How to improve the thick hair on head. please suggest me. And another one I am so thin so improve my body.
Please take a dose of Acid Phos 1 M single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair. 2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush. 3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.

6 Sensual Ways To Seduce A Man!

6 Sensual Ways To Seduce A Man!

6 Sensual Ways To Seduce A Man!

It is becoming apparent that men may not be as easy to understand, when it comes to what sexually satisfies them, as women may have thought. It seems that it takes more than just an orgasm to fully satisfy a man. Many men feel that they have to perform for their woman in the bedroom, this can often leave the man feeling left out of the sexual intimacy. Here are a few surprising facts about what sexually satisfies a man.

1. Intimacy:

It can be difficult for a man to express his emotions, even after sexual intercourse. It is not that men are afraid of intimacy, but it is because society has trained men to be strong and less emotional. This does not mean that men do not want to be intimate, many simply do not know how. Women should never try to smother a man after sex, they should simply understand that he is trying to understand his strong feelings. Given some time, he will be able to return the feelings of intimacy that he craves.

2. Men Are More Than Their Organ:

A man's penis may be the most obvious sexual part of their bodies, but there are actually erogenous zones all over his body. Most men occasionally need stimulation in areas other than their penis to experience sexual satisfaction. A man's chest, neck, inner thighs, and his face are all areas that can sexually stimulate a man. Some men enjoy having their scrotum gently massaged during oral sex.

3. Men Need Sex for Different Reasons:

Men are often criticized for constantly needing sex, but it is often not for the reason that women think. Some sexual therapists believe that men often do not understand why a woman does not always want to have sex. For men, sex is a celebration of life. It is not just an act that releases sexual tension, for men it is a way to seize life. There are also several health benefits associated with a healthy and satisfying sex life including reduce levels of stress, anxiety, and even blood pressure.

4. Men Need Honesty:

Almost any man will admit that he might not notice everything when he is in the bedroom. Sometimes, he needs his partner to be honest with him if he is not doing everything that he can to pleasure her. Problems can also begin to appear in a relationship when a man believes that he is not satisfying his partner. Lack of responses on her part, can cause a man to lose interest and confidence in his own sexuality.

5. Men Like Fantasies:

Almost all men have a favorite sexual fantasy, but chances are they will not talk about it to their partners. It is not that the man is ashamed of his fantasy, it is just that he is afraid of scaring his partner if he tells her. Try to find a quiet time to talk out your fantasies, ask her about any fantasies she might have. Some men are not comfortable talking about their sexual fantasies, so instead try talking about a sexual theme or fantasy location instead.

6. Men Enjoy the Chase:

Even in a long term relationships, men always enjoy a chase. When his woman seductively teases him, before surrendering to intercourse, not only does it help to add some excitement to the love making, it can also help to heighten a man's sense of sexual intimacy with a woman. Sometimes a man needs to feel like he caught his women to be sexually satisfied.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Your weakness is due to poor nutrition and being underweight, reduced energy levels can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
