10, 20-28 days are safer as compared to other days. Pregnancy is occurs mostly in ovulation period (day 11- 20).

My weight is increasing day by day I do not know why? I do not eat junk food at all I have done all d test of diabetes and thyroid they are normal. What should I eat doc? please suggest.

Stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

I had no motions for since 3 days and i am feeling always tired to start new activity? Please help me.

Water is really important. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily with enough of fruits & vegetables, take fruits with skin and atleast 500 gms of green leafy vegetables, take one apple daily and include high fiber grains in your breakfast such as dalia, oats. Do take lukewarm water before & after meals.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month. For weight reduction: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Medication for obesity: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. There after revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

I am pre diabitic. my 3 month sugar is 5. 7 fasting -111 approxy pps 175 . I take this reading at home (acuechek) what to do?

Please get your sugar levels done in a lab. And then decide further course of action. Till then follow diabetic diet and exercise daily for at least half an hour.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise.
