You are gaining weight due to thyroid .so need to take medicine for that. Other than this way in small portion and in less calories. Like you should eat 1550 calorie / day. Walk 4 km every day and excersise 20 min daily .this routine for 4 months will defiantly help you. Don't take any shot cut.

Change your food h abites . Add in your daily food carbohydrates proteins vitamines minirales dry fruites etc. You take PROSUP POWDER 1spoon add in a cup of little hot milk mix it end take with breakfast end in night after dinner 1 spoon with milk for 3 month. Dr. Tare

How can I reduce fat from stomach? I have a large stomach, which is not at all proportional with other body organs. In particular with limbs, chest and face. My tummy is too bulky. I am weighing 95 kg. Proportional body weight is 75kg. Please advice how can I reduce body weight and stomach size. I am regularly doing exercise in a Gim and eating very little. Still my stomach size is not going down. I have gas trouble problem. Even I eat very little food stomach will filled with gas and projected out. Please advice. Waiting for your response ?

If your weight is 54 then it is ok because if you're increaseing your weight your chances of increasing diabetes more so 54 weight is perfect weight for you.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

U should reduce ur weight.do exercise and cardio exercise alternates days.take high fiber diet.take salad ,papaya,orange,guava.take fresh food always. have small and frequent meals.take plenty of fluids.avoid oily food,maida products.

I have desk job in the last 2 years my weight gone 75 kgs to 90 kgs I want my weight lose.
I would need some more details before prescribing a specific diet. However, for now please have 5-6 small meals in a day. You should drink 2 glasses warm water as soon as you wake up preferably with lemon in it. This is like washing your body internally. Follow it up with a fruit of your choice and then breakfast with in 30-45 minutes. You should have home made conventional breakfast. Take a fruit or green tea or sprouts in between breakfast and lunch. Take a balanced lunch try and include protein carbohydrate and fats. Not to forget 2 cups of salad. Take a light snack in the eve an early dinner is always good when you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you are drinking enough water through the day. You also must exercise at least 5 times a week. If done regularly, you will definitely see results. All the best!

It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), or take more carbs and less protein, tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. This causes imbalance in the body so you have to first deal with your deficiencies and nutrient gaps. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.
