kindly take, madhumeha kusumakar rasa, 1 tab, twice a day, after meals. Apply dhanvantaram oil, for massage, on both the feets, twice a day, regularly. Warm the oil before use. Try to make optimum blood glucose levels. Share couple of previous FBS levels also. continue the regime for 45 days. good luck.

Hello lybrate user I will begin this answer by stating that there is no such thing as an uncontrollable sugar. Sometimes it is believed that sugars can be uncontrollable because there is a maximal dose of insulin. But I would like to dispel this doubt and tell you there is no such thing as a maximal dose of insulin and the amount of insulin being given to a patient can be escalated to an optimal level so that the blood sugar target is achieved. Also, the following approach of treat to target in the case of diabetes is very important because if the patient is taking the medicine suboptimally then sugars might be slightly controlled but till the point of time that they're completely controlled a patient cannot draw the benefits out of the treatment. What I basically implying is that in the case of diabetes treatment with uncontrolled sugars is almost as bad as no treatment. Hence from your case as I understand that the patient is already on insulin and the only logical thing to do is to escalate the level of insurance so that the sugars are optimally controlled.

I don't have an appetite. Very skinny. How to gain weight? Chronic constipation. Digestion is very weak. I have to go to Toilet 3-4 times. I have to seat in Toilet for 30 minutes each time. My bowel movement is very slow. I have to do manual evacuation many times. Due, to that I am bleeding from Anus. I'm non smoker, non drinker, vegetarian. NO Tea ,Coffee. I can only digest home made Dal ,Rice, Roti and Vegetables which is also in very less amount. I have to increase my weight. Because, I feel very weak and get tired so quickly. Can't do physical activities for long period due to tiredness.

The root cause of constipation is mostly a lifestyle habits, lot of refine flour, physical inactivity. So first we have to identify the cause. We can help you out if you can share your more details to us. For that to begin, you need to start taking three to four litters of fluid daily. High roughage diet, stopping refine flour in the diet, and moderate physical activity. You start with this you will see relief to a great extent. your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday.after this if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Dear lybrateuser, -you have to eat proper meals to keep physically & mentally fit -do regular exercises like walking, cycling, swimming regularly to increase your appetite -have whatever you like for meals, have meals regularly, do not skip a meal, also have a snack like fruit, sandwich, salad in between if you feel hungary -have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion -avoid fried, processed & junk food.

Do proper regular exercise in the form of yoga, jogging, trekking and floor exercise will definitely helpful to reduce weight and abdominal fat. Avoid junk food, soft drinks as it contains excess sugar. If you are working avoid too long sitting on one place. Every 1/2 hr you should get up from place a walk. Most important point avoid afternoon nap. Will surely help.

Hye. Thanks for the query. It's a lot of weight loss you need to achieve. You must go for a personalised diet consultation. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Ideally masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also. Do not keep negative thoughts. They will hinder in future psychologically.

One of the problems of t1dm is loss of weight if blood sugar control is not good. I would like to know the dosage of insulin per day, fasting and pp levels and hba1c %. Also give me details of your diet, then I can guide you better. You can have coconut water, there is no harm. But sugar conrol has to be good. I await your details.

Avoid the spicy and junk food Cold drinks should avoid. Do regular morning walk for 45 min. Take sprouts beans in diet. Do yoga for fitness. Take plenty of water. Green vegetables and fruits add in your diet chart.

Hi, I am 27 year old girl who has developed stretch marks (really deep? On my thighs and hips. It looks like dendritic tree. I guess due to obesity I have gained them. Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated.
