I am having a sore and swollen clitoris, with redness. The area around vaginal pore itches n pains. The inner area of the labia minora gets itchy n red n it seems at the skin get dries often. I get vaginal discharge. My breasts are also tender n nipples are swollen n painful. This is happening since when I took an ipill. It's been a week now. please help.

This may be due to infection of vagina or this is because of hormonal changes so take anti fungal medicine for that problem. Apply anti fungal creams.

Aim for long term weight loss. Aim to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help

Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. •1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch Cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with ½ cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

You should keep in mind following things for weight gain. Eat more than your usual calorie intake as this is the simplest way to gain extra kilos. Eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. Beans, pulses, eggs, fish, and meat and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals. Avoid fats like red meat, margarine etc as they are bad for the health of your heart. Follow following diet chart for gain weight. Morning: Breakfast : 2-3 eggs + 2 toast + 1 bowl of full milk with cereal OR a bowl oats/poridge OR stuffed parathas/upma/poha Mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt can add granalo + nuts OR fruit juice OR smoothie Lunch: 2-3 rotis + veggie + 1 bowl pulses (dal) + 1 serving of non-veg (chicken/ fish or egg) if don’t have non-veg add a bowl of yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice Or grilled chicken / paneer sandwich + salad with dressing can add potatoes OR veg / non-veg Pasta with either olive oil / dressing / red or white sauce Evening snack: Vegetable / non veg sandwich can add cheese / mayo OR Milkshake Night dinner: Same as lunch Can avoid Rice Or 2 toast with Roast / grilled / tandoori Chicken Or Baked fish with potatoes OR Veg sandwich / grilled veg burger (paneer/ potato) A glass of milk before going to sleeping.

Reducing weight has always been a challenging issue. It takes a lot to give up bad habits after all. It took me 2 years to realize that I must stop eating and start losing weight? health related problems? if you? re not fit, you would indeed come across health-related common problems like strokes, diabetes or blood pressure? pigmentation? obese people are often found to have pigmentation on their face or body. This is due to improper nutrients intake and junk food they consume? improper menstruation cycle? obesity is a very common reason behind improper menstrual cycle and delayed pregnancy in obese women quick recipe for homemade protein shake: ingredients you need? 120 ml of skimmed milk? 120 ml of soy milk? 3 spoons of oat meal? cardamom or vanilla essence recipe: step 1: add 120 ml of skimmed milk, 120 ml of soy milk, 3 spoons of oat meal and 1 drop of vanilla essence or 2 cardamoms into a blender together. Step 2: blend the mixture for 60 seconds and drink it immediately. This is the most commonly followed recipe of protein shake. However, you can try and explore other options as well. The idea is to intake protein. Now how you do it, we leave that up to you. Water is a very important factor in any weight reduction program. Consumption of water cleanses the toxins from the body in the form of urine. Drink about 4 to 5 liters of water every day? different bodies have different requirements of water. A simple way to track how many liters of water your body needs in a day is to divide your weight by 20. The result you will get from this equation will give you the liters of water you must consume every day. For example: if you weigh 70 kilos, then dividing it by 20 gives 3.5 as result. So you must drink a minimum of 3.5 liters of water every single day. This is an essential step for weight loss in 10 days. Consuming oats or protein meal instead of dosa or idly or your regular other breakfast helps control and reduce your calories intake. Again, these food items make for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. At the same time, they are good source of proteins which enhance weight loss. Protein helps keeping you full for longer. This helps control your untimely hunger pangs watermelons: comprising of nearly 92% water, rich in vitamins a and c, and lycopene? a powerful antioxidant, they fuel your body to lose weight naturally drinking 2-3 cups of green tea daily will help you shed those extra kilos faster.
