1 stop tea,tobacco,alcohol (it consuming). 2 Do not drink any liquid(except water,)before lunch and dinner.Do not take tea on empty stomach . 3 start taking Pantaperazole tab.40 mg in the morning.Take tea or milk after one hour .

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet.

Hi, do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid foods that contain raw and undercooked eggs, such as homemade mayonnaise, eggnog, and hollandaise sauce because they increase your risk of salmonella food poisoning. Always cook eggs until the whites and yolks are solid to prevent problems. If you want to eat a dish that contains raw or partially cooked egg it's safer to use pasteurised eggs.

Do let me know which diet (veg/non veg) you prefer? a therapeutic diet in itself can solve many of your problems. Dietary therapy prescribed by a registered dietitian is needed. You need to provide me daily food intake example. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients achieve their optimum weight goals and help in several diseases. If there is a recent weight loss than I will suggest you to get your blood checked for any disease and treat it accordingly and in food I will suggest you to eat high protein and low fat content in your diet with exercise.

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.
